第一家BLT Steak 是在紐約由大廚Laurent Tourondel開設的，現在在尖沙咀海運大廈的香港分店由Dining Concepts管理。BLT Steak 的牛排很有水準，而其他菜式的味道也不錯，價錢適中，大概每位$350至$450左右。餐廳的服務有點慢，人手似乎不太足夠，但室內布置很舒適，又有一個面海的露天平台，是一個週末吃飯的好地方。

There are the really high-end and stuffy steakhouses that serve premium steaks, and there are the more laid-back and cosy steakhouses that also serve up fantastic meats, and BLT Steak belongs to the latter camp.

Straying from the old-school steakhouse interior with dim lighting, dark wood and leather benches, the decor of BLT Steak is elegant and modern, with a lovely al freso dining area that overlooks the Victorian Harbour. Conveniently located in Ocean Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui, BLT Steak (which stands for "Bistro Laurent Tourondel") is a steakhouse that was opened in New York in 2004 by Chef Laurent Tourondel and brought to Hong Kong in 2009 by Dining Concepts.

The menu offers an attractive selection of prime US and Australian steaks, appetizers, salads, poultry, fish and shellfish. The desserts, in French and American style, were also tempting.(1) Some warm and appetising BLT popovers were brought to our table after we had made our order. The popovers had a nice eggy taste, and were light and slightly doughy. You could taste some Gruyère cheese in them but the cheese flavour wasn't overwhelming at all.(2) The first dish to arrive was the Tuna Tartare with avocado and soy-lime dressing ($162). The flavours of the tuna and the avocado were delicious and indulgent, and the dish was lifted by a citrus note from the lime juice. However, the soy-lime dressing was just a tad too salty.(2) We shared an American USDA Rib Eye (14 oz, $398), and it was beautifully grilled and incredibly juicy in the middle. We asked for medium rare and the kitchen cooked it just right. The serving of bone marrow on the side was umami-rich and not greasy at all.(3) Besides the rib eye, the Red Wine Braised short ribs with sage-garlic ($278) were also utterly delightful. The red wine sauce was brimming with flavours, and the short ribs were tender without being overcooked. The sage-garlic added a fragrant kick to this accomplished dish.(4) We ordered a portion of French fries ($68) on the side, which was presented in a tin cup.(5) The Black truffle mac & cheese ($78) smelled enticing, and tasted fantastic too. The mac and cheese was cooked to an excellent texture and was rich and creamy, finished off with a refined taste of black truffle.(6) The Crepe Soufflé in passion fruit sauce ($98), in a half-moon shape, was excellently light and spongy. The passion fruit sauce was citrus and summery, and the passion fruit seeds nicely cackled in the mouth.(7) The Bittersweet chocolate tart with praline ice cream ($80) was delightfully chocolatey and satisfying, and each bite of this goodness was enhanced by the iciness of the praline ice cream.(8) We ordered a "Make your own sundae" ($58) for the two kids at the meal, and they have thoroughly enjoyed mixing up the toppings with the two scoops of homemade ice cream. The finished product didn't look appetising to us at all, but the kids assured us that it was absolutely delectable.We were given some mini chocolate brownies as our petit fours, and they had an airy texture and were not heavy at all, which was perfect as we were all incredibly full by then!BLT Steak is a great eatery that offers a fantastic range of scrumptious dishes. The setting is stylish yet relaxed, and its location is convenient. However, our only complaint was that the service was rather inefficient and unenthusiastic at times. Having shared the steaks, we only paid around $400 per head for the meal, which was very reasonable for a steakhouse. Overall, BLT Steak is a reliable restaurant for a relaxed and comfortable dining experience.

My friend is a steak craver. Whenever she sees the word "steak", she will go for it. This explains why we were here.

They serve semi lunch buffet here, including starters like salad, cold cuts, cheese and desserts like cake, puffs. If you need something more besides starters and desserts, you can always order a main course just like what i did. Cheese popovers were freshly baked, hot and cheesy, probably the best thing here.My friend came here for her STEAK, so we ordered the USDA rib eye steak with fries for our mains.
Both of us ordered medium rare for the steak but mine was over cooked (i couldn't even see the pinkish color of the meat!). Well, i returned it and luckily the second time, the meat was not as over cooked as the first time, it was like medium though. I accepted it but i was not very happy about it. The steak was so-so, lacked of flavor and quite dry. Oh, here is the problem...i thought BLT STEAK is famous for its steak? I honestly don't think its steak is impressive or worth a try ( at least not the one i ate).

