呢個配搭好似有d怪.....伴碟0既係之前凱撒沙律果d生菜蕃茄+西瓜+凍湯果d超酸士多啤梨..... 同埋一大碟上枱, d 唔同0既汁好似溝埋一齊............... 威寧頓牛肉卷內有D蘑菇,好似有D芝士同埋千島醬, 整體少少偏咸... 燒豬柳就幾好, 仲有好多肉汁~

與一班舊同學聚餐,十居其九也是吃中菜,其中一個同學對我說過:(撞番你真好,起碼我們無須成日為聚餐地點而頭痕,之前我們十次有八次聚會也是上酒樓,吃那些特價時段任食火窩,食到大叫怕怕,哈哈!) 這一次聚餐,不如特別一下,與大家到麼地道某大廈內,吃個西餐私房菜。餐廳名字叫"Bravo"。 餐廳格局頗具在中環蘇豪區的異國風情,深紫的色調顯得醉人浪漫。最適合情侶前來光顧,但這晚我們一行十多人,霸佔大廳內的長檯,當然不會浪漫得去那裡。 菜單方面是以客人的預算而定,付得多一點,便有個份量十足的海鮮拼盤,如果預算不大,與我們一樣,來個數道菜也可。 首先每人先來一杯歡迎飲品,是一杯特別調製的雞尾酒,酒精度不高,入口微甜。

Wish to echo with previous comments made by arsuet 1022. Same menu. Great food. Great arrangement by the Fun Match Club. Great price from the Fun Share. Seafood combo was fresh and delicious. crispy garlic bread came with the soup. 香煎鵝肝伴蘋果黑醋啫喱 - what surprised me was the 黑醋啫喱. 香煎鵝肝 was superb. Mango 雪芭 just so so. For the main dish, both 牛柳同埋三文魚 were good. we all enjoyed the food very much. 精選甜品拚盤 - not too sweet, good. the walnut chocolate was rich and tasty. Rose tea - my friend preferred more rose. but ok for me. A nice evening with great food and service. Super value for coupon price! Recommended Dish(es):

6 of us went. Atmosphere was OK. Seating also comfortable. However, from start to finish, the service was excellent. Unfortunately, food was generally quite disappointing despite many positive reviews in the past. Welcome drink: sugar water- very sweet. Seafood platter: very fresh but portion quite small for supposedly six people. I have been to others with much larger offering for same number of diners. Bread: crisp and good. Foie gras: acceptable but nothing special. Soup: mushroom with truffle. Not creamy enough. Taste average. Sorbet: soft but ok. Mains: salmon was fresh but portion a bit small. The steak was well below average. No taste and most disappointing. Dessert platter: ordinary to the extreme except for 1 or 2 items slightly better. Flower tea: weak. Much better to end with coffee or tea. Overall, mostly disappointed despite the friendly staff. Kitchen smell very obvious as ventilation not strong enough. For the group buy price, it is acceptable. First of all, I want to confess to everyone that I am a good friend of the owner of this restaurant, however, I have to emphasis that in spite I have such good relationship to the owner, I swear to god with my son to comment the quality of this restaurant in the most objective way. I am actually a new comer of this web site and this is my first comment to a restaurant, and I don't think the owner may offer me some discount during my next petronizing nor buy me some gift regardless how good this page is wrote. OK, here we go, buddies~ Atmosphere + decoration - As mentioned, I am a friend of the boss, he reserved a dining room for me without extra charge, actually I am not quite