連鎖米線店久不久又會推出新食譜,今日來到就試呢款港式牛脷,釀豆腐,歐式百里香米線。湯底係胡椒鲜番茄。叫店員下單,問我辣度要多少,我要求盡量少辣,她說要BB辣就可以了,待客態度不錯。米線上檯,正常份量,牛脷有五片,顏色像午餐肉,厚度適中,容易咀嚼。 釀豆腐两件,厚切,雖然充滿鱼肉餡,但不腥。湯底茄味濃,見到粒粒鲜蕃茄,湯内可見一小撮百里香,散發幽香,不過自己覺得湯底鹹少少,辣度可接受。吃米線之餘又要了杯黑糖寒天苦瓜茶。杯面放了一圈苦瓜,杯底有寒天,入口軟軟糯糯。可能米線鹹,喝這凍飲就覺得很順喉,甜甜的口感令人感覺舒暢。 continue reading

小女同四位朋友嚟到 貴店打算食個lunch,坐咗大約15mins,發現現場祇有2-3個waiters。原本我哋係預留咗大約50分鐘食lunch,結果佢哋一時叫我哋download app嚟落單,一時話俾幾張單我哋scan qr cord落單,我哋其中一位download完app之後仲要log in,導致浪費咗將近10分鐘嘅時間。最終我哋選擇手動落單,叫到一半幫我哋落單嘅店員話hang機,導致我哋坐咗差唔多20分鐘先嗌到單。坐咗接近半個鐘,我哋嘅嘢食終於嚟到,而其中一位嘅面條根本未熟,硬到差啲哽親…雖然本人明白以上行為並非 貴店直接造成,但如果 貴公司合理分配員工崗位並提升落單裝置,以上事情大概不會發生…~四位被時間追趕的學生 continue reading

Tam Jai is a go-to spot for Hongkongers craving rice noodles, and well known for the spicy soup. However, on my recent visit, I opted for the tomato soup with fish tofu and pork cartilage to avoid aggregating my sore throat.I always love the tomato soup's subtle sweetness, and it complemented the tender pork cartilage and savory fish tofu. I also enjoyed the addition of the pork cartilage, which was a new feature in their recent ad campaign. 我今晚於9:30 入店食嘢,店員已告知10:00 收工,所以要盡快落單!結果於10:00 店員竟然強逼我係未食完嘅情況下,出去門口埋完單先可以再食!我真係覺得呢個安排太差,如果店員一定要10:00 準時收工,9:30 就唔應該俾客人入內!這樣逼我要放下食物,立刻埋完單先可以再食,簡直難以接受!以後都唔會再去呢間店舖今時今日呢個態度、其實係咪唔想再經營下去呢? continue reading
