Went here for lunch yesterday with a friend. The standard of the pasta seems to be deteriorating. Went for the same old pasta - spicy clam spaghetti this time. One thing that disappointed me most and even frustrated me was the water quality. It was filthy and filled with crumbs or something! I was shocked! I told the waitress to pour me another clean glass of water and she did it straight away. But still, I can't believe they would serve such filthy water to their customers without even checking! Also, the pasta was just not my cup of tea! It was spicy, but not good. I much prefer the carbonara pasta. They've raised prices as well. THe pasta used to be just $88 plus service charge just around a week ago. And now all of a sudden it's $98 and the rest of the dishes are more expensive ranging from $98 to $158! That's really far too expensive. Even though I really like the garlic bread here, the food just isn't worth the value any more. Furthermore, the water was dirty. So I would think twice if I come here again. This restaurant really has 2 good dishes, one is the pasta, the other is the garlic bread! I've been here quite a few times, but seriously, the garlic bread here is fabulous! It's not too hard and yet the garlic taste is really strong! As for the pasta, I like the carbonara sauce. The sauce they use is really creamy and the flavor is strong. As for the dessert and the salad, it's alright, not too special and not that delicious either. The dessert varies. Sometimes it's excellent. Other times it's just crap. Anyway, service here is quite efficient. But there are far too many people and the restaurant is a bit too noisy. Not a good place when you just want to chat with your friends or family. Price here is reasonable compared to other places in Central.

We wanted to try a new place for drinks, and we found this. The location is great as we saw it on the street, which was why we found it. It was just before 7 pm and we were the first customers. We came for drinks but it is actually more of a proper restaurant. Oh well. The drinks list did not offer much choice. The waitress recommended a Chile wine which was alright. There were not much snacks available, so we ordered 3 dishes to share. The dishes were okay. NOthing too outstanding but it was not bad either. The one oustanding item would definitely be the garlic bread, which they heated up before serving.

Just tried this restaurant with our best friends to celebrate his birthday. Overall, the food was good, service in general.. slow. But friendly. Environment is fine. We were satified, only comment is that expect food service to be rather slow...... We started dinner at 9pm and dinner didn't end till 11:15pm. Maybe we will try again in a few weeks to see if they would improve the service. Recommended Dish(es):

Went here for lunch with a friend. This time couldn't order the spring chicken with risotto as they changed the menu. So ordered the cod fish set lunch again. The garlic bread was nice and tasty. The cod fish was big and juicy. My friend's spaghetti and soup were both good. All in all, service was above average and food here is good. Price is relatively reasonable.

Went here to try out this new restaurant with my friend today! Was so surprised at the good food quality. We had this really nice garlic bread which was warm and had a soft texture! Delicious! Then we were given soup and/or salad. I went for the parma ham salad and my friend went for the veggie soup. The parma ham salad was nice and the salad dressing mixed well with it. As for the main course, they ran out of spring chicken so we went for the cod fish main course in stead. The cod fish was pretty big and nicely made. The mashed potatoes were also very special. As for dessert, the raspberry ice-cream was delicious! IN fact, it was sorbet and it had this very strong raspberry taste! As for the cake, I really liked it as the size was just right! My friend complained that it was a bit too noisy though. Not very good for a nice and quiet lunch. Anyway, would come here again next time!
