睇戲前預少左時間, 靈機一觸, 食 Food Court 啦! 太古城中心三樓既大食代, 大家應該好熟悉, 內裡有超過二十檔食店, 各國風味不缺, 但亦因此永遠都係最令人拿不定主意既! 朋友突然大叫 "呢間食套餐有雞脾送呀!" 一走過去, 見到唔係送既, 不過真係好抵囉, $34 一個套餐, 有一碗老火湯, 一大碟炒飯/炒粉麵, 再連埋一隻瑞士雞脾, 聽落應該夠飽, 就食佢啦! 但佢地最熱門既乾炒牛河, 今日又係沽清.....叫左一客福建炒飯配瑞士雞脾老火湯套餐, 同埋一客星洲炒米配瑞士雞脾老火湯套餐, 食評如下 ~福建炒飯算多料, 飯軟硬度適中, 但個汁略為咸左少少, 整體不錯.星洲炒米好大碟, 唔太辣, 料一般份量, 米粉炒得剛好唔乾身, 唔會有食鐵線既感覺瑞士雞脾唔夠熱, 只係暖暖既, 但肉質依然 Keep 到細滑, 幾好!老火湯....... 完全唔知係咩湯, 只係一碗清湯無湯料響碗底, 好咸, 飲左幾羹即刻放棄, 仲要即時買其他飲品沖淡, 救命, 大家如堅持要飲既話, 煩請首先買枝水作後備!總括黎講, 佢地既食物真係即叫即做既(只係講緊粉, 麵,飯, 小菜), 三十多元價錢, 仲包埋一隻質素唔錯既瑞士雞脾, 真係物超所值, 一試無仿架! continue reading

又話經濟唔好,點解太古城間間酒樓都要等位?!結果到food-court食算數!天氣凍,叫咗一客臘腸排骨煲仔飯。雖賣相ok,但質素就有D失望。煲仔內D飯應該唔係「生滾」嘅,而係煲熟後先放落煲仔加熱,所以無乜飯香、亦無飯焦。臘腸偏瘦,排骨普普通通啦,食其他嘢好過。 continue reading

一早八號波冇搞到我哋2公婆冇飯食...唯有去FOODCOUNT...入到去得貓仔3 4隻....間間鋪差唔多樣.行咗一個圈決定食呢間.....叫左一個班腩豆腐煲同埋揚州炒飯....唔知係咪個FOODCOUNT冇咩人買嘢食..好怏就攞得..$34都幾抵食...用煲仔上大大份唔會咁易凍..仲有碟油菜同例湯送...如果唔係好肚餓2個人應該都夠食..一坐低我哋就即刻食...睇真D個揚州炒飯原來係用珍珠米炒都幾特別..煙煙unun都幾彈牙..炒得夠"江"身唔油..個煲都幾夠獲氣..唔錯唔錯..出門口唔記得拎相機唔係影相俾大家睇..食飽飽..2公婆捧住個肚走..下亥次再試下佢哋嘅小菜.. continue reading

見到不少人叫煲仔菜,我也來一個枝竹蘿蔔牛腩煲($34)。瓦煲仔盛載,燒得滾熱的,看上去頗吸引。材料分量相當足,當然牛腩不是靚貨,有些太肥,大部分偏瘦,不過咬落也不覺鞋韌。蘿蔔亦非很甜美多汁,不過食落無渣,也滿意的了。那碗飯就略嫌乾硬一點,軟熟一些更好。 continue reading