I really can't believe i spent $300 for this : ( I deserve a better lunch!!!! Sadly, we picked the wrong restaurant.
I'd rather spend $300 for a japanese lunch with good quality of sushi and sashimi... hahaha

This restaurant has gone seriously down hill! Having eaten here before decided to go before cinema. Had pre-booked four days in advance.

- met and shown the worst table in the restaurant when it was half empty. Had to argue with staff to be shown a better table
- completely ignored for 20 minutes. Had to get up to find someone to place order.
- served cold steak on a cold 'sizzling plate'
- cold frites
- offered no sauce or 'signature bread'
- completely ignored for the entire duration of meal. No offer to fill glasses or ask if we were okay? Nothing
- Ignored at end and had to ask for bill
- food was terrible. Wife couldn't eat steak which was a shame at over US$50.00
- complained at end to Manager and got a pat on the back. Not another word....

There are hundreds of better restaurants than this in Hong Kong. Avoid.

Cost. Over HK$1,650.00 for a shared starter, no dessert, two steaks and one bottle of wine.

Avoid - if you want decent steak go Intercontinental (expensive but worth it vs. BLT), Ruth Chris, Mortons - in fact anywhere but here.

Having dinner with a friend on Monday night, the food are good, very fresh oysters and the steak are cooked perfectly. The harbour view is amazing !!! And the serious are good. We are having a great time and enjoy the dinner that night !!!

Was looking for a restaurant that had a harbor view - decided to try BLT Steak.

Made reservations for 8pm for 3 people - no need to wait for the table

The restaurant was semi packed. They served us with very big portion of yorkshire pudding bread:This was quite nice - crunchy on the outside, soft in the inside

They also gave us these salmon pieces complimentaryTaste - was okay

Crab Cake - $152The crab cake came our burnt and was quite spicy

Baby Spinach, bacon, roaring forties blue - $92the salad was okay - it was my first time trying the roaring forties blue, and it was a very strong cheese, good thing it was easily picked out.

American USDA filet 8 oz - $328The steak was cooked to what we wanted - medium rare BUT the steak was luke warm

Acacia honey marinated alaskan black cod $248The glaze on the cod was quite nice but again the cod came out luke warm

Brocolli - $68The brocolli way too many breadcrumbs and the brocolli was soggy

The mushrooms were very bland

The baked potato was too spicy and their was alot of mayo on it.

Overall, I did not like the food at BLT Steak, the food was cold and the taste was just okay for the price you pay. I would not dine here again.

However, the service wasn't as bad as what all the previous reviews stated. My server was quite attentive and kept filling our wine, and cleaning our plates.

I invited an old friend at the Blt Steak in Ocean Terminal to celebrate her birthday.

It was my first time to patronize this place, we ( 2 person ) came in at 1:00 pm sharp as I have reserved the table a day before. As soon as we settled in, we ordered for a weekend's 'branch'. A funny looking Eurasian waiter by the name of Pedro brought a menu for us to order... the food on the list was not appealing to me at all, with OMELETTE designated as one of the MAIN COURSE. So, with no much appetizing offer and without a choice, I & my friend both picked a CHICKEN for two, some sort of braised-chicken with herb... which I don't care to remember. Anyway, after 15 minutes or so, the waiter brought 2 portion of CHICKENS in a huge, BUCKET-LIKE IRON POT that instantly occupied 2/3rd of a table. In each iron-pot that resemble a bucket, there was 2 pieces of chicken sitting at the bottom. I & my friend immediately lost appetite because the portion was simply too much for both of us to consume ( imagine 4 PIECES OF CHICKENS ALL TOGETHER ! ). What irritated me then, was that the waiter never care to tell us how excessive the quantity of that chickens for 2 gentle guests. If they had a good heart to tell us that ONE portion is good enough for two, then we could have ordered other dishes so that we could share different food, enriching our dining a little... but they never cared. They just blindly follow our order, without the good manner to tell us, that ordering 2 portions for the same food is a waste. In a meantime, we tried to find something better at the salad-bar, hoping to get back what we have lost just now. But to our disappointment, there was nothing much to mention about except that there were ONLY SALADS... A VERY LOUSY SALADS WITH LOUSY SOURCES. I normally don't care much about the deserts as long as the restaurant offer something substantial & money-worth for the main dishes, but I need to mention how poorly done was their deserts... the cakes ( god knows what, some sort of messed up christmas pudding overly sugared not quite edible ) simply SUCKS. There is no ice-creams available, and what they were offering instead was a few slices of pineapples & melons on the small platter looking like a leftover from yesterday absolutely unappetizing.

