响公司茶水間蛇王,同女同事交換食經,提起公司附近嘅上海菜館。呢間係女同事嘅推介之一。同一晚project趕工,夜咗走,咁啱其中一位中國人老細放工,於是乎我地一齊去試食呢間舖頭。過咗幾日,我自己再去多一次,試吓第二啲嘢。宜家正好一次過做一個總結。 第一次同老細食,叫咗一碟「上海炒年糕」,一碟「鹹肉津白」,同埋半打小籠包。「上海炒年糕」最難嘅地方就係要炒到啲年糕入味。鑊氣一定要夠之外,亦都唔可以太過油膩。兩者有啲「水火不容」,最考廚師嘅功架。呢度嘅年糕炒得都算入味,可惜都係油膩咗少少。鹹肉津白嘅菜煮得夠腍,不過唔夠菜嘅鮮味,而所選嘅鹹肉略嫌太少肥肉,要送大量嘅飯先至可口。至於小籠包係水準之作,皮夠薄之餘裡面嘅肉汁夠豐富。翌日再去食「蔥油排骨麵」,麵條韌度適中,排骨外表金黃,而且能夠鎖住肉汁,水準幾高,不愧同事極力推介。第一餐每人食咗四十六蚊,第二餐食咗我二十七蚊。價錢合理,值得一試。 continue reading
