車胎人推介,反正出開來,即管試吓。🎈環境🎈過咗午飯時間去,去到剩番一枱客人,服務員食緊飯,都好殷勤過嚟招呼我。鋪面都算齊整企理,可以容納50-60人左右。🍑食物🍑叫了一個杏汁白肺湯,及一個白飯。食物好快上枱,湯的顔色很靚,聞落去好有杏汁的味道,可惜不是太熱,湯真係要辣嘴最好飲,這個算是入口不熱,啱飲的溫度,但味道是不錯的,湯內大概有三至四舊豬肺,很好味。白飯夠熱的,但有一些黏在一起的飯,硬硬的,有些失色。💁🏻‍♀️服務💁🏻‍♀️服務員親切有禮。💰價錢💰不算貴,會收茶錢。 continue reading

又到了晚餐時間, 之前也有試過雞湯; 豬膶湯, 湯料好嫩及味道夠濃, 另有豬手, 爽口又入味…這次便叫來了它們;葱油三黃雞,可以半隻上, 佈滿香蔥粒與咸雞汁的, 雞肉們鲜嫩不過肥不過瘦而肉又有雞味, 配合埋碎葱們同雞汁, 入口非常豐富, 一件接一件咁食呢。黃金海中蝦,淡淡的咸旦黃蓉炒蓋著鮮蝦們,蝦殻不硬是可以直接咬的, 整體不過咸不過油, 鲜香嘢味。花膠杏汁白肺湯,很香濃的杏汁味, 湯料的豬肺件很整潔附上三-四件,花膠, 兩件。 continue reading

點了杏汁豬肺湯,杏汁很清香,味道十分淡,不過我和朋友都覺得好似係無味精。同埸亦點了花膠豬肉餃米線和元貝雲呑新竹米粉,話係雞湯底但喝不出來因為太清淡,唯一有些意外是滿滿兩碗粉一條菜都無,要另外點。顧住食,沒拍照了。服務可以,卡位常常有客坐。不過今次光顧晚餐不太多人所以不用煩等位。 continue reading

少去灣仔,一有機會過開去就揾下好野食,我對杏汁豬肺湯有要求,而且市面上都無咩餐廳會賣(因為功夫多),所以search到就點都去試下,而且係open rice有得訂位,咁方便,就決定要去試下!朋友仔確實對內臟無咩興趣,所以個湯試左幾啖就放棄,不過我地都認為,杏味可以再重D,但當然考慮成本同功夫,而且太重又怕食客唔鍾意,但對我鍾情於熱杏霜嘅人來講,多⋯⋯⋯⋯確實無問題。而豬肺都煲到好林,洗得好乾淨,食落感覺有如棉花糖,果種軟綿綿嘅口感好好!網上睇過個炸魚皮要試,所以就叫黃金果隻(因為同價錢),不過又事實,魚皮真係打邊爐先係最佳選擇,齋食就有D⋯⋯,可能我地都七點半食,炸左成日,都明嘅。再上豬手,熱辣辣,皮就煮到岩岩好時間,好有骨膠原,食落口有啫呢嘅口感,不過D肉就煮多左,有D實,食完會癡牙!我就叫左蝴蝶腩并黃沙豬潤,真係戲玉,前者就一般,雖則menu話係,但其實同普通瘦肉無分別,只係多左D筋,就係個「蝴蝶」,所以浪費左我個肚嘅 quota,好彩黃沙豬潤就無得頂,因為本人係好鍾意食豬雜粥,所以都好時常食到不同店舖嘅豬潤,要爽唔粉,彈牙但又要咬得開,唔腥,真係唔係好多粥店做到,就算打邊爐都要計岩時間。琴晚呢片豬潤,係白灼情況下,係做到嫩口嘅感覺,唔腥,易咬開,個侍應(我估老闆婆)話黃沙係最好味,而且蝴蝴腩係每隻豬得一片,好罕有,多D來食,咁多豬嘅美食來講,黃沙豬潤係,其他就不過不失。最後就埋單,送左兩張湯券俾我地,有半價,下次可以用,自己都鍾意個湯,湯券係吸引我再去。 continue reading
