To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一句講晒Lunch time過嚟叫外賣預咗食凍嘢姐姐淨係掛住上菜俾現場食客外賣出晒喺枱面十個八個攤開晒係都唔pack問收銀姐姐就叫我等pack但係完全冇任何一個姐姐係諗住掂嗰啲外賣嘅直到要同佢嘈啊究竟係食熱嘢定凍嘢先至死死地氣pack繁忙時間我明嘅但係係咪真係買外賣就等於無限等？最弊唔係個嘢食未準備好只係啲姐唔肯幫你生返埋個嘢食蓋拎住個外賣明明係焗飯只係感覺到微溫難道買外賣係為咗返屋企叮翻熱佢？？？

明德商場規模較細，在僅有的空間下有一間平價茶餐廳：百分百，十分吸引。是次點叫了雞扒早餐配以流心蛋及腸仔，兩件額外蒜蓉的多士以及粟米提供，特別喜歡粟米蓉圓兜承載，避免粟米的水份與雞扒混合在一起，十分用心。而另配火腿通粉，令人提升飽腹感。服務態度上職員有禮，能迅速給予合適回應，唯獨是村內的食肆較少，假日人流較多需要等候入座，以及等候食物時間需時。如果趕時間就不太建議，因是次食物等了廿十分鐘才有，但縱觀而言味道👅好會有不少好分數。

今日嚟到呢間我成日過嚟搵食嘅餐廳，特別想同大家分享下我嘅心水之選！先嚟個叉燒包，真係有啲出乎我意料，叉燒嘅甜味同包嘅鬆軟度竟然咁match👌，每一啖都咬落去有啲回甘，話咁滋潤，唔使嚟我都知道廚師有幾下咖喱掂！再試吓我嗰碗經典牛肉粉絲，牛肉嘅嫩滑同粉絲嘅Q彈度真係正中紅心💯！湯頭甘香，飲落去有種溫暖貼心嘅感覺。不過得個雪糕仲想一提，佢哋嘅梳打冰真係解渴得嚟又特別，喺個梳打上邊撒咗少少嘅果粒，飲落去既清新又清甜，啲氣泡喺舌尖嗒嗒嗒，玩味十足！睇落平平無奇，但呢啲細節真係令人心情大好🌞，尤其係當你食嗰陣，能夠感受到店家用心嘅地方，實在係食客嘅一大福音。响呢度食早餐，開心又滿足，真係一個精彩嘅開始！

麻辣滑蛋牛肉饭刚好下附近上班，最近总是来百分百，已经连续吃了几天的滑蛋饭了虽然几次吃饭品质相对稳定，但是滑蛋如果每次都能保持滑溜溜的口感和状态就更好了辣酱盐度较高，有点喧宾夺主，如果能换一个麻辣酱会更好一些，不然突然吃到一口盐确实有点突兀

今日同朋友去將軍澳行街，想食平啲嘅時候就諗起呢間百份百餐廳😄於是就去咗食，叫左個叉燒蝦仁煎蛋飯。煎蛋都幾滑，唔會老晒，配搭埋叉燒同蝦仁唔會好dry👍🏻整體嚟講價錢親民，質素亦都唔差，平平哋食嘅話都幾推介👍🏻
