肚餓,最方便就係去茶餐廳醫肚。頌富輕鐵一出行幾步就到銀龍,夜晚10 點幾都未收,即刻心心眼!(收11pm) 酸辣雲南雪菜米線,走辣!雪菜新鮮,與湯底混埋一齊好夠味,未食豬扒已經好滿足!已切件豬扒好方便,唔使自己切但有點失望的是豬扒較"鞋", 除了近骨位置係林d 之外。芙蓉蛋飯,一貫的配菜:叉燒,火腿,雪藏蝦仁,葱。蛋面脆脆o地,蛋心半生熟,恰到好處,食得出的鑊氣!流d 蛋漿出o黎撈飯,好正!各款配菜都唔少,估唔到就收舖,廚師都冇馬虎,抵讚! continue reading

星期六晚係天水圍過左晚飯時間,選擇唔多又想食港式餐,故選了銀龍。甫坐下發覺此區物價指數稍高。點了西餐羊脾扒套餐,連餐湯及飲品。不知是否已夜,等了很久上湯,又等了一陣才上主菜。去新的茶餐廳,必試熱奶茶,看看不同師傅手勢,此處茶味夠濃,而奶不會太多,可以一試。羅宋湯如果稍為熱些就更好。羊脾扒不會太蘇和太肥,黑椒汁D黑椒好香,如果D汁熱少少更好。 continue reading

喺附近見完客,見未食飯,就喺商場搵地方食完飯先返公司。第一次幫襯銀龍,一睇個餐牌,嘩,好似樣樣都好唔抵食,最平叫碗魚蛋粉都 $3x,仲要唔包飲品。點叫得落?唔怪得可以咁高薪請清碗工啦!於是,我見樣樣都係咁貴,就叫咗個素菜粒炒飯 ($48),貪佢樣樣素菜都要切粒炒,當食佢刀功同功夫啦!材料有菜芯粒、小棠菜粒、甘筍粒、蛋炒飯,顏色又紅又綠又黃,係幾靚嘅!食落菜粒都好爽口,飯粒亦鮮明及有咸香 (我諗係味精,食完有少少口渴)。由於飯係散叫,我就加咗 $20 要杯凍檸賓。凍檸賓無咩特別,在此不談。雖然食物味道唔差,但都未必會再嚟,因為實在唔值呢個價! continue reading

今天又再一次同老公出街食早餐,係我地岩岩起身既第一餐,所以叫早餐,今次黎到天水圍天富商場,其實商場內都有3間快餐型式既食堂,都係我常去既,今次決定選茶餐廳食,銀龍餐廳因岩岩起身,所以都點左d湯粉麵試下,我點了肥牛既酸辣湯米線,老公點了常餐沙爹牛肉麵配迷你豬仔同奄列,冬啡同熱啡個酸辣米線份量都算ok,夠熱,但係酸辣果放面就未合我口味,酸辣果樣野係肉碎加酸菜同雪菜果類,唔夠酸亦唔夠辣,不過味道都ok continue reading

食常歺今次第一次在銀龍叫常歺,客人多,流量快,只坐圓櫈,不是太舒服,亦有car位,不過car位等,我叫了個A常歺,都要$40,好似食早歺,首先是搽了牛油的歺包配火腿奄列,味道一般,接著是沙爹牛肉片公仔麺,有微量沙爹味和小小甜味,接著是歺茶,我選了咖啡,咖啡要加2包糖,否則比較苦澀。 continue reading
