To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啱晒!決定今日要嚟試呢間食海鮮嘅飯店,感覺一流👍。首先嘅清蒸扇貝,喺我哋面前展示出粉絲嘅嫩滑同扇貝嘅鮮美,係味道同口感嘅完美拍檔。再講講嗰炒蜆啦,蒜香四溢,食落去鮮味爆炸,啖啖肉,真係惹味到不得了。話說返炸魷魚,外脆內軟,一啖一個,彈牙得滯😋。最正嘅當然係嗰盲鰽,肉質嘅爽滑同新鮮程度,即蒸即食,味道簡直係極品。洗嗮咀再試白灼海生蝦,蝦雖然稍嫌腥,但總體黎講,都算幾合家宜。最後嗰啤酒🍻,清涼嘅滋味令人喜出望外,輕輕松松就消化咗一大嗮嘅海鮮。服務員仲有心機,送咗生果俾我哋嘆,體貼得嚟不擾人。總結,這次嘗鮮體驗,真係值得再嚟! continue reading

係朋友介紹之下,去咗南丫島嘅威記食海鮮,其實當日全間餐廳得我哋一台客,應該係因為我哋有訂位佢先至開。但係我極度後悔選擇左呢間餐廳,我哋總共叫咗四個菜式,包括粟米魚肚羹、果皮蒸鮑魚、蒜蓉白菜仔、同埋乾炒牛河。基本上我可以寫嘅嘢唔多,因為全部食物總括嚟講都係冇味嘅,雖然食物嚟到個樣好似幾好睇咁,但係味道對我來講比較緊要,稍為好少少嘅就係個乾炒牛河,叫做有啲鹹味。個蒜蓉白菜仔要點果皮蒸鮑魚嘅鼓油先至食得落。下次就算有人請我都唔會再去。 continue reading

南丫島一日遊,搭船前仲有一個半小時,附近搵間餐廳食海鮮,行過最出名嗰間,啲員工唔係太想理人,就去咗最接近碼頭呢一間.星期一唔係好多人,我哋坐喺最接近海附近嘅枱,兩個女仔叫咗三樣餸.椒鹽鮮油:好香口,夏天一口汽水,一口煎炸野,爽豉椒炒肉蟹:肉質新鮮,豉椒汁嘢未大蝦烏冬:呢個超正,個汁好好食,最喜出望外.二個女仔叫左三樣嘢,有蟹,有蝦,有魷魚,+3罐汽水,都係五百中.食物質素好,下次再嚟南丫島會再去幫襯. continue reading