sure that he may charge for such a great room but I do appreciate his arrangement & I shown my girl friend that we are actually VIP's, not bad, ain't it? May be you guys may check it out during your call of reservation then. Price - HKD380/head for a full course of French food, what do you ask for??? This price makes you got no expectation on the food but the truth is, the food surpises you as well & everytime I pay my bill with a smile. Welcome Drink - Sort of sangria, the Spanish wine + fruit juice + sweety drink, not bad but I expected a sweeter taste. Actually a welcome drink brings you the first impression of the restaurant, It did bring me some memories while I patronized other fine dining restaurants in hotels, the first thing those waiters would speak to you is "what you want to drink, sir?", how embarassing we reply "tap water, please", hahaa, yaaa, now we can get rid of such freaging embarassing atmosphere, aren't we? Well, my opinion is, the sangria could be a bit sweeter, on top of that, the restaurant should also put the sangria into their drink list as well so I would have an extra option on top of red or white wine. French Bread with Vegetables Salad and Black Truffle Cream Cheese Sauce - French bread.....well.... not bad, only stupid would clap for his bread but I am pretty sure the selection of bread is unique, you won't find it in Park'n shop nor Welcome supermarket. The chef does have a heart on the choice of fine dinning food in spite a bread. The tase of the black truffle cream isn't that strong as what I expected but matching with the bread is just perfect. It balanced the taste of the bread & the creamy cheese. Shrimp Light Curry Apple Salad + Spinach Fish Mousses with Balsamic Olive Oil Dressing - "What??!!" This was my first responce while I was told I got such dish, how can u imagine shrimp, curry & apple could be put into 1 dish??? Upon this dish arrived & tasted a bit with hesitation, my worries were just swapped by happiness. The mild taste of curry sauce is just perfect to the shrimps. As of the fish moursses which belonged to my girlfriend, it was just perfect to my slimmer girl friend, she just loves it! Another home run on pleasing her!! Daily Soup made by truffle again - creamy, taste not very strong, but I'd rather the soup comes earlier than the above appetizers, since the taste of soup is a little bit mild compare to those appetizers. Hope my friend would read this, hahaa! 