可以同一家人齊齊整整,過節,享受美食真係最好開心。 屋企係廣東人,但今次可以品嚐潮州美食過節,好特別。呢度一樣有粵式點心,當然唔少得鵝片同埋最出名嘅手打魚蛋 👍🏻👍🏻 ,而且佢哋嘅功夫茶十分之好,入口甘甜 😋,點心太好味了,掛住食已經唔記得影相😅家人更一早預訂了潮州翅及八寶海參😋😋😋絕對係大滿足。潮州翅比粵式翅更濃味,啖啖都食到翅條,正👍🏼原本唔太喜歡食海參嘅我,見到海參上枱時都不禁⋯⋯嘩😳好大件,真係大件,真係好大件⋯⋯(重要嘅嘢要講三次 🤣🤣)經過侍應生切開之後,原來發現裏面仲有好多餡料⋯⋯ 瑤柱,蓮子,蝦仁,帶子,蟹肉,百合⋯⋯雖然濃味但不太鹹,剛剛好。總結,食物味道好好,但價錢比想像中略高。 但不重要最重要係全家人可以開開心心一起過節☺️ continue reading

有很多人喜歡吃潮州菜,但很多時食物有很多味精或過鹹,今天我和家人光顧了有六十多年歷史的百樂潮州菜館,我們去的是銅鑼灣店。一到門口便見一排昔日的舊照片,店內牆上亦掛了一些黑白照片。雖然是平日晚上的8點幾,店內也有8成食客,我們一坐下來,便聽到幾枱食客的笑聲和說話聲,氣氛有點像早上的茶市般熱鬧和嘈吵。我們叫了3款菜,有上湯莧菜,湯內有乾瑤柱和草菇,十分惹味,鵝片我們叫侍應連骨上碟,可是最後鵝片也是去了骨,不過無損它的味道,還有一款是鵝肝,肝片大而中間呈淺粉紅色,看上去已很吸引,吃下去鵝肝很滑,果然名不虛傳,之後我們再叫梅菜扣肉,等了15分鐘見仍未上枱,向侍應追問,才知未落單,而我們也覺得飽了,梅菜扣肉就留待下次試吧。這樣我們便帶著滿足的心情離開食店。 continue reading
