奉勸大家不要幫襯!話說上星期一行十五人午餐時點了隻燒鵝等了一會燒鵝到部長上菜時特別說了一句,「啱啱出爐燒鵝熱辣辣d皮仲脆卜卜睇住!」大家滿懷期待一人夾一舊放入口,點知舊燒鵝又凍又硬,似朝早燒完放到中午拎出黎俾人食咁!其中一位朋友忍唔住出聲,同部長反映,部長好唔情願地把已夾走一半肉ge燒鵝拎走,仲一路行一路死撐,「真係啱啱燒好喎」隔左五分鐘,大家作最壞打算,以為佢會用微波爐丁返熱原碟歸還。點知我再食多一舊,係同頭先一樣凍ge!最後大家放棄爭論,無謂影響大家好心情。 continue reading

一大班朋友約聚會真係好難搵地方,尤其想食中餐。有朋友就推介沙田季季紅,話隻米豬好食,所以就試下。原來成隻豬是由餐車推出,侍應會即場剪豬,飯就在豬內面走出來,好新奇。賣相不俗,食落口都好香好好味,唔錯。其他菜式都在中上水準,尤其是龍蝦伊麵既伊麵好食,龍蝦又夠多肉,炸子雞又好嫩滑唔鞋口,干燒伊麵亦比一般飲宴煮得出色,甜品桂花糕又清新好味。而且碟頭大,份量足,十幾人食完個餐仲可以打包。所以這間酒樓值得推介,絕對係一家大細,朋友聚會食中菜既好選擇。 continue reading

如果可以做每樣餸都可以咁難食,個廚師真係高手黎小食叫左個木耳冷盤,有陣跌打酒味😥口水雞無辣味唯一正常係海蜇燻蹄因為應該係入貨既蓮藕餅淨係有肉無蓮藕,薄到無朋友粟米斑塊應該係最穩陣,點知係成舊都係炸粉芝士伊麵淡而無味,簡直失敗招牌米豬肥膏多過肉,中間既麵豉醬又咸又唔夾味,超怪個粟米湯淡而無味😵😵😵全餐飯簡直唔知自己食左咩,淡,咸,怪完全feel到個廚師有幾hea😤😤星期六都唔滿場先知中哂伏下次去番總店食好了 continue reading

中秋節前的星期四,打算訂位和家人在星期六吃晚飯,但可能因為做節關係,心儀的酒樓間間客滿,只有這間可以訂到座位,雖然伏味甚濃,但想想……可能這間地點有點偏遠,交通也不十分方便,所以才可以訂到座位,而且是七點鐘的繁忙時間,咁幸運,點知……去到酒樓, 發現啲枱擺到非常密,行去廁所要左穿右插,要其他食客移開座椅至行到出嚟。今日很多平常的菜式都暫停供應,主要供應幾款套餐和少量小菜,我們為免等候時間太長,就選吃六人套餐。可能想我哋快快交檯,上菜速度極快,張檯擺唔哂啲餸,侍應將碟餸交到你手上就離開,要客人自己想辦法處理,骨碟擺滿骨當然無人換碟喇!乳豬拼盆乳豬和义燒合格,豉油雞無味, 海蜇好多沙,食燒鴨連酸梅醬也欠奉。杞子鮮竹浸時蔬莧菜好多渣,子帶苦味。蠔皇北菇扣玉掌冬菇幾大隻,不過就煮唔透,好硬。鴨掌帶酸味。紅燒竹笙海皇翅 冇乜材料---啲翅幾乎揾唔到, 竹笙和肉絲也不多,唔知點解叫海皇翅。上湯焗龍蝦伊麵 龍蝦有兩隻,算新鲜,伊麵都好大碟, 但之前上菜錯送四人餐嘅龍蝦(一隻龍蝦),好彩畀我哋發現,否則食咗先知道唔知點計數。翡翠炒雙蚌 墨魚爽口,但西芹有筋。紅燒乳鴿乳鴿雖然炸得香口, 但肉很乾。清蒸海斑仔 魚雖然冇魚味,但蒸得時間剛好,魚好嫩滑, 算係全晚最好食嘅餸。食完餐飯,無待應清理,唯有自己執開啲碟,俾位上甜品。但侍應放下甜品即走,也不理會桌上柸盤狼藉,我們只好自己去碗櫃取小碟子食甜品。子桂花糕唔太甜,少少桂花味。食完呢一餐, 終於明白點解咁遲訂位都有位喇 continue reading

為左慶祝同事生日, 當然要擺返一圍賀賀佢坊間酒樓其實間間差不多但要數到出名既菜式, 季季紅的布米豬令我一試難忘,所以決定再投佢一票。一黎就上左最有名的奚米乳豬先!侍應會係大家面前將一隻完整的乳豬平均剪開數十份所以人人有份,唔洗擔心無得享受美食個豬頭仲可以拎返屋企煲湯添呀白灼海蝦成隻手指公咁大隻,數量都唔小架, 有誠意杏片百花球外脆內柔熟, 非常彈牙,口感一流一品脆皮燒雞雞皮燒到脫口,雞肉嫩口幼滑另外仲有紅燒海皇生翅蠔皇金錢龜螺片 continue reading
