hot egg tart May 25, 2011
Time: around 345pm on Saturday. I just luckily met the time when there was a new set of egg tarts released.
Place: very close to the bus terminus. It is very convenient.
Environment: small bakery. Clean and tidy.
People: I guess it was the manager who saw I was holding the egg tart coupon. She quickly helped me to order half a dozen of hot egg tarts. Good service!
Food: When I got back home, I immediately tried one. The cookie crust was ok. The excellent thing was the egg-filling. When the egg tart was still warm, the filling was semi-solid, half-liquid and half-solid. It just tasted SO GOOD! An hour later, I had another one. This time, the egg tart had been cooled down a lot. The semi-solid filling has turned into complete solid form. It was not as fabulous as before.
