上個月的慶生活動確是停不了手,當過了「正日」之後不久,原本想與同事們到了銅鑼灣廣場一躺,品嚐甚有口碑的日式放題,卻是被那些蜂擁的等候人群嚇拍,這時其中一位另有建議,一眾唯有退而求其次,到了附近謝斐道的新星海鮮酒家,吃個任飲任食火鍋,不失為一個高興熱烈的選擇。 知道這間連鎖飲食集團,憑著多年的經營打併,在中式飲食市場上,亦處於穩步上揚的狀態,在沒有預約的情況下,稍於內堂等候十分鐘,已能分配到位子。
由於其中一位同事不好牛肉,所以只吃了一點的份量,以冷藏的肥牛來說,已是很「吃得下」。至於不吃牛的同事,則換上一些豚片及雞肉等,算是不過不失。
尾段還是要來點甜吃,知道其奶皇流沙包甚有好評,不過今次決定另選它物,八元一隻的蒸壽桃,貪其慶生「好意頭」,蒸得外層鬆軟之外,其內裡的白蓮蓉餡,更是來得香甜軟滑。

本人之前都幫親過這間晚上的打邊爐,都很不錯的,服務態度都不算差,但唔知係咪耐冇幫親,服務員的質素下降了很多,雖然食品質素不差,而環境亦都比人舒服感覺,衛生情況都麻麻地,走進洗手間走朗時有異味和地面污糟,像是沒有人清潔,有待改善. 今次下午茶叫了兩籠流沙包,第一籠真係好流沙架,但係泥左第二籠之後就唔掂了, 一上到枱就流晒d餡出泥,一d都唔流,試過一次好了,另外一讚黑椒牛肚,真係好幾食,order了兩次,証明真係好食,還有"哈搞"皮薄餡多,又一好食之作,,,

難得回港後一連可以再放3日, 更係相約友人出來飲下茶. 係銅鑼灣唔想排隊之下,我地就來新星碰碰運氣, 今日係幸運日等唔夠3分鐘已經可以安排入座.
其實來過此店2次都覺得佢地既點心做得都有水準, 最喜歡此店既馬拉糕做得好鬆軟只是今次味道偏甜不過用來配茶都算唔錯.

同個Friend經開銅鑼灣, 諗住打邊爐, 醒起呢間成日都有好多人排隊, 7點去到唔洗等位, 揀咗$108打邊爐任食2小時。 坐低先發現原來湯底係另計, 由於腸胃炎未好哂, 決定要個清清地既皮蛋莞茜, 價值$88, 另送前菜一碟, Friend揀咗八爪魚仔, 點知黎到見到好樣衰, 一pat pat咁, 叫部長換過海蜇燻蹄, 個樣係好少少, 但唔好食, D燻蹄成陣豬騷味… 無茶招呼你, 但湯底送嘢飲, 我哋唔飲啤酒, 揀咗利賓納…好怪囉, 打邊爐飲利賓納。 圖中所見, 肥牛真係麻麻, 我成餐食左一塊。但係任食居然有象拔蚌! 差唔多俾我食哂咁滯。見佢地D丸都係手打, 細細粒, 可以試多幾款, 唔錯! 佢地係將你一轉ORDER既嘢全部放晌一隻大碟入面, 呢個方法幾好, 唔洗成枱都係。

