Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes before getting a table (even longer on busy nights) at Itacho Sushi. Is the food well worth the wait? Yes, the food is pretty much worth the wait. If dining solo or in duo, opt for a seat at the bar so you can watch the sushi chefs prepare the food you're about to consume. Sitting at the bar also gives you the advantage of being able to get food whenever you want, without having to wait even for a single second with a variety of pre-made sushi plates available on the conveyor belt that runs along the bar. They have a wide-range of courses to choose from - appetizers, sushi (chirash, maki, nigi and inari), sashimi, hot dishes and desserts are aplenty. Although this place isn't labeled as fast food, you get a sort of fast food vibe with the constant coming ang going of diners and the fast-paced struts of the servers. If a quite, intimate Japanese dinner is what you have in mind, you are in the wrong place. But if what you're after is homey, familiar, but delicious sushi, well then, this is the place.

I patronize this restaurant 2-3 times a week, except for the 2 weeks. It is my wife's favourite. They deliver constant hood quality and service, though not as good during the busy lunch hour.Quality and portion size is consistent. I guess they have done a good job considering the number of shops they have, and to balance the portion size and inflation is a difficult jobI go there for lunch. Recommended Dish(es):

have visited this branch for a few times, it was always rated as "good" in my mind. yesterday's visit i believe should be my last to this branch. i didn't remember if they've increased the price or not, as i'm not a frequent diner to this shop. however, i did remember their sushi and service were NICE. this time, i was totally disappointed. sushi rice - wrong proportion of vinegar and rice. and very wrong way and skill of making the sushi rice, it's so packed, like a rock. fish pieces - cuts were ugly. size was tiny. my impression - they were homework from a trainee, and didn't pass the exam yet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
