:Toh Lee is renowned amongst Hong Kong's discreet set as one of the territory's finest Chinese restaurants, having been conferred a Best of the Best Culinary Award by the Hong Kong Tourism Board. This celebrated establishment offers an elegant selection of Cantonese fare and dim sum that includes both traditional favourites and original creations.     Roasted Suckling Pig and Char Siu Pork - 叉燒拼乳豬
    The Suckling Pig is probably one of the best I have ever tried. The Char Siu with its Maltose was also addictive. Hard to fathom why I discovered here so late either. Totally amazing Pig!!

    Dracontomelon Duperreanum Sauce, Smoked Baby Duck - 仁稔醬香燻BB鴨
    Another wonderfully fragrant dish. The Baby duck meat was tender with crispy skin, but the sugary tea aroma was so exotic. A must order. And priced so fairly.

    Signature Fried Rice - 錦繡桃李飯
    Fried with Duck Meat, Prawns, Gai Lan and lots of eggs. This was the elegant hotel style of fried rice without being too dry like a Dai Pai Dong version. Really appreciated this.

    House Made Tofu-Fa on the fly -
    Very tofu soy like in taste, but smooth as milk. Probably one of the best tofu fas I have had in HK.
