朋友鍾情法國餐...係元朗選擇唔多...所以又再次黎到雪山...唔黎都唔知...原來就快搬舖...今次試下第D新野....真材實料...純洋蔥味 加左一小塊包同芝士碎係湯面之餘...仲比多份包包同芝士碎你......實在好足夠...新配搭... 沙律菜好新鮮...唯獨我不太喜歡某種菜係苦苦地的...連沙律油都遮蓋唔到... 至於pizza...原來唔同意大利果種磋粉底來焗...而係用法包墊底焗成...面係芝士菇等...夠哂味道...比較輕怡...好適合女性食… 平時我不太食青口...因為好多時都急凍到無哂味...而此菜式加cheese...感覺唔係好夾咁...但朋友喜歡新嘗試就order了...意想不到...果然不同...cheese味雖不濃…但有creamy既感覺…藍青口味道唔似雪藏左好耐...雖不至於係好新鮮...但仍有其獨特味道...仲有成三、四十隻添...好抵食 鵝肝有成2吋x3吋…煎完好油…齌食比較"溜"…牛扒order左5成熟...但一d血水都無...仍然很鬆嫰... 鴨夠唸而唔乾…但無咩鴨味…唯伴碟既薯仔加左d汁…好creamy… 留意>凍咖啡唔係即磨…熱咖啡先係…配埋奶已經好香…唔駛落coffee sugar crystal都唔苦... 因收到風,12月9號搬新店,朋友又down down 地 ,所以今日專程再來法國雪山咖啡食餐好的法國菜同甜品餐包暖暖的,有點甜味,好洋蔥湯好味,配埋芝士,十分夾,洋蔥味濃,芝士香前菜:法式薄餅拼沙律,薄餅同沙律配合得很好,很清新,薄餅香脆,味濃,沙律新鮮可口法國芝士藍青口,老板娘說是佢地招牌菜,教我地先夾下青口,再把煲低的芝士汁放進青口中,一起吃,當我同友人一試,好特別,未試過咁嫩滑的青口,同似白汁般的芝士混合起來,好美味,同份量好多,起碼有60隻 ,必試主菜:鵝肝拼牛柳,牛柳5成熟,剛好,鵝肝香口,做到外脆內嫩,入口即溶法式焗鴨腿,外皮香,肉嫩,有鴨的味道甜品:心太軟,朱古力流心味濃,不是配雪糕,是配蛋黃醬,都很好味,但如果暖一點就更好芝士蛋糕,芝士味好香,好濃,很好味 continue reading

說它個性,是因為比一般餐廳難預約。四度致電都失敗了,終於在星期天晚上成功預約。餐館的面積真的很小,只能容納5-6桌客人左右。簡單精緻的布置,田園格子桌布,法國鄉村風情,倒也十分溫馨。廚師是法國人,因此十分期待他的出品。這兒價位不低,幸而主菜加$78可配餐湯、甜品、餐飲,在元朗來說也不算過分。餐前麵包該是來貨的,中規中矩吧。點了法式洋蔥湯、酥皮牛柳、烤芝士、熱咖啡。法式洋蔥湯味道頗濃郁,配以芝士碎佐吃,加上湯面的脆法包,味道十分不錯。前菜是老闆娘推介的烤芝士,雖然芝士只是小小的一份,但香濃的瑞士芝士上覆以薄薄薯片,再以芝士烘烤,有層次的口感之餘,也令芝士十分香口。配伴碟的沙律菜及莎樂美腸,已十分飽肚。老公的主菜是法式焗鴨腿,是一般的水準,味道是不錯,略嫌鴨腿較乾身。而我的主菜酥皮牛柳配牛肝菌醬則更為精彩,別致的圓圓酥皮盒切開是有相當厚度的牛柳,酥皮盒酥脆並吸收了牛的肉汁,牛柳質素甚佳,柔軟有肉汁,廚師處理得剛好。伴碟的烤薯塔也十分精彩,大廚用薄薯芝士層層覆上烘烤,十分滋味。是日甜品是焦糖布丁,蛋香頗濃,但太濕潤,可以做得更好。最後是一杯熱咖啡,想不到味道香醇,甚有水準。一向鍾情小餐館,這兒味道不錯,想不到元朗也有如此用心的小店。雖價格略高,但仍值得一試。 continue reading

遠道而來食這間位於元朗的法國餐廳,没有令我們失望,水準依然!這裡可先選定主菜再另加$78轉餐,包餐湯、餐飲及甜品。餐湯有onion or mushroom soup, 我較喜歡忌廉蘑菇湯,因其較香濃。主菜和男友一樣食法國香煎鵝肝拼牛柳, 香煎鵝肝香口且入口即溶,牛柳份量十足,medium ware 食最好,没有筋、很林滑!另外,每次來都必定另外叫的白汁煮法國青口,肉質飽滿,很入味,超正,好似都只是百幾蚊!甜品必然之選緊係朱古力心太軟,不過好似有點太甜,但朱古力流心真係好好味!餐飲加$28轉了蘋果酒,男友話啤啤佢wor,死要我陪飲⊙_⊙。不過留意他們只收現金,附近好似無ATM架,所以帶定現金。再者,我估因地方較細,所以booking 分兩時段,6:30至8:30及8:30至10:30,所以店員提我要準時去,否則吾夠時間食! continue reading

A popular and probably only authentic French restaurant in YL.The French chef/owner is having a party of friends, all French speaking at the night, strong enhanced the French ambience in this local neighborhood.Mussels are really good with intense yet light cream sauce. Steak is perfectly cooked in medium rare with nicely presented veggies as sides. Dessert is a little sweet for my taste and can be more refined.Yet that pricing, one can’t expect hotel quality French huh!? Mont Blanc already did the best with that price range! continue reading
