About this Restaurant
:The Chinese wedding banquet culture embodies the profound meaning of happiness and blessings. Nowadays, the Western dining culture prevails in Hong Kong and the tradition of Chinese wedding banquet gradually fades away. To retain this special Chinese tradition, Tao Heung establishes the new brand, Cheers Restaurant, the first Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong with the theme of wedding banquet. This special tradition, together with its fashionable image, helps to prolong the Chinese wedding banquet culture.

We had a banquet in the VIP room here. The menu was just normal banquet. The VIP room was nicely decorated and equipped with a LCD TV, which was good that we could watch our favourite TV programmes while eating.

The food was not bad. I particularly love its steamed fish. The fish was rather large and it was fresh and nice. The fried chicken was also lovely. However, the abalone was a bit strange that its inner part has got 'fibrized', had eaten abalone for so many times, it was the first time to come across such incident. Really interesting.

Since we have had such banquet for so many times, I think it might be worthwhile to make up some other menus for customers to choose. Then we can have some alternatives rather than having standard banquet all the times.

    Spending per head: Approximately HKD250(Dinner)
