第2日公眾假期同朋友出黎暢敍, 近近地揀左呢間酒店bar!!!!

今次係第一次黎, 室內有live band, 但無乜氣氛,
可能客人廖廖可數!!!! 而且燈光過黑, 感覺只屬還可以~~~

同朋友坐左一會, 發現原來有室外位置, 我地當然改坐室外啦,
空外環境好大, 而且傢俬一流, 有泰國resort既感覺,
加上天氣秋涼, 感覺真的很寫意呢!!!!

我地叫左一支紅酒, 同埋酥炸魷魚, 魷魚雖然新鮮,
但炸粉唔脆又唔夠味, 真係好一般~~

不過飲野最緊要都係個環境, 小食呢d都只係陪襯,
空外既感覺好好, 好舒服,當晚仲見到好多星星tim,
過幾日再約其他朋友黎先~~~~

逛完宜家 就来凯悦小座 上次在饼房吃到了招牌Apple Pie 就已念念不忘 今日再来故地重游 上4楼来一访天天吧 Pomelo 18柚子18 $75
喜欢Rum和青柠的组合 加上柚子肉和一丝柚子皮的清香甜意 以黑莓甜酒相配 很是清爽
其实有点怀念以前很爱喝的 Blackcurrant Absolute Vodka 或许那时是刚开始接触洋酒 很是新奇 而个人又很偏爱紫色 爱拿着威士忌杯 倒入带有紫色溶液的Vodka 然后在灯光下 看着紫色缭绕 映衬在清澈的Vodka下 很是魅惑Lychee Martini $75
又来Lychee味 几乎是将这一杯酒当做检测一家Bar是否合心水的作品 喝过较烈的是在Ozone 和Aqua Vodka小小灼喉 但荔枝的香气回荡口腔 又是美不胜收 而特别的是圆方的那家Grand Central Bar 表面竟有一层冰霜 冷艳动人 这日也是第一次来沙田凯悦的天天吧 当然也会用此杯一试高下 酒味也较烈 荔枝香气飘飘 是不过不失的表现 整个环境 也几乎是看不太清楚的暗黑色调 是晚人不多 场地也颇为宽阔 因而显得冷气也是足够的”冻”人 亦有Live Band现场演奏 说起Band 平日常去的是洲际 另外不错的有帝文娜公馆的Dada’s Bar 还有最难忘的一场 是在半岛的Salon de ning 只是那时的人儿早已散去 相约好的白衣扒 也便就此搁浅 望再有机会相聚 Happy Girls Night

想在吃晚飯之前來個Happy Hour，所以17:00就到了Hyatt Regency Sha Tin的Tin Tin Bar，這麼早去酒吧還是第一次。

17:00-20:00是Happy Hour，Buy one get one free。

身為大學職員，亦經常支持大學酒店的餐廳，不過還是第一次來這【天天吧】！很有意外驚喜！

首先有親切友善的女侍應帶位，一個人也可坐舒適的大沙發！

非常超值的享受 ♡ ♥ 天天吧 Tin Tin Bar

同朋友放工想搵個寧靜嘅地方傾偈，閒日又想搵間近屋企嘅，麗豪同帝都酒店都已經被內地遊客攻陷，所以決定去沙田凱悅酒店。天天吧 Tin Tin Bar 環境寧靜，座位亦舒適，有沙發座位，亦有高桌位及酒吧座位。星期二夜晚7點幾，人不算多，以外國人居多，酒吧設現場音樂演奏，外籍歌手主要唱英文歌，唔知係咪見到我地係中國人，所以唱了一隻國語歌

Happy Hour 下午5時至晚上8時，飲品買一送一 (樽裝飲品除外), 黑辣椒薯片略鹹，相信係希望客人多飲幾杯酒水吧。飲品沒什麼驚喜，一般啦，另外叫了一個芝士Platter.都係一般。不過$100舒服坐足兩個鐘，冇所謂啦，這裡不失為傾偈談心嘅好地方。

Tin Tin Bar must be a word play of the famous Chin Chin Bar in the original Hyatt - at least that's how i interpret it. Haven't been to the new Chin Chin Bar yet but I've been to the old one, when it was at present i-Square location! Tin Tin Bar in Shatin offers a 2-4-1 Happy Hour deal, which is unexpected for a Hyatt Hotel's only bar.

MANHATTAN -
Cocktail made mostly of whiskey and vermouth, with more apparent taste of latter. Manhattan tastes similar wherever you go but slightly less 'corrosive' than a martini. Its a perennial winner. I actually ordered this for its COLOUR, as it would fit in most with the spotted with red interior scheme and similar coloured suede seats.

LA VIEILLE FERME - COTES DU LUBERON 2008
A white Luberon AOC wine from a region famous for French asparagus. Its a wine that uses quite peculiar grapes, at least for the new world wine drinkers: namely Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc, also the more recognisable Roussanne and Marsanne. Its pretty dry and on the sour side. A simple but interesting house grade wine.