Lastly, I forgot to mention, the key item for any buffet : ROAST BEEF. It was not fit to eat. The meat was HARD, & DRY, POORLY DONE. I ordered 2 thick slices but I left one slice untouched because I simply lost my appetite try to chew up that tasteless hard-meat... I HAVE NEVER EATEN SUCH A LOUSY, POORLY DONE ROAST BEEF ANYWHERE IN HK, AND AROUND THE WORLD, IT MADE ME FURIOUS. In the end of my spoiled birthday celebration, with 2 lousy glass of house-wines added to my bill, it cost me almost 900 HK dollars... the food we ate doesn't worth 10 HK dollars !! So, this is my friendly advise for everybody, DO NOT ( I REPEAT : DO NOT ) EVER PATRONIZE 'BLT STEAK' BECAUSE THIS RESTAURANT IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF, YOU WILL REGRET THE DAY YOU ENTERED THIS GOD-FORSAKEN PLACE HOPING FOR A GOOD DINE. THEY STOLE MONEY FROM MY POCKET & RUINED MY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION FOR MY OLD FRIEND.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK BLT STEAK !!

I echoe the previous reviewer's comments on the service. It was terrible. I spilt water on the table and myself and the waiter rolled his eyes and made such a rude face I was very shocked! When we asked for bread he snapped it was coming. Then when it came they brought tons of it so it was all over the table. Then at dessert, they insisted we ordered 2 portions of ice cream when we only ordered one. They didn't believe us and tried to argue that the computer said 2. So their waiter made a mistake on the order but you don't insult your customers by trying to insist that they ordered 2. Frankly, I wouldn't come here again either. The food wasnt bad but not great but the service really spoilt it for us.

I registerd with openrice just to express my disappointment n angry about this restaurant.

Food
I had beef tartar for starter, the beef was not fresh at all! The beef was not seasoned!
The main course- beef fillet was alright. But just pan frying a piece of fillet, i dont think it can go very wrong anyways. No sides at all, just a piece of beef n costed me $350...
Dessert was not nice as well..too much alcohol was used in the dessert that took away all the flavours!

Service
It was a complete disaster!!!!!!!! The waiters n waitresses were not polite, no smile, it took them 15 mins to bring me a glass of water! And i had to remind them twice.
It also took them 20 mins to come and took the order!

Ambience
The restaurant got a nice view! But it was extremely noisy !for saturday night, i have already expected that.

To b honest, i will never ever go back to a restaurant like that!! I was not eating at a "cheap" local place.. for spending around $800 per head, i would ve better off eating in a 5stars hotel!!!

Order BBQ corns, rib eyes steak n Ribs... salad ... N dessert Rib eyes Steak like my old grandmama... Ribs is like a boil meat from Chinese Soup, with BBQ sauce! Salad is horrible ....The best is the fired BBQ corns, n dessert .... N the beer....

I had just had a terrible dinner this week in B.L.T, the worst ever with this value!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(1) the oyster and clams were really bad!!! NOT FRESH!!!!!

(2) I order the steak to Medium rare. Yes, the inside of the steak was Medim rare BUT the whole surface looked like a CHARCOAL. I think they should clean their oven or grill before cooking the next dish.

(3) I ordered apple pie as my dessert BUT the apple pie was broken into piece and I could not see any crispy bottom.

The dinner was totally NOT VALUE FOR MONEY!!!
