服務態度奇差,今晚大約6:30跟朋友一起到大埔富萊花園稻香分店晚飯,約7:40食完行出去俾錢嘅途中我朋友被地下的油漬還是水漬都搞不清楚係油還是水,總之係地濕滑導致成個人反側撻咗係地,職員見到完全唔理齋係識得企埋一邊,叫佢嗌同事嚟幫手,係有多個職員行咗嚟不過唔知點解行到過嚟又係識得企喺度又唔會第一時間扶返人起身又或者拎張凳過嚟俾人坐番起身先囉,真係好得意,居然係其他食客不段叫先識囉拎張凳,才識得拎返個小心地滑提示牌出嚟,職員完全好似事不關己態度,齋係識得賴個清潔冇抹好撻地喎!但係事發時我見到小心地滑嘅提示牌係收起放埋一邊囉,而唔係出事嘅位置囉!我都好想知究竟你哋集團如何培訓員工呢?呢啲係你地既服務態度?!發生意外嘅常識?!我即時問返第二個行過嚟嘅職員,點解你哋唔識得幫手一齊負返跌低咗嘅客人起身先呢?佢居然九唔搭八答我第一個職員頭先佢驚喎,我反問返同我講個位第二個職員咁妳驚唔驚呢?完全冇扶過囉!簡直不知所謂,結果我朋友費事我情緒激動就嗱嗱臨俾錢走,離開咗佢先同講其實佢撻得好應好痛!麻煩貴集團嚴加注意下培訓員工注意地下濕滑情況及應變方案!!!而唔係淨係識得齋企囉!!! continue reading

今日飲下午茶唔太多人,首先要用手機掃描落點單。 星期一至五下午茶時間由兩點至四點,小點、中點、大點、特點、尊點都係各$15。菠蘿叉燒包,韭菜豬紅,鯪魚球配西生菜,櫻花蝦香煎蘿蔔糕, 一籠香菇灌湯餃 , 香芋鴨腳扎,抹茶香芋餅。太耐冇嚟飲茶, 發覺點心有進步,樣樣都好熱。豬紅好滑,菠蘿包個皮焗得好香,抹茶餅皮有芝麻包住好香脆,櫻花好好味,蘿蔔糕煎得好香。點心大概等十分鐘左右,另外,斟茶唔使叫夥記, 每枱旁邊有部加水機,按一下加水,等到一百度,就可以自己沖茶,好先進。 continue reading

今次同行六人幫,去大埔稻香揾食啦!本想食$1乳鴿,可惜踫釘子了,星期六,日原來系正價$68隻架!冇辨法啦!唯有食其它了。。。嘅然咁我哋就來個豪D嘅!首先來隻長腳蟹!肉貭鮮甜!够彈牙不止,還超多羔,可憐大家大慰食,忘記比相機食添跟住有爐燒鵝(够特別)邊食邊熱住就唔怕佢凍啦!再來魚兩食,先上個炒魚肉超够獲氣接住上個枝竹豆腐頭腩好惹味呀!最尾仲有個蛋浸莧菜同冬瓜,呢兩個味道算唔錯。呢餐我哋食得太豐富了,飽……飽……飽……最後最後啦!差D忘記了為大家推薦的自助式沖茶水車,非常時期,非常安全。。。再約下次食乳鴿 continue reading

一家6個人食了半圍餐1388,真係不知所謂,先講乳豬半隻,賣相已經唔得,得半隻豬係咪應該用細既碟呢,用一隻豬既碟去上菜,好似比人偷左半邊咁,另外講味道喇,應該是丁熱的,皮不脆又肥成口油,魚翅仲離普,竟然玉絲係一舊舊既,所謂魚翅竟然係硬既有骨咁,另外最簡單既甜豆,竟然無摘咬落去要自己拉返條絲出黎,仲有菜心啫都唔摘左個花出黎,大大條咁,真係懷疑究竟有無洗過!另外大蝦伊麵,從未見過咁既煮法,可能我唔識欣賞但真係難食,免強食到既應該係碟炒飯,唉…總之真係食到一肚氣…… continue reading
