To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日星期日到此飲茶，門口有少部分客等候，知客叫飛，冇客回應，她就算數，沒有繼續再叫客進入，我等了很久，自行入內看看環境，不下有10張中枱是吉係度，我出去問知客，她強詞奪理話沒收到通知，所以唔會叫客入座，咁嘅服務態度 香港再咁落去，食肆一定冇運行，唯有迫我哋想繼續留港消費的也改北上了！

翠園中菜出品一向都有點水準，做得比較好嘅系菠蘿咕嚕肉，外皮口感酥脆，酸甜適中，粉唔厚，好食。賣相一般嘅蠔汁炆花膠，花膠質地軟嫩，但有少少腥味。脆炸妙齡鴿真系好細隻，肉質鮮嫩，不會過於油膩，味道唔錯。椒盐豆腐粒火喉剛好，外脆包裹住嫩滑嘅豆腐，椒鹽也很均勻。脆皮燒腩仔，肥瘦相間，咬落聽得到嘅皮脆，聞得到嘅香口。新鮮彈牙嘅蝦仁混合蛋液一齊炒，色香味俱全。Moko系1個好地段，翠園不失為一個品嚐中菜嘅好地方。

我地今次敍會選擇飲茶，因為食物種類多，梗有啱吃的東西，又可以慢慢傾，敘舊一下。我地點了很多點心，有牛肉，煎腸粉，鮑汁鳳爪，水餃，牛柏頁，鴨舌，馬豆糕，金菇柚皮和白灼生菜牛肉魷魚等等。牛肉，煎腸粉等點心水準不錯，而柚皮及灼生菜牛肉魷魚，牛柏頁是一般酒樓少有的，所以今日一定要試試，柚皮味道較淡，配金菇有些怪。最欣賞的是生菜水餃，生菜爽甜，水餃飽滿，肉質嫩滑，好味。整體食物OK，保持一定水準，價錢中上，枱與枱之間不會太迫，可以一試。

今次去咗旺角MOKO嘅翠園，食咗一頓澎湃嘅飯。先講講個燒鵝拼油鷄，燒鵝皮脆嘅，肉質鮮美，油鷄就滑嫩鮮甜，但份量我覺得真係咁咁地。生拆魚蓉羮味道就正！湯底香濃，而且魚蓉彈牙，當中嘅黑木耳、甘荀粒仔又脆口，真係好開胃嘅一道菜。貴妃脆蝦球呢，外皮金黃酥脆，啖啖蝦肉彈牙🦐，配上嘅芒果汁同腰果諗起都流口水，清新得嚟又唔膩口。至於鷄樅菌油雙椒炒班球，班球肉質真係滑嫩得好戇居，椒香味十足，又有個清香嘅鷄樅菌油，食落真係過癮！荷葉飯荷香四溢，但就係覺得饀料嗰邊可以再豐富少少。整體嚟講，呢一餐飯俾我嘅感覺係質素同價錢揸得上，只係服務又快手快腳嘅，咁多人都搞得頭頭係道👍。下次再嚟，都會考慮再回味，試吓其他菜式！

嚟到翠園，揾啲好料嘅心情真係超級勁！🍴一入口先點咗傳統嘅鹹水角，咬落去得個「咯吱咯吱」口感，皮厚咬勁足，雖然我鍾意啲皮薄嘅，不過呢個古法嘅不失為一試。再來就係义燒酥，酥皮一啖咬落去，簡直脆到飛起，層次分明到令人讚賞不已，入面嘅餡料都係香滿滿嘅香味，食落真係一級棒！🥟蝦餃真係另一番享受，那個皮薄透明，一夾起嚟就見到裡面粉嫩嘅蝦仁，一咬落就「彈牙彈牙」，鮮甜嘅蝦汁即時喺口中四濺，完全係鹹鮮嘅代表！山竹牛肉，賣相吸引之餘，口感溜滑，與喼汁嘅配合「上天入地」，正宗味道完美結合。🍖牛栢葉就係香辣濃郁，黑椒味十足，咀嚼間回味無窮，大小適中，方便食用。今次嘅食評體驗，簡直美味爆燈！這間翠園真係值得一食再食！
