To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 現在本地開了很多家點心店,不過還是老字號吸引。這家點心店的食物簡直是美味到爆!他們的叉燒包、蝦餃等點心鮮美可口,份量十足。價格實惠,環境簡單但整潔,絕對是一個平民美食的好去處。真係遊客之選,因為深水埗斴近都是市中心的景點。 continue reading

今日去深水埗,順道嚟添好運食點心醫肚。食添好運要排隊已是常識吧!星期日11點幾嚟,大概等半個鐘入坐。有一排無嚟,餐廳似裝修過,感覺比以前企理同冇坐得咁迫,點心款式依舊貴精不貴多。⭐️酥皮焗叉燒飽熱辣辣脹卜卜,外皮鬆脆,內𥚃軟綿多汁,用上瘦叉易𡁻冇肥油。每次嚟都會叫,今次依舊做得非常出色好味,$30蚊3個絕對超值😋😋😋😋⭐️ 晶瑩鮮蝦餃大大粒蝦肉爽口彈牙,餃皮未算晶瑩通透但口感 OK,味道與其他高級酒樓比屬中上⭐️潮洲蒸粉果餡料跟足潮洲傳統口味,豬肉、粉葛同花生比例適中,如皮再薄啲同減啲咸會更好食⭐️陳皮牛肉球粉量大,牛肉淋同冇筋,有淡淡陳皮味,好味⭐️香滑馬拉糕蒸得乾爽蓬鬆,入口軟綿唔會太甜⭐️豉汁蒸鳳爪一籠5隻但略嫌醃得未夠入味雖貴為米芝蓮長龍餐廳,但冇巧立明目亂收費,兩個人叫6樣嘢,免收加一人均唔駛$100,價錢大眾化值得支持👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

白肺湯偏淡但肯定無味精。點心感覺不夠熱,蒸籠火候問題。腸粉不差但吃不出特別好。酥皮叉燒包餡料帶甜令人喜歡吃。看傍邊臺的點了豉油王炒麵和蟹黃油條,心裡慶幸好在沒點。點心價錢親民30元左右,但如要排隊半小時等吃就不值得。 continue reading

绝对是性价比天花板了,所有菜品都非常好吃,没有踩雷的,但是排队真的很长,打电话是没有办法订位的,建议先到地方取号,然后去周围逛逛,差不多时间再回来,工作日下午三四点钟的时候会比较空一点,我是四点多吃上的,差不多排了一个多小时。 continue reading

位於屋企附近嘅添好運,一直都的唔起心肝過嚟(始終都係人龍店)今日終於有機會趁佢啱啱開門唔係好耐(未夠10點)走過來食,希望唔使點排隊啦果然早起嘅蟲仔有點心食一去到唔使等就入得去((🫢見其他人好多post都有門面相睇,咁我就慳返啲相位唔post門面樣啦))一嚟叫咗個我想飲嘅冷泡茶茶錢都要$12位,而且仲要+1 添坦白講$12一個人話貴唔貴話平唔平,普普通通啦,而呢個冷泡茶就未必做到我對冷泡茶既期望*不過佢做到茶樓少有嘅可以揀唔同嘅茶有傳統熱茶、特色熱茶同冷泡茶其實都難得嘅(要加分加分…)好快就嚟咗「古法糯米雞」一打開糯米雞特別在係好乾身嘅,唔似平時酒樓嗰啲油冧冧勁濕嘅糯米雞,都好夠味嘅, 但係我就略嫌佢太乾身而且佢雖然乾但係都唔係少油㗎😱跟住嚟咗呢個「百花釀油條配香辣蟹膏」$35嘅價錢得三條,但係功夫嘅價錢已經抵返晒啦!一咬落去;油炸鬼鬆化,入邊係彈牙嘅蝦滑配埋(應該係)滿滿嘅豆瓣醬,蝦膏仲有啲蛋絲添有樣睇係靚仔嘅嘅🤭不過個辣醬就鹹左D(仲要我都算係一個重口味嘅人🫣食得淡嗰啲人 應該會覺得佢好鹹)***但好得意嘅係(抱住唔好嘥嘅心態)我將認為係伴碟嘅芫荽🌿同埋個釀油條一齊食,竟然有另一番風味,我覺得仲好食啲添🤭哇呢個不得了「酥皮焗叉燒包」$30蚊3件嘅價錢,但我真係覺得好好食(有時遇着好食嘅嘢,真係唔需要睇價錢)一咬落去入邊係空氣包嗰種質地好鬆化但係鬆化嘅內裏係滿滿嘅叉燒佢嗰個叉燒就係平時我哋食開茶樓叉燒包嗰種叉燒醬嘅叉燒但係佢又冇咗傳統叉燒包嗰啲黐牙嘅白色包換咗係似菠蘿包嗰啲包食落去暖暖地,甜甜地 唔會太甜之後嚟到嘅就係我好鍾意食嘅「炸兩」腸粉皮唔薄唔厚啱啱好入邊嘅油炸鬼又係非常之鬆脆就算擺耐咗先食都油炸鬼未話去到腍啤啤食得出佢嘅油炸鬼真係做得非常之好之後又點少得飲茶必要嘅「燒賣」燒賣雖然入邊睇唔到有滿滿嘅肥豬肉但係口感卻係有好油潤嘅感覺,入邊充滿咗冬菇嘅味道,同埋大大粒嘅蝦咬落鬆軟唔會死實實有排吉~~~🤭🤭🤭蒸嘢果然係耐啲,終於到咗男人發辦嘅「豉汁蒸排骨」上場講真排骨我麻麻哋😅同埋一上嚟嘅感覺有少少失望因為真係得嗰幾粒,數都數得出但係味道👅外貌,佢都係做得到應有嘅水準個樣望落都幾「清秀」(唔會話有一大舊肥膏當一粒)內裡既排骨都係形狀靚仔又半肥瘦而且蒜蓉豆豉味都做得好足,係一疊好味嘅豉汁蒸排骨最後黎到既係我之前經過門口已經想嗌嘅「豉油王炒麵」豉油王炒麵好乾身有鑊氣好香口滿滿既材料、麵係分開嘅唔會黐埋晒一齊佢好夠味😋跟埋一齊有辣醬(應該係余均益)但其實因為佢嘅味道本身做得好足,基本上都唔需要點辣醬- - - - - - - - - - - - 店員唔算好勤力收碟就算放到成枱都係嘢都可能會疊到有小山咁高,佢先至會幫你收一收- - - - - - - - - - - - 當時咁啱做緊一個活動就係like and share會有桂花糕送但店員完全冇提過,碰巧聽到隔離遊客問店員最初頭店員仲話落左單唔可以取消就算送嗰個桂花糕,只可以送多一個對待遊客嘅態度都唔算友善但係喺一間不停做嘢嘅人龍店度返工其實都係一件難事Keep到服務態度真係唔容易始終服務業都唔係咁簡單~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ 經過食一食係可以但如果要排隊山長水遠走過來食就咪啦味道係好食嘅,但係唔值得要排隊或者其實可能係我嘅字典裏面冇嘢係值得排隊最少我覺得佢唔值😅 continue reading
