尋日打算去食鰻魚飯,點知搬左,今日終於搵到,不過無左以往嘅鰻魚飯lu,但係仍然叫左新嘅試試,都好食,不過當然不及以往三種食法正,而且份量好少。仲叫左原條茄子、腐皮蛋、芝士流心丸串燒、雞肉串燒,埋單成千蚊,兩個人食⋯⋯性價比真係低嘅,不過係好食嘅,感覺無以往抵食啫。新地址嘅營業時間寫話由4:00開始,我地差唔多時間到,由頭到尾成間店得我地兩個人,變左可以享受帝王式嘅貼身服務,燒出黎嘅食物質素都因為咁好好味👍🏻不過間新店比較細,d位比較逼,無以前嗰度舒服。 continue reading

Dinner with friends here and we were looking forward to coming back after a long spell away. The menu is very different from before and most noticeable was thr much fewer selection available. The quality of food was certainly not up to par like before. What we ordered was very salty and it had the same sauces on everything. The wait times were long for the food, most likely because of the lacknof staff especially cooking the yakitori. I will not be coming back for sure! continue reading

好懷念日本食鰻魚飯,所以今日中午就去左銅鑼灣食有名既名古屋鰻魚飯三食。 以前都去過幾次,食物都唔錯,今日已隔了1年多再來。每次嚟到我哋都係叫【名古屋特製燒鰻魚飯】,今日都係一樣,最近中午還有Promotion, 送多5隻名古屋雞翼。先送上熱茶及沙律,再來鰻魚飯,前菜及麵豉湯。旁邊的一壼茶,就可以整茶漬飯。今日唔知係唔係送多左雞翼關係, 成個飯份量比之前少了一半。 因為唔係太肚餓,所以冇追討正常份量。牆上嘅圖片教你點樣食鰻魚飯, 首先將鰻魚飯 分為四分,第一份就係放係另一碗原食,第二個係可以加喜歡嘅蔥花同紫菜拌勻食,第三個呢就係加上茶壺嘅清湯做茶漬飯,第四就係食自己喜愛的。 而我自己最鍾意就係原食。同以前比較,而家既食物質素就好似無之前嘅咁好, 以前鰻魚係比較厚身同肥啲, 依家的鰻魚已經細份很多, 但依舊有原有的炭燒味。 但係份量細咗咁多,以$210元午餐來說就好貴 雞翼都好似名古屋似的, 我哋揀咗一份中辣及一份唔辣,每份有5隻,味道唔錯。而甜品就係豆腐味雪糕兩個人鰻魚飯套餐午餐價連加一等,共$502, 最奇怪係多左茶錢$20(已半價),好似以前冇這個收費其實服務都無乜, 好似普通茶餐廳一般, 完全冇日式餐廳嘅服務質素, 所以喺疫情下以這個價錢食午餐都算幾貴。 continue reading

Ok好食的,不過略嫌有少少貴兩個人食$1200左右雞翼烤得好,脆得來入面又有肉汁壽司拼盤10件要$500左右,不過件件厚切新鮮,都物有所值的鰻魚玉子熱辣辣好食當晚去人不多,食物都ok快上服務都正正常常 continue reading

店內裝潢傳遞著正宗地道的日本氣息,木製的餐桌與暖黃色的燈光營造出舒適愜意的居酒屋風格。下午約12:30的時光,可能因為疫情關係食客並不多,只有兩三枱食客。入店舖前先量度體溫及消毒雙手,幾個朋友各自各點了自己的菜,我點的是七味燒鱸魚套餐,上菜有點慢,開放式廚房讓油煙味湧出。香煎的鱸魚配合沙律醬,非常香口美味,可惜魚塊太薄,有點吝嗇的感覺。用膳完畢後,只剩我們幾個客人,但廚房完全忘記我們的套餐甜品,最後要催促才送上,幸好甜品味道非常美味,彌補了等候的不愉快心情。 continue reading
