今日行過,見到鬧市中居然有一間裝修企理嘅台式食店,立即入去試下。我點了一客粒粒西多士同埋一杯香芋珍珠,心諗29蚊,包埋杯台式飲品,價錢都算可以接受啦。當個西多士一嚟,心諗,出事了!賣相,似一舊舊臭豆腐多過西多士。賣相差都唔緊要。食落根本只係一舊炸面包,裡面又無花生醬。根本唔可以話係西多士,令我覺得佢有啲違反商品說明條例!我食咗半碟都唔夠就放棄了!至於杯嘢,正常!到埋單喇,諗住俾29蚊食咗個難食嘅下午茶算啦。到收錢,心諗,又再中伏,居然,杯嘢飲要加5蚊,要加都唔係問題,喺台式店當然飲台式飲品,估唔到要加錢,店員仲要無講。最後,食下午茶都收加一!埋單三十七個幾,食半份難食嘅西多加一杯嘢飲。應該都唔會再有下次! continue reading

心血來潮~想食台灣食物,行經深水埗,即被「黑糖」呢個字吸引左入去~一個人食晚餐,好自然叫左個一人套餐~珍珠奶茶先上~飲品沒有茶味,奶味不濃郁~口感不順滑!而珍珠不Q彈,黑糖味好弱~肉燥不正宗,汁料像用𧐢油勾獻製成~肉碎好乾,建議混入半肥瘦肉碎,口感會比較好!而小棠菜會出水,影響汁料味道!米粉選用新竹米粉,非常爽口~可惜湯底太重麻油味,油蔥酥粉量少得可憐!店名以黑糖命名,可惜店中缺乏菜式以黑糖為主角,感覺上頗為名不副實!值得一讚樓面稱職有禮貌!效率高~ continue reading

這天想再去台北101食下午茶,去到時發現原址已改稱『黑糖台式。料理』,換了門面,內裡的裝修及座位擺設,略為調動了。細閱餐牌,食物與飲品跟之前的,都是大同小異。兩人點了以下食品及餐飲:酥炸豆腐外皮微脆,內裡豆腐味濃,口感香滑!有酸甜醬供應沾醬汁後,又另一番味道!脆炸花枝丸炸得香脆可口,帶有少許墨魚味。肉絲炒公仔麵水準一般,無彈亦無讚。凍青蘋果綠茶味道清爽,消暑解渴!凍金香奶茶完全不覺甘香,淡而無味!賬單:以下午茶來說,收費偏貴! continue reading
