Before they moved here, they had another branch nearby, but that time they only specialized in Chinese desserts so I never went because I can't stand Chinese desserts. As well as Auntie Sweet, there is also Dessert Loma (Dessert old mum) across the road which serves snowflake ice and cakes which I have already tried at Shaukeiwan. I went to Auntie Sweet because I wanted to try the strawberry yoghurt sago which is a modified version of the one at Chung's dessert in Po Lam.
You melt my heart:
I also got it because it was chocolate flavoured tofu. The chocolate tofu is ready to eat in three easy steps.
(Notice the surface of the chocolate is MATT)
The texture was silky and delicate with a lovely beany aroma and tastes similar to Western chocolate pudding. ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ Strawberry yoghurt sago:
The taste was amazing because they used natural yoghurt which was gorgeous, it is similar to frozen smoothie but the ice particles were finer and melted quickly leaving deliciously cold yoghurt sago. The sweetness was just right but I would prefer more yoghurt in the dessert because the yoghurt taste was not strong enough. It also contains coco de nata just like the dessert at Chung's.
Chocolate cookie milkshake:

This shop becomes famous after a recent TV series being played. For the first time to visit, I ordered 芝麻豆腐西米露, you can require either sesame or tofu ice-cream. The dessert was so far so good, but if the flavor of sesame could be stronger, it will be perfect!

We walked down 清風街 and noticed this dessert place ...... only after trying did we realize that it's a famous place.
The interior was poorly renovated and service not too good ...
But their desserts were awesome!!!!
Will come back to try other ones soon! Recommended Dish(es):

Savant (Non-member) | After a hard day nite at work, I decided to have a walk with my wife from Fortress hill to Tin Hau for nite snack. We then came to this "Sweet Auntie" thing just to find everything turns into a nitemare! As a professional 5 stars hotel chef for over 10 years, I ought to say not much food really impressed me anymore. But it's the atmosphere and the service of a restaurant that makes a good dining. As we walked in the place, we can see all staff are not really that "sweet" in "Sweet Auntie". Bad attitude, wrong order delivered to my table and reluctantly apologies when I ask for the change of my order! It's a total disaster! I even see my neighbouring table had an arguement with one of the staff who then "apologized" with foul language. Staff there are really rude, they scared my wife. Makes me feel like I am in some kind of a "gangland" . *The only thing I can't complaint about there is the cleanliness since its a newly opened restaurant as I can see. *The service is terrible! Worst ever dessert place I've been in Asia.(might sounds exaggerated, but it's true.) *Food quality, Trust me, You better go Park n' Shxp for dessert for almost the full menu are ready made food everyone can get in a super market. *The price charged there may seems realatively cheap. But think about the kind of super market food and the service u have to "enjoy" there. worth it? To be honest, I hate sitting infront of a computer mourning so much about a bad experience. But I believe this is not the way they run a place for business and ruin my day. I hope one of the staff could notice and change before they close down the place. rgds Recommended Dish(es):