I've been in HK for about 2 weeks now and usually eat in local eatteries around CWB so my expectations for dinner aren't high. I fancied going for some dim sum tonight; you know, treat myself a little; saw the nice rating on openrice for this place and thought why not. First things first: This place has been renovated into a restaurant and no longer serves Dim Sum (they have a couple of Dim Sum like deserts, that's it). The price tag of 40-100HKD should be updated, expect to pay 101-150 The appearance of the place is very distinguished, dedicated reception area and the staff are forthcoming. However once seated my impressions were dampened. Service is slow! Despite having chosen a main course in the reception area, I was seated for 30 minutes before it arrived. I ordered the Pork Ribs in Sweet and Sour Orange sauce (something like that). Presentation is excellent, nicely laid out on a wide plate with some added couli zig-zags. Very impressive. Taste however was nothing to write home about. [I don't intend this fact to affect my judgement of the restaurant, but I was surprised that the pork ribs were cut perpendicular to the ribs rather than parralel, so rather than a strip of meat attached to a rib, it is served as thin strips of 3 ribs with the meat holding them together. It just means you've got to struggle to get the met between the bits of ribs rather than bitting it of a rib. I haven't seen ribs served this way before.] Lastly, the final bill was 130HKD (Pork ribs were 65HKD [one of the cheapest things on the menu], small bowl of rice, a beer and tea). I only had 150HKD. The change was returned as 1x 10HKD bill, 1x 5$ coin, 1x 2$ coin, 3x 1$ coin. I'd barely taken the $10 bill that the waiter slowly started retreating with the rest of the change. 星期四晚上約了朋友打邊爐, 價位也不太清楚, 而印象中的新星海鮮酒家晚上打邊爐是任叫任食形式, 由於朋友預先book 了位, 所以我們準時便可以入坐 而當時walk-in 的客人真的不小 任食價好像是$108, 再加湯底, 茶芥, 醬料等 ... 一大墟加加減減, 不價也罷了 先點了蕃茄薯仔湯底 + 水晶凍肉 : 凍肉菸菸黑黑, 甩頭甩骨, 味道也可想而知 食物只點了兩轉: 因為當第一轉上枱時印象已大打節扣, 賣相非常求其, 像是一墟餸頭餸尾的食物, 牛肉牛不似牛, 吃了一片已不想再吃下去 柚桔檸蜜 : 是全晚唯一最欣賞的, 也數不清渴了多小 .... 下次任食邊爐餐還是要唸唸

我們的中秋節比其他人早一個星期慶祝,咁會唔會比其他人開心多一個星期? 中秋食中餐,剛好做小菜半價~ 所以,又係叫左好多菜! 酒樓有多款孖寶優惠提供,你選擇左我鍾意食的薑蔥蟹拼燒鵝! 燒鵝先到,皮脆加上肉質鬆軟,不熱但可接受,而且醃得好味!
之後上芥辣牛肉粒,wasabi攻鼻不過唔會太重,牛肉size有咬口,同wasabi味好夾!
荔枝炒小骨,味道酸酸甜甜,肉質唔會好鞋,但唔鍾意荔枝切細細粒!
蕃茄蛋白龍蝦球:好多蕃茄,我鍾意!味道適中,唔好太酸,龍蝦球不少,有鮮味!呢個都好好味,如果先到,應該會清哂!
冬菇蟲草花蒸雞:食有冬菇,好淡,雞反而好濃味,食左一件雞翼,都幾好!不過你話無味?
最後~~ 主角到了!薑蔥蟹:一隻蟹的份量,但隻蟹爆膏,比起我地上一餐五百幾一隻的黃油蟹更多!所以,你好開心~ 而膏外,蟹都是爆肉的!加上蟹係爆過油炸過再炒,所以,真係好好食!嘻嘻~ 最後你只係食左個蓋同一件蟹身,其他的,我食哂!勁!