5) Fried Goose Foie Gras with Caramel Apple and Balsamic Jelly + Clam with White Wine Sauce - Goose liver, well, I do it regularly at home, but I must confess that I could never do it so perfect in my own kitchen, nice strong taste & I was told by the boss there is some little tactic to make it so great, I am not gonna tell you but for sure I will try this tactics next time I cook it in my kitchen! As of the clams, the sauce is crucial, having your every clam dipped with the white wine sauce is very important on eating this dish, I must say the white wine sauce + clam is the best way on making clam. Sorbet - not bad to clean up your throat & stomach before the main courses. Main course, grilled New Zealand baby lamb T-bone served with red wine sauce - I would highly recommend this dish, the lamb meat is just so soft. Actually I risked my own life recommended this dish to my girlfriend, she hates lamb a lot, she hates the bad smell of lamb but I assure the chef did very well on the receipe & I am wondering the taste level of rosemary is just perfect, not too strong but kicked away the bad taste of the lamb but reserved the nice but very mild taste of rosemary. For sure I will try it at home, unfortunately I was told by my friend that the baby lamb T-bone is so rare in the market, you can barely find it in City Super or Market Place, ok, forget it but I won't forget this dish in my remaining life, hey, I want to complaint the lamb meat is too small to being claimed as the main course, I do anticipate that my next visit my friend will offer me a bigger one, haha!! Impressive!! Dessert time, Almond Pancake Zabaglione - Same problem as the sangria, little too mild for me & I expected a sweeter dessert but making dessert is quite tricky cause the level of acceptance of sweet is different. Some people like sweeter, some hate sweet. I hate people hate sweet dessert, those people who hate sweet dessert always got a cruel heart. For those dessert lover like me, they always smile of their face, like me, hahaa! 9) Flowering Tea - I complainted several times to my friend already, flowering tea doesn't bad at all, really not bad since a pot instead of a tight cup of tea is offered but I'd prefer a nice strong coffee after such great quantity of quality food is swallowed. If any of you ever been to Europe, especially if you visited Italy, Spain, France, those restaurants will always offer you a nice strong coffee & just makes you feel so nice!! 本人經常上Openrice找好地方興朋友們食飯已有好幾年了,剛剛才申請成為Openrice的會員。第一個食評想寫下Bravo。原因是這間餐廳的食物整體上不但令人滿意,更重要是她們的服務非常體貼。是一間用心經營的餐廳。如果你想靜靜地跟朋友們好好歡聚一個晚上,這兒會是一個不錯的選擇。 去年12月,我便計劃訂一個房間跟朋友們去那兒聚會。由於我們一心想在私人房間內用餐,而她們從12月開始,生意實在太好了。我們訂了幾次房都訂不到。之後又因種種原因,聚會一改再改。直至今年4月,我終於成功約到好朋友們及訂到房間,飯局才成事。 到達Bravo的過程其實充滿驚喜。當你到達Bravo所在的大廈之後,你須要在留下閘門按她們的門鐘等她們先開門。正如C&W所說,之後你需要乘搭一部非常懷舊的升降機上5樓。到達後,對正一出升降機門的白色大門便是Bravo了。我們一出升降機便看見兩位美女在等我們了,真是驚喜萬分!其中一位美女便是Bravo的LingLing了。 是晚的LingLing安排了一間4-8人房給我們,房間有平面電視機。我本人覺得在法國餐廳看電視有些奇怪。但朋友想看新聞,正好合了他的心意。由於餐廳除了我們還未有其他食客到達,我們好奇想參觀一下其他房間,LingLing便帶我們四圍看看。