上次第一次食過覺得好好食!今日特登再叫外賣,在網上平台搵極都搵唔到燒鵝油雞雙拼飯,唔緊要!我分別買燒鵝飯同油雞飯,到時自己將兩個飯平均分番,另外叫左一個燒鵝叉燒飯比呀仔食,一打開飯盒時,開頭仲覺得店家咁好既,比隻脾位我,再望多望唔對路呀!咩料呀?燒鵝無皮既,我諗大多數人食燒鵝主要都食鵝皮,無左皮真係差好多!從收到個外賣3分鐘內,我2次致電餐廳,第一次係我發現無跟醬料,店家話點外賣時要註明先會比,我話我在外賣平台搵唔到邊個位置可以註明,如果搵到我點個燒鵝叉燒飯,將叉燒改成油雞,唔使特登叫多個油雞飯,最後我問店家無皮無醬汁點算?店家話叫我自己上平台投訴!🧐難得搵到屋企附近有間覺得唔差既燒味餐廳,竟然今次會係最後一次幫襯😔 continue reading

臘味糯米飯,首先一定要睇吓個糯米飯炒得夠唔夠香、夠唔夠乾身、夠唔夠入味。當然最緊要就梗係要有靚臘味。好鍾意佢哋個糯米飯炒得有香又熱,啲花生粒脆卜卜,最緊要係啲臘味夠多夠靚,一碗飯入面食到有臘腸粒、臘肉粒、蝦米粒、又夠油香,加埋炒到脆卜卜花生粒撈埋一齊,越食越好食。佢而家仲加埋燒味,一係叉燒,一係燒鴨拼臘味糯米飯。我今次就揀咗叉燒,英都啲叉燒唔錯啖啖肉,唔係死實實嗰啲。可以一啖糯米飯一啖叉燒,個感覺又唔同晒,好似冇淨係食糯米飯咁孤單。 continue reading

今天下午茶時段來到英都燒味廚房,那便一定要點這店必食之選:叉燒。下午茶餐的的燒味湯粉麵餐只售$42,可自選餐牌內兩款燒味配自選粉麵,再配飲品一杯,頗為超值。~叉燒燒鴨湯河粉河粉份量也不少,入口軟滑,湯河味道適中,不會過鹹。燒鴨看似有點燶,但入口不錯呀!燒鴨皮甘香,肉質又不會韌。叉燒醃得入味,一咬即開;啖啖肉的口感,令人頓感滿足。餐後來一杯好立克是最好不過。~叉燒切雞湯米粉叉燒肉嫩,燒得恰到好處。切雞皮爽肉嫩,一點也不會膩。這燒味雙拼配湯米粉來吃,配合得宜。餐後以一杯熱阿華田作結,特感滿足。 continue reading

我覺得黃大仙鳳凰新村一帶,最好食一定係燒味飯。今日我同朋友去食,我叫咗乳豬叉燒飯。先講乳豬,外皮趣卜卜,乳豬肉多肥少,輕輕點小小乳豬醬同白飯一齊食,冇得頂。 跟住試一啖叉燒,大啖咬落去,果然個片叉燒肉肥瘦適中,叉燒又淋又滑,醬汁惹味,香香甜甜,真係冇得彈。相比其他燒臘店,嚡熠熠或者琳back back叉燒肉,又或者乾爭爭、肥嘟嘟乳豬,嗰啲真係貼錢買爛受,只會食到個胃好辛苦。呢間燒臘咁好食、咁有水準,聽講燒味係自己廚房出品,同其他街舖比較,應該唔係中央工場、都唔係交貨。大熱天時,燒味店居然有自家製清涼飲品,凍薏米檸檬水,食完碟飯,飲杯薏米水,清清涼涼又健康,真係覺得好舒服。整體嚟講燒味師傅真係有水準!食材夠新鮮,值得一讚! continue reading

見到近期英都燒味FB不斷出Post 同 Story,心郁郁郁就去黃大仙試下。環境就係一般茶記咁,原本想食招牌燒味,口痕痕問個伙計有咩推介? 佢叫我試下"椒鹽豬扒生蝦鬆飯",究竟我聽左D乜嘢?  原來係魚鬆個鬆,不過不是魚,是蝦鬆😆 。一落order,就立即聽到個廚房有炒嘢聲,原來即叫即整! 碟飯離遠送過嚟,已經聞到香噴噴,豬扒夠香夠鬆化、蝦鬆好似魚餅咁啖啖肉,煙韌彈牙,再加埋椒鹽、洋蔥、青紅椒配搭,賣相已經好吸引,熱辣辣之餘又非常惹味。餸夠曬份量,同飯既比例亦剛剛好。伙計原本推介飲凍奶茶或凍檸茶,但係我見到牆身貼咗海報,有檸檬薏米水。大熱天時,食咗碟椒鹽豬扒飯,配番杯凍檸檬薏米水,真係超爽😬可以encore! continue reading
