I wanted dessert after dinner, so picked this place since I've heard the chef is from a famous hotel. It's not a fancy dessert place if that's what you are looking for. The place is crowded and reminded me of a fast food restaurant. You also have to share tables since there's so many people. I ordered the original souffle and chocolate molten cake. Souffle came out first and it looked burnt and overcooked. The flavoring wasn't too bad, not too sweet. The texture was the part i had a problem with. It tasted more like a sponge cake rather than a souffle that's supposed to be soft. I'm guessing it's because the one i had was too overcooked.

We came at an off-peak time, so we didn't have to wait. My friend she had the Green Tea, red bean ice I actually came here again the next day with my husband to try their mango dessert. U see? it is my favourite place for dessert. I highly recommend this place for everyone that wants good dessert.

My second time to try this dessert shop (my first time was in Taikoo Jusco). This time eating with my col. We both love dessert and it seems no doubt, the only preferred choice in CWB. We ordered: Apple Crumble: I'd say......i wouldn't want to try again. It's too sweet to swallow even filled with pretty much sweetened apple slices......OMG! Oreo Pudding -tried a bite and it was far much better than mine, if you are oreo dude, this is the one! After that, we all agreeded that desserts there are over-priced......it is pretty hard to get customers back.

After our disappointing dinner, I was so glad to come to this place for dessert! So many great choices and everything looks so yummy!! They even have the hard to find souffle!! So we ordered 楊枝金露雪花冰, original souffle and the bomb alaska. The 楊枝金露雪花冰 was a bit light in taste, wasn't as rich and creamy as the snow ice we had in Melbourne's Icey Ice. The souffle was a bit chewy but ok overall. The outside of the bomb alaska was a bit sweet, but very creamy. It was good overall, and many other choices that's very attractive, would probably give it another go (maybe another location) if we have a chance. Recommended Dish(es):

Date dined 6th August 2010 Food 1 Chocolate pudding , 1 Milk Ice Taste: Milk Ice - $35 - Came with Oreo crumbs, marshmallows, jellies and cornflakes with condense milk drizzle on top.. It was definately tasty. Was rich and creamy milk taste and I love how they chose the add ons. The cornflakes was crunchy and tasted good with the milk taste. The oreo crumbs add a lil more flavour to it. I did not like the jellies and the marshmallows on it tho. Was too sweet. Chocolate pudding- $48- looked abit small to the others I have eaten elsewhere. It was super delicious. i spooned in, and the melted chocolate gushed out, as so amazing. I loved having a spoonful of the cake with the meled chocolate with some ice cold ice cream. Was definately good, BUT the ice cream was way too small. Not enough for spoon of ice cream with the pudding each time. And the pudding itself was not as good. Services service was average. Like all Hong kong places, not much smiles. But at least they responded to u when you request. Overall It was definately one of the best chocolate pudding i ahve tasted. I love how the melted chocolate gushed out but not too sweet like other dessert shops. But there is a huge queue all the time. i did not like thw ait as it was raining and not much shops near by apart from restaurants. But it was definatley good.

After the first visit, I thought the apple crumble was quite nice so came here again for it. This time it was overly sweet. Also tried the egg pudding because of the cute egg container. Basically it tasted ok, and there was thick sauce at the bottom.

Came here around 11.30pm at night, and there was many people queuing to eat here despite being in the back streets of Wan Chai. We registered for a table, and I was actually surprised it was in an orderly fashion, she noted well, who was next and arranged them to be seated. Whereas in other places, they just allocate numbers and shout out the numbers in a cold manner. Anyway, ordered snowflake ice and an apple crumble. The snowflake ice is just the usual taste, however the hot apple crumble was quite good, the apple was diced and soaked in strawberry syrup. If there was ice-cream or custard, it would have been perfect. Although it is not the traditional apple crumble, but it was interesting with strawberry syrup.

The service was good + friendly, environment was fairly clean + tidy. I have ordered soya bean ice cream (2 scoops) and 火焰雪山 both recommended by a weekly magazine. Strong taste of soya bean for the ice cream but I did not like the texture, a bit rough, unsmooth. Also, too less sweet which raise the strong beanie “fishy” taste accidentally. For the 火焰雪山, the combination of puffed egg white with ice cream was quite weird to me. Not only they are not the right matches, but also the regular supermarket quality ice-cream has down graded the overall expectation from customers before eat (At least they they honest and told me in advance Little disappointed, maybe ONLY I did not order the right stuffs for myself and follow the recommendations from the magazine. I will definitely visit again soon, try something else due to their good service and food quality! Big suprise!! I met 牛頭角下村徐錦江 last night at a new dessert shop at CWB. He told me that his shop (肥媽甜品) was closed 2 months ago and now he just join this new shop. He has no change at all. He keep using his funny smile to recommand his Panna Cotta. So I ordered my favorite Durian Panna Cotta... OMG... it looks extremely nice which is very different from before. He used to serve this with a plastic cup but now he put some fresh strawberry and a mint leaf for decoration. Um..... it's time to put it into my mouth... hahaha.. no big surpirse in the taste becuase I know that he is able to keep his standard - strong durian flavor, smooth and creamy. After I finished my Panna Cotta, I ordered my another favor, PANCAKE. He asked me to change a table where located outside the open kitchen. Wowowow... this is my first time to see how he wrap the pancake. He told me his pancake is the thinnest in the world (he is overconfidence, I don't believe he already travel around the world and try all pancake lor). Anyway.... he also show me how he make the cream... that's amazing, I though the cream is just bought from supermarket but he said his cream is more thick and creamy than others if he make it by himself. Well... no surprise again... becuase ... I can just say it taste the same as before "GOOD"!! I took a picture of him ar. If any ladies or his fans want this picture, please drop a message here... hahaha..