Bravo有三間房,小至2-4人房,大至十多人房都有,適合不同人數的聚會。我覺得2-4人的佈置是最浪漫的,而且那兒設置了一部CD機,可以讓你帶私人的CD上去播放歌曲或者音樂。根據LingLing的資料,經常有很情侶在她們那兒求婚及慶祝。而她們亦會因應客人的要求盡量作出一些特別的要求及配合。她們的服務這樣週到,難怪情侶都選擇在這兒慶祝及求婚了。下次有機會都一定要試試在2-4人房內吃一次飯。 至於裝修美中不足的地方是只有我們的房間是沒有音樂播放的設施。另外,由於房間的冷氣不是遙遠控制的,所以要由人手調控。我們一時覺得冷氣太冷,一時又覺得太熱,要勞動LingLing為我們調教了好幾次,都幾搞笑。至於房間的枱,因為枱腳位置有橫木,所以坐起來有些不太舒服。如果這些地方都可以改善一下,便實在太好了。 至於食物方面,由於我們一心想試她們最好的出品,所以我訂枱時便請LingLing代為安排菜單。由於我們其中一位朋友要遲些才到,LingLing便建議我們先一邊喝自己帶來的紅酒一邊等。不一會人齊了,她們便為我們上菜。 她們先送來一個歡迎飲品,之後便上前菜及餐湯。前菜是巴拿馬火腿沙律,這個菜其實沒有難度,但用作前菜很對胃口。之於餐湯是黑松露雜菌濃湯。我本人很喜歡喝雜菌湯,這兒的湯做得很香濃美味,再配上暖暖的麵包非常好吃。因為麵包配餐湯已經非常美味了,我吃到一半才發現有黑松露芝士醬。麵包配上黑松露芝士醬味道更是一流。我回來後,再看其他人的食評才知道她們大約每個月都會出一次海皇湯,有機會的話我都很想試試她們做的海皇湯。 吃好麵包之後,再來的是我們期待已久的海鮮拼盤。海鮮拼盤有帶子刺身、生蠔、海蝦、青口、翡翠螺、北寄貝、牡舟蝦、阿拉斯加蟹腳及瞓覺蟹。LingLing細心告訴我們先由味道比較清淡的帶子刺身開始吃起,最後才吃比較濃味的牡舟蝦及阿拉斯加蟹腳。海鮮拼盤果然跟想像中一樣非常鮮味。就連對海鮮有要求的朋友們都非常滿意及讚不絕口。這證明了我選對地方了。哈哈!吃海鮮的時候,LingLing為我們配上她們餐廳的Penfolds白酒。一邊吃海鮮,一邊喝白酒實在絕配。她們的白酒好清新好清甜既提子味,很易入喉。期間,兩位美女間中進來為我們加水及添酒。我們一邊聊天一邊慢慢享用食物。 等我們吃完海鮮拼盤之後,她們便送上頭盤。我們的頭盤是香煎鵝肝伴蘋果黑醋啫喱及香草白酒鹽燒南非鮑魚。因為我本身非常喜愛吃鵝肝,所以第一時間便選擇了鵝肝。鵝肝很肥美,如果可以再大塊一些便更好。之於選了鮑魚的兩位朋友則覺得鮑魚有點硬,跟他們平常吃的清蒸鮑魚不一樣。LingLing解釋由於鮑魚是焗出來的,所以跟清蒸的會不一樣。 吃了雪巴清一下味蕾之後,我們便吃主菜了。四個主菜分別是:西班牙黑毛豬骨扒,香煎澳洲M7和牛伴紅酒汁,法式什菌釀鴿子,魔鬼魚翅伴薯蓉酸椰菜。由於我們想試齊四個主菜,我們分別每樣都試了一些。而我最喜歡的是豬骨扒,豬骨扒的豬味很濃郁,質感很豐滿。跟平常吃的豬扒完全不一樣。之於和牛及釀鴿子都是水準之作。由於我朋友們只愛吃新鮮的魔鬼魚,他們認為冰鮮的魔鬼魚不太好吃。我想在他們會否有點要求過高,因為香港應該不太容易找到新鮮的魔鬼魚吧。 吃完主菜後,我們其實都已經很飽了。但我們是不會放過她們的甜品的。我們的甜品分別是:梳乎厘、法式燉蛋 及兩個朱古力布甸(即軟心朱古力蛋糕)。我認為最好吃的是朱古力布甸,朱古力味夠濃而且焗的時間剛好,所以中間的流心做得剛好。我自己一個差不多吃了一整個朱古力布甸。這個朱古力布甸比外面很多地方都做得好吃。我其次喜歡的是法式燉蛋。之於梳乎厘,因為我本身不喜歡吃梳乎厘,所以很難評價。 吃完甜味之後,她們便送上一壺法式玫瑰花茶。玫瑰花茶味道清香。但我希望可以來一杯香濃咖啡。而朋友們都希望可以有其他選擇。 用心做好一間餐廳的人越來越少,我希望她們的食物及服務都可以保持到水準。更希望她們會考慮我的這個不太專業的食家的小小建議,改善一些細位。最後,希望下次再去的時候,她們會供應咖啡。以及她們會因為我寫了這個小小食評會送多一個朱古力布甸給我。因為實在是太好味了!哈哈! PS:因為顧住跟朋友聊天及吃東西,只拍了上面數張相片。

有人說,香港人不認為食飯是一個節目,而是趕往看戲、卡拉OKA、購前的一個任務。就看看法國菜能否推反這句說話吧 首先來的,是WELCOME DRINK ,是七喜加乾果,YUMMY! 再來是法國面包伴咸火腿,附上黑松露菌芝士醬,淡牛油及千島醬。不喜歡千島醬強烈的味道,可選黑松露菌芝士醬或淡牛油,伴火腿面包一起放進口裏,為之精神一振 然後是海鮮拼盤,頂層是帆立貝,大鮮蝦,中層是美國生蠔、凍熟蝦、青口,底層是翡翠螺、凍蟹和阿拉斯加蟹腳。待應說從上層吃至下層,因為要從淡味吃至重味。 大鮮蝦口感不錯,伴COCKTAIL SAUCE (酸甜的特製醬料),特別鮮甜,就其喜歡蝦的腦汁,JUICY! 阿拉斯加蟹腳有很香的海水味,吃的時候甜得來帶幾分咸味。不用點豉油,品嚐原味經已震撼味蕾。 然後是海皇湯。此湯可遇不可求,是關主廚vincent 一個月只會煮一之,每次煮湯都要花上一個通宵,在酒店吃這個湯要二百元。 海皇湯材料非常豐富,有蝦,龍蝦,蟹,青口,螺,鰽魚。主廚先把海鮮燒香,使之變得香濃,加入炒菜,香草,茄膏,再加入魚湯煲。吃的時候,我們加上了黑椒,忌廉和百蘭地,有非常非常濃的蝦味,在味蕾徘徊時卻有蟹的味道,就像所有海鮮的味道都溶在湯裏,使整個湯的味層非常豐富。 然後是竹荀火腿伴黑醋汁,竹荀甜脆,火腿感而有肉味。 接著是鵝肝伴蜂蜜法國包,煎香的鵝肝肉汁豐富,伴鬆化的法國包非常有口感。再吃涼果粒及蘋果片,便可清清口腔的肥膩。 接著是芒果味雪芭,清清味覺,仍接之後的主菜。 主菜分別有M57和牛伴紅酒汁和全麥汁大蝦伴魚扒。 澳洲和牛入口即溶,肉汁豐富,紅酒汁由牛骨,香草,紅酒匯成,配合和牛吃,YUMMY!特別是如果配香橙一起進口,有意想不到的效果! 麥啤汁大蝦伴魚扒,麥啤汁既甜又香。 尾聲了,送上法國玫瑰花茶,醒神消膩。 最後送上的是甜品疏乎厘和蕉糖焗燉旦。 和平時吃的蕉糖焗燉旦不同,主廚把蕉糖放在燉旦上才去焗,不似平時的蕉糖沉底,故此蕉糖是硬而香脆的,既叫既燒。 主廚vincent 在酒店西餐部任職約15多年,前年(09年8月)開了Bravo法國私房菜,Bravo英文譯作歡呼,法文譯為廚房。他認為法國菜變化豐富,因此他鐘情於此。 他希望成為香港有名的法國廚師。 餐廳設有三個房間,讓客人盡享私隱,環境寧靜而浪漫。聽老闆說有很多男士包房求婚,求婚率是100%的!

