失望,太令人失望我細細個好鐘意依間餐廳,可以午市既廚吾同晚市既廚? 幾年前來過一次已經覺得走樣,團聖誕節帶老人家來感受一下老香港京菜氛圍,我真係覺得做左隻大水魚童子雞,重老過我,食一舊,finish 無味無道甘都擺得上台平果拔絲,你拔俾我睇,都吾知做乜我諗佢真係換左大廚,好可惜間甘有氣氛既餐廳,淨係食氣氛嘍,個味道真係同名氣好大落差,為左出菜已出菜,做吾到精品,無左靈魂,如果你地管理層見到真係要好好檢討下,我覺得你地吾改善下會執笠

同朋友相約歡度情人節,避免西餐與各情侶逼,專登選擇中菜逃離人潮,泰豐樓一向是飯堂之列。6pm walk-in問有否訂位,回答無,食飽會速交枱。帶位至隱秘間隔枱,隔離仍有員工更衣(換褲)中,極為尷尬。坐下即點菜,1)塩爆管廷,正常; 2)乾燒二鬆冬,外表無異,除外面一層,綠葉雪菜是脆香乾身外,下面全部如油浸般,口感古怪; 3)砂窩津白,侍應代分,當然分時附上大量滿滿湯料,致餘下窩內只是清湯😅 4)京燒羊肉,此菜式一直是每趟必叫,皮香脆肉淋,帶上皮與骨,可惜是晚一上菜見皮淋不脆,已即時向侍應反映,侍應話再做過另一份吧。最後再做那份依舊是皮淋失準; 5)炸銀C卷,因為所有菜式都一般般,叫餃子又太多唯有叫炸銀絲卷結尾,最後皮亦是淋淋不脆。所以結論是大廚可能情人節會情人,而是晚廚房又發夢,連油溫亦有問題,致所點菜式全部失準不合格。昨晚已十分清靜不繁忙😕

今次試咗間小館,感覺真係有啲正!👏🏼佢哋啲炒蘿蔔糕啊,表面煎到啡啡脆脆,入口係咁滑,啲蘿蔔甜漿漿,食落真係停唔到口!再講下啲椰香雞飯,啲雞肉嫩滑得嚟唔肥膩,同椰漿飯嘅香甜夾得好,令人一啖又一啖。仲有佢嘅冬瓜盅呀,滿滿嘅湯汁溫潤順喉,冬瓜爽口得嚟攞來減少油膩感,係飯後來上一盅,正!🍲講返啲甜品,紅豆冰🍧做得好精緻,甜度啱哂我呢啲唔鍾意太甜嘅人,紅豆又甜又綿,啲鬆脆嘅冰粒好過癮!嚟到呢家館食飯,真係覺得自己搵到寶,從飽腹到滿足感,都係百分百。同朋友傾偈食嘢,淨係諗起都想再去一次!下次我還嚟,一定仲要試多啲佢嘅招牌菜!🤤

係呢到其他人寫得好好,直情好似係平行時空,但我直係忍不住要窯我經驗出來。一去到畀咗張八人派枱我等我滿心歡喜。坐低放低把遮先至發覺窗台滿是灰塵,同行朋友向上一望原來上面大概有二三十平方呎嘅天花喺度跌緊灰。我哋決定唔坐呢一張枱換另外一張比較細嘅,好開心已經擺好咗碗筷。點知一坐低望見旁邊嗰隻碗裏面有一支牙籤仲有一粒好似飯之旅嘅嘢黐喺碗裏面!好啦又叫佢換,再望下對面張凳背有一pat好似乾咗嘅芝麻糊似喺度!因為大家老朋友約咗出嚟聚唔方便換地方,如果唔係我一定拉隊走!再嚟叫菜,似啲樣嘅菜比如雞,小碟200起,中300起,大碟400起睇,到我哋眼都突埋,openrice前面講一人50至100蚊消費似乎完全唔正確!無奈叫咗個六至八人套餐,2980元免茶芥,但係要加一,最後埋單我哋一人480元!有一說一,翅湯係好,足料並一人有2碗左右。但其他都好一般,比如北京填鴨,並不是片皮,切出來一塊絕大多是肉,塊皮比女仕尾指還要細,細到你完全講唔出塊皮係脆定唔脆,重要啲包皮一大疊一塊黐埋一塊我真係唔明其他人點讚得佢嘅北京填鴨最可怕,係臨走去一去廁所,個男廁五個尿兜有三個係塞咗,漏緊出嚟,我真係冇辦法畀四百幾蚊一個人,竟然係一個茶餐廳嘅廁所都不如!如果你鍾意懷舊,喜歡擺設,廳中間有福祿壽三星,呢個的確係一個好地方,其他你哋自己睇路。