真係好耐沒飲過早茶啦,咁啱,周六就有個朋友約我飲早茶,好似被人睇穿一樣。其實都不算早啦,我們約了10點,我選地點在銅羅灣,選哪一間飲茶就是朋友的事了,朋友選了鵝頸橋旁邊的新星。 裝修之前,試過午市、下午茶和晚飯,都算咁常下啦,一分錢一分貨。裝修後沒多久,有和同事來試過晚飯,出品和服務均有轉變,環境比起之前略顯清雅,消費水平也比之前有所提髙,正常啦!投資需要成本嘛。 又是朋友先到,坐在門口右邊髙台的小廳內。朋友要的是壽眉茶。我問朋友想食咩,朋友話隨便哦,早茶啫,隨便就隨便啦。我點了:皮蛋瘦肉粥、牛肉腸、燒麥、叉燒包、潮流粉粿。 皮蛋瘦肉粥:我是不太喜歡吃粥的,都食咗兩小碗,不像有啲粥用米粉煲,粥煲得好清香、好滑,仲有米香味,唔錯! 牛肉腸:皮略厚咗D,都算滑啦,一份有三條,我食著半條,總係食咗有D鹼水味。 燒麥:雖然是皮薄餡大,不過我對燒麥一直不是太感冒,因為主料多為豬肉,覺得肥膩,所以感覺普通。 叉燒包:包厚餡薄的叉燒包啱我食,因為我不太喜歡吃叉燒包內的叉燒!外觀不錯,不過D叉燒我個人認為略甜了一些。 潮州粉粿:粉粿的內容是按潮州菜的要求做的,朋友說OK,我還是喜歡現代色的細粒的潮州粉粿。食咗一粒,OK啦。 我是至愛“飲茶”的人,因為朋友要了壽眉,睇到茶叶的質素,我都不願意再要其他茶了,D茶叶好像日本的茶粉咁,飲一啖後,見個杯底全是茶渣,不過日本的茶粉都不會有咁多茶渣係個底。 準備洗下手埋單起程,原來新星的洗手間已經走在“環保“的行列中了:不設抹手紙供應。環保、物價、成本導致D酒樓絞盡腦汁,用盡渾身解數啊。 埋單!$106元,我都覺得奇怪,使唔使啊?五個點心啫哦?一睇原來我們12:03分叫人埋單,D點心紙上面寫得好清楚啦!人家是12點以前埋單按早茶算,唔怪得啦!客人自己不懂規矩不能說店家不對的!想來飲早茶又想便D架,下次就自己醒D啦。 飲餐早茶,傾下計,睇下表就12點啦,兩小時不知不覺過咗。我還有事,今天到此為止啦。 Recommended Dish(es):

火鍋料款多,冇貨會講明 我真係覺得去新星打邊好爽,講款式,佢非常多款,其中張火鍋紙上刪除左「白螺片」有一個 [ X ] 我覺得好抵讚,唔會油你點完之後同你講冇貨。 火鍋拼埋一碟,感覺好豐富 上次去拼埋一盤好靚的,今次可能太多人,冇時間整靚佢,但個人認為都可以接受,最緊要出料夠快, 今次等左5分鐘都冇就出現首 ROUND 食物 !!! 今年冬至做節去了新星海鮮酒家食火鍋, 任食火鍋每位HKD107,但湯底要另加HKD88, 送一瓶咸檸七及小食一碟, 食物選擇都幾多,只不過醬汁無得自由添加, 辣椒絲要加HKD10才有一碟仔!!! 小食 : 炸豆腐 -外脆內軟,味道不錯 湯底: 鴛鴦湯 飲品 : 咸檸七 -最想不到這瓶咸檸七勁好味! 我..............差不多給我搶晒來飲 食物 : 美國肥牛、羊肉片、黑豬豚肉、海蝦、麻辣流心丸及蟹粉流心丸等等 -其它酒家好像沒有麻辣流心丸及蟹粉流心丸, 我第一次食.所以覺得好特別又好味呢 海蝦亦好鮮甜 雖然話任食,但左加右加.................... 結賬時張單都幾貴 好彩不用我找數

晚上九點零五分拿到籌,九點九入到場。依家晚上九時後特價88蚊位(但計埋加一、豉油費、湯底(最平$48),都要140蚊位。) 我地兩個大男人,揀左「麻辣湯底」。
「藍冰」、百事、七起、夏枯草、酸梅湯任飲。 任食選擇豐富,一般大路食物都有,連「雞子」、象拔蚌都係任食。(如果要比較,係比「德x」更多選擇。) 麻辣湯底真係幾辣,有膽既可以試下。 佢地上火鍋料有個特色,就係d料會砌到靚一靚成盤咁上,不過d肥牛就會懶係野分開上。) 講開肥牛,講真,又係d最cheap既「一邊肥、一邊瘦」貨色。不過黎得「任食場」,預左。 喜出望外既係,呢到d火鍋料,一般黎講質素都算係唔錯,都幾新鮮。 呢度既魚皮餃好大粒,幾好味。象拔蚌好爽,不過一定要煮到熟透。 羊肉片好有羊味,但碎左d。 另外,牛筋丸好爽口,但鹹左d。
