堂食叫咗乳豬三寶飯,原來係有飲品送,但落單侍應講都唔講。我見人地有野飲,睇餐牌先知原來係包飲品,再問侍應先幫我落飲品。三寶飯我揀咗乳豬、油雞,叉燒。食咗一啖我先發現原來個飯無油雞。再問侍應佢話俾咗乳豬,燒肉同叉燒我,因燒肉切到乳豬size, 同乳豬擺埋一切,又得嗰兩件,我真係發現唔到。但侍應走開咗,唔要跟進。然後,換了另一個侍應,佢又唔想處理。仲要乳豬只有皮和肥膏,肥膏至少有1cm 厚,似扣肉嗰種肥膏既厚度!點食?!侍應話豬有肥有瘦,呢隻係肥豬。我係點乳豬唔係肥豬呀!根本就似係廚餘!自問食過唔少乳豬,都從來無餐廳會俾啲肥到咁既乳豬我食囉!離晒大譜。最後,我嬲到想即刻走,侍應先肯死死氣俾番油雞我同唔計乳豬錢。我真唔明點解咁既服務質素仲可以客似雲來。我已好多年無再寫open rice 食評,呢間劣店令我不得不重出江湖。我拎願食白面包都唔會再幫襯呢間劣店。咁既服務質素,根本唔值得人去幫襯。 continue reading

中上環早餐系列上環龍邦餐廳下一間燒味舖,燒味鋪做早餐,叉燒自己燒,同其他舖頭派貨叉燒冇得比!朝頭早八點經過上環對面燒味寶掛喺度嘅叉燒吸引住,即刻走過馬路睇睇,竟然有早餐食,雖然款式唔係多,但係見到其中一款係叉燒通粉,再望望佢哋吊起嘅叉燒,即刻忍唔住要入去坐低試試佢。一入去之前靚姐有禮貌地問我幾多位,即時帶位,坐低叫嘢食,可以將通粉改做公仔麵,叫埋杯凍奶茶少冰,等開餐。荷包蛋餐包凍奶茶一叫即到,正正常常,不過不失。很快,主角出場,蜜汁叉燒,鬆軟肉嫩,肥瘦均勻,蜜汁味出眾,沉浸於口中,久久不散,一試難忘,自家燒製同派貨始終有着天淵之別!😬食飽埋單,只收現金,咁啱身上帶唔夠錢,靚姐不但冇嫌麻煩,仲話如果帶唔夠錢,下次先俾都得,好耐冇聽過咁有人情味的話🥰拜拜 continue reading

This restaurant is famous of the cha siu. But order something else🤣, we want to go for the pan fried stuff. Such as : Beef Chowfun, and pork pan fried noodles Tasty place, worth to try(Don’t expect service and the seats are tight, not too comfortable)間舖頭呢?無論晏晝或者夜晚下午茶,經常都拍晒長龍最出名嘅應該就係嗰啲燒味,因為個個人都係嗌不過呢我哋就叫咗叉燒,同埋試吓其他嘢,濕炒牛河同埋肉絲煎麵,叉燒確實係好好食,但少少甜味。至於兩碟炒嘢呢就好夠鑊氣份量都幾足!不過呢間嘢冇乜服務,你唔好有期望! continue reading

Have tried having their Cha Siu which was so good so I revisited, with a hope that the roasted pork will be equally good. However, it was such a disappointing experience😡The roasted pork was chopped in very thin slices and most of the pork skin was gone, this feels like some kind of food residue to me and I am pretty sure they would not dare to serve this quality of food to customers that eat in🤨 continue reading

龍邦最著名的是其叉燒, 有說是香港燒味店中數一數二的, 對我而言水準就是可以, 半肥瘦叉燒有香脆的燶邊, 肉質偏爽彈, 不會柴口但也不太Juicy.這𥚃的乳豬反而有驚喜, 這裏的乳豬是店家自己醃好和燒烤, 不是由其他店加工的, 特別是新鮮出爐吃得出其熱和酥香, 外面的芝麻皮香脆但不會散開, 內裏的脂肪和豬肉結合一起, 甘香而不會死鹹蛋, 如此質素的乳豬不用點醬也相當出色, 只是起皮的乳豬當然較為精緻, 但作為功能性的燒味飯, 連脂肪合肉的版本才夠滿足呢! continue reading
