十月之星慶生,朋友係外國返香港好少食唐餐,朋友又想唔到吃乜嘢!於是我提議去“私房菜”吧,這家之前都有同朋友去過。我哋一行五人選擇咗“鮑參翅肚”餐。當菜色開始上枱時“壽星仔”開始不斷講:估唔到😂蒸蟹蛋白滑夠酒香芝麻雞皮脆冇油鮑參翅肚夠入味條魚蒸到啱啱好扇貝蒜香味夠香三色蝦各有特色蟹肉勾翅好好味瑤柱西蘭花清淡炒飯夠乾油唔多芒果布甸做甜品壽星仔問 : 點解而家仲可以唔使$300 可以食到咁多嘢!我同壽星仔講 : 而家香港嘅私房菜大部分都係樓上,所以唔使負擔昂貴租金!雖然龍泉無華麗嘅裝修,但勝在地方舒服,回家食飯嘅感覺(當然屋企唔會成日食鮑參翅肚~haha)。當然其他朋友對今餐亦讚口不絕,如果遲D再有飯局的話,可以再黎,其中一個好處就係人多可以有獨立房間。下次亦可以試下其它菜單。 continue reading

兩星期前BOOK位既,等位就唔洗點等~之前食過架喇,第三次食,因為以為兩次食完都回味,所以再去食第三次!!!期待.....點知重點,D野食唔夠熱~~~翅唔夠熱(我地都未洗好碗碟,佢已經上次翅,好似吹我地咁)芝麻雞之前都做得好出色既,點知凍冰冰,唔脆口,又唔夠芝麻,唔好食花雕酒味太濃烈,遮左蟹既鮮甜.....勁失望,只得花雕味三色蝦仲失望...唔熱....唔脆加唔好食就連個炒飯都係凍既~~~~真係好失望呀~~~~就連服務都比以前差~~~我諗今次之後會止步 continue reading

今日慶祝父親節,特登2星期前Book檯,Order招牌套餐($288/人)(1)蟹肉扒金山勾翅一上第一道菜,翅大大塊,好有氣派湯底咸咸地,有d黏口帶膠質,爸爸話好食過去飲果d翅(2)天下第一雞外皮有大量芝麻,食落口味道好似煎堆咁,香香脆脆,家人都讚好食(3)原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味依道菜有d失望位,海蔘有怪味,冬菇厚肉但唔入味,鮑魚不錯加返分。(4)花雕海蟹蒸蛋白花雕酒味太濃烈,遮左蟹既鮮甜既同時,變得有苦味。如少點花雕會更好味。(5)蒜蓉蒸粉絲雖然食得出係雪藏貨,但帶子位尚算大粒,味道可以。(6)一蝦三食蝦丸中間有芝士加分,但蝦丸本身唔彈牙(多粉)。黃金蝦,咸蛋黃加糖混合既外皮可口,但蝦肉本身無乜鮮味豉油蝦,調味不錯,同樣問題,蝦唔係新鮮。(7)炒飯其貌不揚既炒飯出奇地好食,粒粒分明,有胡椒香味,炒得好香,好味道!(8)瑤柱菜心原本menu寫係瑤柱西蘭花,但變左菜心,差咁d,因為菜心掛唔到汁!但瑤柱汁鮮甜,幾正(9)蒸海班讚!火候岩岩好,蒸出黎既魚嫩滑無比!(10)芒果布丁中間有芒果粒,但茫果布丁本身無布丁既彈彈滑滑既質感,係因為加多左水?性價比高,$288竟然食到咁多道菜又有海鮮但大廈人流較雜,建議女仔最好有人陪同一齊上去 continue reading

為了慶祝母親節 所以早左兩星期book龍泉始終係舊式大廈入面完全冇裝修同環境其實有少少污糟不過啲嘢好食就算數啦一起菜就有個翅湯雖然十分膠囗而且碗碗都有一疏疏魚翅不過依然飲到有少少味精同雞粉味之後有蒜蓉蒸蟶子皇聖子皇未蒸之前就十分大隻不過蒸完之後就縮咗完全一半size但都幾甜嘅花雕蒸蟹就十分入味酒香而且這個蛋白同蟹肉十分之夾蟹亦都十分新鮮還有這個炸蝦丸炸蝦碌蝦肉十分爽口而且入味不過最後魚同埋炸子雞亦都有少少失望因為兩樣都蒸得過火和煮得過熟魚肉和雞肉亦十分鞋口而且蒸魚豉油調配得麻麻地有少少過咸整體來說也不過不失不過同以前食開就好似份量越來越少了 continue reading

與舊同事飯聚,想食中莱,但我哋8人又唔夠12人坐一圍枱,醒起幾年前黎過呢間樓上鋪平靚正,而且位置方便,尖沙咀區,人人都方便搭車來,8人也可坐一大張枱,10個人更可有房坐(雖然房仔細細 )當晚揀咗食$288位既鮑參翅肚招牌套餐,無須加一,有十道菜式較為特出係花雕蛋白蒸海蟹,蟹肉鮮嫩美味,蛋白滑溜帶有蟹味同微微花雕味,蛋白才是精華所在 另外招牌三式蝦也很出色,豉油蝦同黃金蝦雖然是雪藏蝦,但做得入味;至於蝦丸亦炸得彈牙爽口,有蝦味 其他菜式不過不失, 海斑蒸得剛剛好,夠嫩滑;鮑魚食得出係平價貨 但始終是一分錢一分貨,不可要求太多。還記得幾年前食完十道菜後,好滿足甘捧住個肚走,但事隔數年的今天,食完只有8乘飽,唔知係咪我大食咗呢 continue reading
