first time visiting the new branch. more spacious, and we're told to go upstairs.
there're several large round tables upstairs, and we shared a table with a couple.
we ordered,

- beef cake - too salty
- beef dumpling - too salty. same filling with the beef cake.
- 担担noodle - this is very good! with enough taste of peanut, and the right level of spicy.
- curry beef - too salty
- veggie - too salty

i love the 担担noodle, it's very good. all remaining dishes are tooooooooooo salty.

will try the main shop next time.

with this quality, i'd say it's okay of paying a visit to it if you're nearby; not worthy of traveling from distance.

This is probably my favorite restaurant in HK. My HK wife and I love this place, and have gone at least 7 times in last year, although it is quite far from our place. Last Summer, it was the hit restaurant of all we went to with our Canadian friends! Whenever i mention this place to them, they drool!

The Veal cakes are to die for, as well as the chicken/rice noodle concoction (but could use more peanut sauce and spice!, but still good), the green onion cakes are made for dipping in either curry or hot sauce and soy.

oh, i'm drooling too! Time for a revisit!
