小籠包好食慕名而來點知失望而回 第一次要震驚到留comments服務態度極差自問入門口到出去想唔該前唔該後因為想嗌幾種小食 所以問個呀姐幾大碟(再用手勢嘗試比劃碟嘅size)佢勁凶惡咁回應:我講你都唔知幾多架啦 咩幾大碟啫 你嗌咗先知!最後我哋嗌咗 花雕醉雞 雞絲粉皮 皮蛋豆腐同埋小籠包過程中有另一枱客人(男仕)入店亦都係我落完order之後 先order小籠包 及其他熱食並以靚女嗌同一個呀姐上小龍包係另一個男侍應 亦都係最後先上菜嘅因為係我落單先而順理成章放低小籠包俾我籠小籠包已經放咗落我枱個呀姐衝過嚟搶走 並俾咗較遲落單嘅男食客我大為驚訝 望咗呀姐一眼 並無任何斥責佢立即解釋係因為男食客要影相佢叫嘅係熱食 所以俾佢先然後以「你哋呢啲」稱呼我同男朋友因為唔影相同埋冷盤 而後上小籠包俾我哋-小籠包雖然大隻好多湯汁,但肉質極鬆散 一口咬落去好似食緊肉醬意粉啲肉醬咁個皮唔算薄 食得出雪過蒸返 而且質地有種膠質嘅口感雞絲粉皮 嘅雞絲極少 而且鞋嘅皮蛋豆腐 味道合理 蔥同芫荽 味道都係豆腐入面食到 唔錯醉雞就同雞絲粉皮嘅雞一樣咁嚡啲皮冇光澤同埋好皺 花雕酒味合理-唔會再幫襯對唔公平對待食客嘅餐廳-Average food with terrible service who treats customers unfairly just because we were not taking photos of their food. Waitress yells at us when I ask about food portions size. Despite being polite by saying thank you all the time, the waitress decided to serve male customer who took pictures of their food first, by talking away the dish which already placed on our table, ignoring it’s actually us who’s placed order ahead before him.Hygiene of the restaurant is also concerning. continue reading

去咗鑽石山嗰邊做嘢,約咗附近放工嘅朋友食飯。佢話帶我去食好嘢,一路唔講畀我知食乜,結果去到門口先知道係呢一間響新蒲崗出哂名嘅小店。食得呢啲小店,就預咗要等位㗎喇,千祈唔好因為等得耐而覺得唔耐煩。向街有塊大玻璃,可以望到廚房入面製作小籠包同拉麵嘅過程,門口仲等緊位嘅小朋友就最開心,難得嘅係舖頭入面嘅師傅,又會同啲小朋友隔住塊玻璃有少少嘅互動,氹到啲小朋友好開心。講返啲嘢食,我之前都食過幾次,呢個價錢嚟講冇咩好挑剔,小籠包係好味,擔擔麵係更加好味。經濟實惠又一餐,有時都好羨慕喺嗰邊返工嘅人仲有居民。 continue reading

講起新蒲崗,相信大家都會諗到工廠區🤣不過同時佢都係一個充滿cafe、餐廳小店,新舊共融嘅地區😁今次我哋去嘅就係當地名店,傳統手拉麵店😋🐷豬扒担担湯拉麵 ($62) 呢個係我每次黎都會叫😝豬扒係厚切,軟腍有咬口😋担担麵湯底勁濃,勁香花生味🥜佢就好似用濃濃嘅花生醬調味,次次食到尾都會變咗花生拌麵😛鹹鹹甜甜,再加埋花生香,好好食🤤🐏蔥爆羊肉 ($88) 蔥爆牛肉就食得多,羊肉就少見啲😆調味同平時食嘅蔥爆牛差唔多,但就多咗陣羊羶味😋而且羊肉比得好多,好大碟😙愛食羊嘅人士必叫🤩🥟菜肉雲吞(8隻) ($52) 次次黎都會叫佢嘅招牌菜小籠包😝今次就換吓口味試吓佢嘅雲吞🥟雲吞大大粒,皮薄餡靚,調味溫和,食得出食材鮮味😋原來湯底都唔簡單,係豬骨濃湯,成碗都係用心製作 continue reading
