正值香港七人欖球賽,睇完波 餓餓地 梗係要搵野食醫下個肚啦! 一行落黎加路連山道就見到好多人推介既榮式燒雞排, 見人少少梗係衝入去食啦! 一打開餐牌就見好多選擇, 樣樣都好吸引....係包羅萬有既選擇中我就選擇左雞扒親子飯。等左5-7 分鐘左右,雞扒親子飯終於到場榮式雞扒係出名用烤既煮法,比起其他餐廳煎既煮法與別不同! 雞扒表皮好脆,而雞扒既肉係好嫩滑,唔會鞋烚烚!簡直食過反層味!而滑蛋的確炒得幾像樣, 可惜無乜蛋味,突顯唔到雞扒配炒蛋既精髓!而碗飯旁邊放左d蔥油及菜甫,仲有少少豉油! continue reading

一年一度嘅Rugby 7又開鑼,加路連山道一帶嘅餐廳都爆滿。離開大球場後想快食個飯,再順路行去地鐵站返歸,榮式係不二之選。唔知係因為rugby7多左客源洗唔切碗,定就快搬遷(到希雲街)嘅關係,多數食物都係膠碗上。入到榮式照舊咁迫同急,不過我對一般港式餐廳嘅環境同服務都唔會有false expectation 😈1. 雞藕天成($51)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️保持到一貫水準,雞皮微脆雞肉滑嫩👍🏻美中不足係啲飯唔夠熱。2. 鹽酥雞排烏冬($53)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️酥炸粉適中,所以雞皮唔會厚烏冬正常,滑,不過份量唔多 continue reading

由於要留喺奧運大樓上堂嘅關係,放飯時間不多情況下,位於加路連山路與禮頓道交界嘅榮式燒雞扒店就係最好嘅選擇中午時間人流不多,這裡的坐位比灣仔店舒適我覺得中午食比較抵,因為奉送熱飲,不過其實飲特飲都只係加7元雞藕天成:我覺得榮式最具代表的係雞扒之外,就係蓮藕餅,我覺得不錯,因為比起灣仔店的蓮藕餅無咁鹹雞扒親子飯:炒蛋好嫩滑,新鮮烹調雞扒豬頸肉飯:鍾意食豬頸肉嘅人一定好鍾意雞扒滷水豆腐飯:其實都好夾,若果鍾意食佢嘅雞扒但又怕太油膩,配呢個來中和返就最夾甚至好似我朋友咁,轉撈檬都只係加$6,會感覺更加清新(在越南麵店也唔止呢個價錢!)服務員亦很窩心,知道我們需要加香蔥,炸菜呢啲配菜,佢直情一大碗放低俾我任加,抵讚!等候時間:中午唔使,但晚上路經時已經見到有人排隊價錢:六十蚊樓下嘅合理優質選擇 continue reading

星期日來到,看見榮式雞扒,進鋪一試,點了雞藕天成飯、雞扒羽手飯。雞藕天成為雞扒、蓮藕餅飯,起初怕太乾,但吃下來雞扒外脆內軟,很是好吃,藕餅脆香,味道一般,飯配蔥油、酸菜,一點也不覺單調,香口。雞扒羽手即為雞翼、雞扒,雞扒同樣的好吃,雞翼一般。 continue reading