自己一向都不會寫食評,可能因為懶惰的關係,但今次係Bravo既經歷,即使自已再懶,也要將好的餐廳介紹給大家。 先講講這間餐廳的環境。要上去呢間餐廳,你需要搭一部懷舊的lift (其實初初去都有少少驚),要自己拉開門入lift。上到5樓,一出lift會見到白色大門,便是Bravo。入面裝修環境係romantic那種,好適合情侶約會,而Bravo有三間房,小至2-4人,大至十多人都有,適合不同人數攪gathering。今次我係同女友慶祝拍拖一週年紀念,所以就book左細房,入面有music player, TV, 餐廳仲一早預備左candle俾我,紫色加灰色的牆身,岩女友口味。 我叫左兩個餐,每個餐都有9樣菜色,正合我同女友長長久久既意頭。坐低先黎一個welcome drink,多吃兩三道菜,就上左一個餐湯叫 "黑松露雜菌湯",個 餐湯幾特別下,我同女友都覺得好好味,不過女友為左留肚,所以無飲晒。到main course,我叫左羊架同和牛扒,因為兩樣都係女友鍾意食,味道唔算出色,尚算平穩,不過比較岩我既,係兩個main course都有好多熟既菜,同有露荀伴碟,可謂健康之選。其實食到最後都好飽,因為每樣餸既份量都好足,但最後我仍然繼續食埋個甜品 "杏仁班戟沙巴翁",賣相無咩特別,但質感好得意,出面未食過,亦覺得好好食,我女友雖然唔鍾意食杏仁,但佢都話個甜品正。另一個甜品梳乎里就一般啦。 其實今次寫食評,我最想讚既係服務。為左紀念日而事前做左好多準備功夫,成日都要搵餐廳幫手,但每次都無托手爭,甚至乎要佢地特登提早幾個鐘開門俾我佈置,佢地都肯。每次send email 查詢,都好快覆。 我同女友會再去,回憶浪漫的一晚﹗

First time to this place, although it was a bit hard to find, but it is all worth it. Very nice environment and good atmosphere, service was super nice too. It was a dinner of 4, we started with an opening drink, nice and refresh, little alcohol, good for the girls to open up their appetite. Then is the homemade bread and some special spread, it was very just amazing to go with the ham, we finished the whole basket, could not stop. 黑松露雜菌湯 was one of my favorite of the night and the cold starter of prawn or fish were just so so. The next starter were great, my friend just love the鵝肝 so much. I had the asparagus with ham (unfortunately, I could only try a bit as my girlfriend loved it and stole most of it.) Mango sorbet was next; it is to clean up the taste inside our month, good and thoughtful!! We have ordered 4 different main courses, including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, quality and quantity both satisfied all of us. The beef was one of the 和牛 the chief made it awesome, it was the best out of our main courses. I order for med well done but I think I should try med raw next time!! Desert was normal, I have no comment as I do not eat desert and I did not hear any complain from friends, hehe. Happy that I have been there, another good experience in TST C fong Choi!
