It's a blissful night. It's not kind of exaggerating experience that everything is big and everying is great. Everything is fine, and just fine. The food is fine, particularly that when you know their pricing is not aggressive. The wine is fine, given that you're consuming it in a hotel environment. The people there, both staff and customers, are absolutely fine. And, the place is absolutely fine, too. This is another full house night, but never have I had felt crowded for the whole night. The decoration there is classy and trendy. When all these bits add together, it makes up a fabulous experience for us. The managers there are really worth of praises. They show real respect to patrons and really want to let patrons have a fine dining experience. The restaurant really deserves of your visit, at least for once. Have a try if you haven't made it. Thanks to The SQUARE, for letting our family having an enjoyable dinner together, for celebrating my wife's birthday. Table Wait Time: 0 minute(s)

It was for Xmas.. and compared to the other major hotels, the price was quite reasonable for the dinner. However, the food was such a disappointment!!! The only thing that was commandable was the lamb cutlets.. I couldn't find anything else that was commandable.. The shrimps doesn't look fresh There was the much awed-about duck liver that day - much to my disappointment!!!! The parma ham came out briefly - gone in an instant and was never replaced The salmon sashimi was ok - but the guy serving it looked so sour and so slow in serving that I never went back for seconds!! The bits and peices of the cold crab - OMG -- It looked like some left-over dishes!! The hot dishes weren't attractive either.. all in all.. A very dismal meal Date of Visit: Dec 25, 2010 Occasion: Christmas Other Ratings: Taste 1 | Environment 3 | Service 3 | Hygiene 3 | Value for Money 1

So&Tung (Non-member) | tasted lunch buffet since grand opening of this hotel... the place is trendy and seat are comfort, very enjoyed the indian food counter especially the fresh made pizza But feel the standard become worser & worser..... esp under the promotion many guests but not many food choice, people are crowded around the sushi counter for waiting the slow refill, few choice of dessert & the brand of ice cream is cheap... very very disappointed!! It was so a bad dinner that made my wife and myself very unhappy. Seems everyone is starved and not even had a meal before. The supply of long leg crab is very insufficient and people could only get it if it is quick enough. I mean 30 seconds. then, nothing left. It costed me more than $400 for 2 (already discounted Date of Visit: Aug 03, 2009 Occasion: Birthday Spending per head: Approximately HKD220 Other Ratings: Taste 1 | Environment 2 | Service 1 | Hygiene 1 | Value for Money 1

Flower J (Non-member) | It's really bad buffet:, only few foods for choose, tasts not good, bad services. If you think the level is the same as Novotel Citygate in Tung Chung, you must disappointed, this Novotel, no Oyster, no pasta, no waffer, no pan cake, no chocolate fountain,no steam fish, no Dim Sum, no ''Siu Mei'', hot dishes only around 8-10 items, soup likes water, coffee or tea only ''hot'' available, the basic ice tea need to pay extra......... if you just want to eat Goose Liver and unlimited HD ice-cream only you could try..............otherwise, I don't try again, waste money.......... To celebrate the Happy Mother's day, our mother decided to go for a buffet. We searched through magazine and found The Square. We are attracted by their best price with 30% discount on the Mother's day and serving Foregrias with less than HK$250/person ++. The food serving us not only sushi, crab leg, fore gras but also wagyu beef noodles. Bird's nest egg tart and Haggen Danz ice-cream (unlimited). For elderly, a lot of hot dishes such as fore grais fried rice, fish and vegetables. Our family group at all level enjoy a lot. Also, for kids at age 4 below is FOC. So, it's really worth to have the whole family group to go. We are sure that we will be back again for our next gathering..... Recommended Dish(es):
