In short, we got:

1. very bad service;
2. fair food; (a udon set dinner and some other a la carte...
3. crowded to very crowded dining environment; (not much room between tables)
4. some miso soup with obvious taste of BLEACH!!! @____@"
5. no call back from the management after our official complain lodged;
6. a bad experience...

No wonder they are always not full and have been getting lots of negative feedbacks.

Came here aiming for a quick lunch - didn't have very high expectations to begin with, but we still ended up pretty disappointed with this place. Ordered a "deluxe" set lunch (grilled salmon and eel rice) plus the tomato, beef and poached egg with rice, both of which were poorly done For the deluxe set, the salad that was included tasted bland as there was hardly any sauce in it; the small piece of grilled salmon was too dry and overdone, while the eel got a very strange "doughy" texture, quite unlike those that I had tried before; at such prices ($168), I must say even I would have done a better job than the chef here with such a "simple" dish ! Likewise, the beef in the other set was rather tasteless, and there was so little sauce that we had to drench the rice with the soup provided in order to make the dish palatable; worst of all, the "poached" egg was completely cold, suggesting that it was probably prepared well beforehand and just placed into the rice at the last moment ... ... And even though the coffee and dessert that came at the end was not bad (ice cream with sweet potato), still it could not save our already sinking spirits ... ... Price was not cheap either, and service was basically non-existent. In short, not worth a visit in our opinion, and we certainly see no reason for us to come again.

Just came back home after having dinner at Azabusabo, and I cannot agree more with the below comments regarding the poor service they offer:

1) The waiter wasn't paying attention to you when taking the order
2) The waitress carried two dishes at once, which was way too heavy for her. Result: both dishes clashed onto our table and food was spilt everywhere including on my friend's clothes
3) The waiter and waitresses did apologise and even promised us a dessert for free, however it didn't happen when we finished our meal and asked for the bill
4) Tea wasn't refilled until we asked them to do it
5) Make sure that you count your change after you paid your bill, as they gave the wrong change to us!

Well, food was OK...however, if you have to pay the price for such a service in Shatin, I'd rather go somewhere else, where you can pay less and get a much better service, i.e. the Japanese restaurant 'Yummy Delight" (甘味讚岐手打烏冬- 沙田新城市廣場第三期1樓A192號), which is cheaper and the staff are much friendlier.

You won't miss out much by not coming in here.
