To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 阿媽話帶我去食素點心，佢食過幾次話味道唔錯，環境都唔錯，價錢就比一般茶樓貴少少，我試過都覺得唔錯，怪不得會座無虛席，所以想去就最好訂位。🥢珍珠蝦餃 $30 ⭐️⭐️⭐️蝦餃口感ok，有啲爽口，但味道就一般，因為比較清淡。🥢松露水晶包 $39 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢個好好味，𥚃面超多菇，松露味又夠出夠香濃。🥢香煎蘿蔔糕 $32 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️好多蘿蔔好足料，仲有粗條口感，好味。🥢香酥春卷 $33 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️春卷都好足料，食落外脆內爽，都唔錯。🥢羅漢齋腸粉 $39 ⭐️⭐️呢個麻麻地，雖然腸粉算滑唔厚身，但我覺得餡料有啲少。🥢叉燒餐包$36 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️呢個一定要訂，限量供應，叉燒口感好似，再加上好味嘅叉燒醬，還原度好高。🥢茶 $16/位三人共消費：$262

好一段時間沒來這店，會員咭也不知放了到那裡。店員說講電話號碼都可以，亦不需補領會員咭。經開飯喇訂坐，也同享會員九折優惠。今天中午約友人品嚐健康素食，點心加麵食，整體滿意。服務周到。只是枱與枱之間的距離實在太密，不然會加分。素菜包：包皮鬆軟，菜饀充足。羅漢齋腸粉：👍🏻👍🏻用料十足，腸粉晶盈薄身，豉油點小小不用多。蒸芋頭糕：👍🏻跟一般酒樓不同，有芋頭粒，入口鬆化，味道也好。五穀迷你糭：👍🏻👍🏻健康有益，軟熟有口感。番茄湯麵：蕃茄湯底，麵身幼滑。奉送餐後甜品馬蹄糕。

相隔多年後再一次回頭光顧。食品質數無變，味道也保持到，職員禮貌一如以往的好，親切有善，面上充滿笑容，每度菜上菜時也細心介紹，善意提醒小心熱，因為有輪椅，職員善意提醒應那個位置較好。值得讚！中美中不足是電梯要行幾級樓梯才可到達。如果電梯能直接由地下上到去舖面樓層就更好。扣佢十分總結今次光顧體驗，值九十分。

走入素之樂，空氣中既有股清新感喺度，一家人濟濟一堂嚟個素食盛宴，真係開心到爆！一開始個三文魚頭盤已經震撼到我，色彩繽紛又閃閃發光，食落去鮮甜得嚟唔油膩，真係創意爆燈💡！到咗主菜，個素鮑魚同芒果蝦就更加出彩，賣相掂過鋼鐵俠嘅盔甲，色澤亮晶晶嘅！邊個話素菜無滋味？呢啲菜譜絕對擊中你嘅味蕾，令你愛上呢個綠色嘅饗宴。嗰個仿蝦，韌味又惹味，真係做得啱啱好！而且佢嘅小食都唔係蓋嘅，講到蝦餃嘅皮，透明得嚟又得嘅彈性，簡直可以頂天立地。最後，個蘋果批（應該係酥？）唔算太甜，鬆化得黎又冇過於油膩，一啖一啖嘅幸福感，就好似食一雲咁輕盈。只係喺湯品同芝麻糊稍為鹹咗少少，不過總體嚟講，呢餐飯，簡直係素食界嘅驚喜箱🎁！啱哂想享受清新健康生活嘅你我佢。下次一定要記得早啲book位，因為好嘢，人人都想嚟啖！