RECOMMENDED.

I didn't really intend to write a review on this place because it was rather boring. The cocktails were unexciting and the snacks being offered were rather ordinary (although there were some interesting Chinese style snacks on the menu). Then again, I asked myself how often would I experience an exciting meal? or an exciting day for that matter. Life is boring most of the time and it is the occasional excitement that gives us the much needed sparks. Like it or not, boredom of different scale is all around us, so go have some fun whenever possible!

Anyhow, the Tin Tin Bar (vs the Ching Ching Bar at the Hyatt Regency at K11) is situated inside the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin. Why Sha Tin and in the middle of ... nowhere? ( Tai Wai / University Station to be more exact) I am still puzzled about the location which is right next to The Chinese University of Hong Kong, with one side facing the Tolo Harbour. Another interesting element of this new hotel is its height, the highest is 15th floor.

Although its cocktails and snacks were boring as mentioned, I quite enjoyed the setting and atmosphere. I know, it sounded kind of lame but that's the true. One of the key factors for my liking was the space ... high ceiling together with spacious private space between tables.
I would come back just because of the setting / lower customer traffic (due to its location I suppose). Oh yeah, it has a live band during the evening as well.

- Location a bit far and in the middle of nowhere. (perhaps that's why I would likely return)

是夜在沙田十八有飯局,比原定時間早到.於是便到隔離的酒吧"天天吧",先喝點酒.

記得當年尖沙咀凱悅,有間酒吧叫"千千吧".沙田凱悅繼續這個疊字傳統.英文名"Tin Tin Bar",大家又會否想起比利時的漫畫Tin Tin?

時值歡樂時光,酒吧內只有三數名酒客,差不多全是外籍人仕,駐場的女歌手,不理聽眾多與少,仍然落力為大家獻唱.當女歌手唱罷一曲,禮貌地鼓一鼓掌,這是男仕應有的風度.

酒品選擇甚多,來到這等酒吧,不會喝生啤.見到特色cocktail有一味"柚子十八",用得隔離餐廳名字作招牌,相信也是招牌貨.

用Rum,黑莓酒,柚子肉,濃縮青檸汁調教出來的柚子十八,既有Rum酒的香,亦有柚子的清新味道.十分討好.喝多兩杯也不醉人.不過,幾時都覺得,聽著Jazz,始終都是喝威士忌最為相襯.

喝光之後,酒杯敲著鋼琴,我心悶透,想你解救?

一個平常不過的周末, JUDY當晚的伴, 新相識的MARK沒有出現。 心情壞透的她, 蹓躂到這家新開的酒店, 到那營業到最後一刻的酒吧, 獨個兒喝杯悶酒, 等待明知不會現身的某君。
夜深的酒吧, 因地點的關係, 只有零星的幾檯客人, 以及一顆寂寞的心。 JUDY被安排坐到吧檯, 單身女士是情願跟酒保閒聊幾句, 都不願獨自關在一個角落胡思亂想罷。
"想喝什麼?" "就幫我調一杯甜的COCKTAIL。" 短短兩分鐘, 一杯酸溜溜的飲品調好了, 正配合什麼都往壞處想的JUDY的心情。
坐在吧檯另一角落, 飲著紅酒的MICHAEL向JUDY一笑示好, 寂寞的心找到了配套, 便開始了天南地北的對話。
"你從哪裡來?" "我來自紐約, 過來是為著一點現在沒有什麼意義的發明........"
"你為何又一個人?" "殺時間, 以及等一個不會出現的人........"
在談得興起的同時, 酒保留意到MICHAEL的吉杯, 靜靜地為他倒來一杯冰水。
直到深夜的火車開出多時, 大家才留意到零星的顧客都已離去。 MICHAEL 跟酒保說 "請幫我把小姐的飲料算到我的帳單上。"
" 你看, 你多好? 你是不應該再想自己有多不好!"
" 一路順風!"

Just went to dinner in Sha Tin 18 with friends. When we walked out to the lobby after dinner, we saw a bar next to the restaurant. We heard there was a woman singing, so we walked into the bar.
The waiter came to greet us and invited us to take a look. They were all very kind and said that the singer is from Philippines. She sang very well and there were few big tables with 6 to 8 people sitting enjoying the performance.
The waiter said the live band perform every Wednesday to Saturday at 7pm. And there is happy hour 2 for 1. We sat down on one sofa table and ordered two kinds of signature cocktail. The drinks were very good, refreshing with Pomelo.
The singer was very professional that she sang songs in mandarin called 童話. That surprised all guests there including me!!!! The service was excellent with friendly and helpful style. I will bring friends to go to happy hour after work next time because I saw that they serve pizza and sandwiches too.
