太平館(尖沙咀店)小編最近有移左民既朋友番泥香港放假一於同佢試下呢間老字號懷舊港式西餐廳相信大家都聽過太平館既巨型梳乎厘原來除左梳乎厘    太平館其他主菜都同樣出色!店內環境好靚好有氣氛啱哂同朋友傾計聚會我地就係晚市時段試左以下幾款招牌菜:1.太平館瑞士雞翼  $198/8隻餐廳介紹呢道菜係佢地最具代表性既名菜雞翼生浸在由自家秘製既瑞士汁用文火浸熟至入味  所以都要預留20分鐘左右既製作時間雞翼即叫即浸 食落嫩滑多汁同埋好入味!!好想叫碗白飯撈汁食~2.太平館瑞士汁炒牛河  $138 餐廳用新鮮牛冧肉配河粉再加上秘製瑞士汁味道十分之夾河粉夠香滑 牛肉又好嫩唔會過老不愧係經典菜式! 不過菜名叫炒牛河其實上菜後係要自己撈勻唔明點解佢叫炒河而唔係撈河3.岑味牛脷飯  $140岑味Salmis係一種法國醬汁主要用牛油及雞肝、酒煮成味道都好特別而牛脷有3片厚切質感好軟熟!  軟稔中帶點彈性牛脷水準極高連配菜都好食4. 太平館焗梳乎厘   $160講起梳乎厘一家會諗起太平館 梳乎厘係全人手即叫即做  焗到金黃色呢份巨無霸梳乎厘空氣感重口感軟綿綿~又有濃郁蛋白香。我地今餐都好滿意下次會想試埋其他經典菜式! continue reading

今日揀咗太平館嘆個飽,呢間歷史悠久嘅茶餐廳一入去就有種穿越返舊香港嘅感覺。先嚟碟瑞士雞翼,外皮煮到啱啱好嘅焦香,汁料嘅味道淋過翼仔真係好入味,甜中帶鹹,好惹味😋!燒豬髀飯嘅豬髀燒到皮酥肉嫩,啲骨頭肉一咬就散開嚟,淋上嗰啲特製豉油,香濃惹味,配飯真係絕配🍚!唔少得嚟個乾炒牛河,牛肉嘅滑嫩同河嘅齒感夾埋一齊,炒得火候恰到好處,每一啖都充滿咗瑞士汁鼓油嗰種獨特嘅香味。跟住,臨尾啱啱好食到份梳乎里,內外皮別具特色,外層焦香脆口,內裡嘅忌廉夠滑,真係軟綿綿嘅極緻享受,又唔會過分甜膩🍰。依家算係完滿結束我嘅美食之旅,食完咁滿足,連個心情都好咗!下次有機會一定會再嚟,探索下次食點啲咩。#港式美食 #老字號 #太平館 continue reading

位於尖沙咀的太平館餐廳分店,餐廳座位寬敞,環境衛生整潔。瑞士汁雞翼:瑞士汁香濃惹味,雞翼色澤光鮮,雞肉完全吸收醬汁。味道微甜有層次,有別於坊間的瑞士汁雞翼,只有「死甜」的味道。瑞士汁炒牛河:牛河炒得有鑊氣,牛肉焦香而且有肉汁,配瑞士汁十分惹味。可惜吃到一半,覺得有點膩和口乾,比較喜歡他們的乾炒牛河。另外,他們自家製的檸檬茶,茶香濃鬱順喉,檸檬味不會過酸或過苦,個人認為值得推介!像太平館餐廳這些老牌餐廳現在買少見少,除了欣賞食物本身的味道,有時間不妨去到訪重拾舊香港情懷。 continue reading
