i dont think it is "fresh". not likely for commercial places in hong kong ,
I would say false advertising, not ture , name is misleading ,
My initial visit was couple of years ago didnt remeber a thing about the meal but now need to give a review,
iI would say so so ,

ordered: services is fast and freindly.

- basic package with fries basic result ! if you know what i mean, fast food , OK PASS
- French Fries cooked aldente , ( Trying to be funny) OK PASS
- Price , resonable , OK PASS
-seating and interior desing , OK PASS
-toliet wow need to walk and even line up OK PASS

my rating from 1 to 10 need wait next review ,

value for money ??? not sure overall rating , OK .

My last encountered with Freshness Burger was a LONG time ago. My mum gave me a buy 1 get 1 coupon, so I figured I should come back to try it again. To be safe, I got the Cheese combo.1) Cheese Combo $63 (4/10)
Bun - It was extremely flat as you can see from the picture. There was no sesame scent nor taste and it was not toasted.
Patty - Absolutely ZERO juiciness. It was 70% done, lightly seasoned with a flat taste.
Others - The Pickles were diced into smaller pieces. Bought up the overall taste of the burger. The Tomato were too soft. There was too little veggie and only a pathetic slice of onion.2) Crisscut Fries
Not at the most optimal colour, but the texture was crispy enough. However the fries had no taste, tasted like there wasn't even a single granular of salt in it. Not to mention there's no potato taste.

3) Yuchacha (柚子茶)
Not bad, I quite like it. Got lots of pomelo bites at the bottom. Sweet enough but not too sweet.

Overall taste of the buger wasn't tasteful enough. Mostly I could only taste cheese and the pickles. The patty wasn't juicy,and there is not much sauce in the burger, so it was pretty dry. You can treat it as a "Slightly more ingredients' version of Mc donald's, but taste-wise isn't necessarily better. I generally reckon I am too safe in the burger choice, may be I should try terriyaki chicken or something more jap-like.

Apart from burgers, the drink selection is also quite good, from the usual teas I found a non-alcoholic beer.

There were three flavours: apple, peach, hibiscus and original.

I got the original one just to see how it tastes naturally, it was surprisingly similar to the real beer without the alcoholic content, also it had that bitterness but more bitter than the real thing.
I was surprised it also had the frothy white foam like the real thing too.

I also ordered Lemon Tea too, which I found to be too sweet, with the addition of the Bavaria drink mixed to it, it tasted quite nice, the bitterness diluted with the sweetness of Lemon Tea.

Having visited the other Freshness burger stores, it seems that only the TST branch serves this drink.

The veggie burger is a very good mixture of beancurd & avocado with barbecue sauce
And the potatoes wedge is crispy too & not oily~

Great environment! Suitable for chatting with friends & lovers!

Finally tried the Tofu and avocado burger.

Visited the TST branch, the service there was not as efficient as the one in Causeway bay.
Anyway, the tofu burger was 80% similar to one shown on their advertised picture.

The only discrepancy was the avocado, I was looking for traces of avocado lumps as shown in their advertised picture, I felt that because it was Tofu and Avocado, the amounts of avocado should be as much as the tofu.

Anyway, I like the burgers at Freshness, because of the butter lettuce, the special mayonnaise that is slightly tangy served with the fish burgers.

The tofu burger also had that lettuce and mayonnaise, the only thing I didn’t like was the Teriyaki sauce, and it didn’t go well with it.
The Teriyaki sauce was abit over powering, slighty sweet and strong in smoked aroma, and the mayonnaise was creamy, so I felt it didnt complement that well.

Otherwise, I liked the solid tofu and the mayonnaise.
I thought the tofu size, could have been more generous, perhaps as thick as the beef patties, being a vegetarian burger, the tofu needs to be bigger in proportion to compensate for not eating meat. As well as that if there has been more avocado, the tofu could have stayed at that proportion.

Apart from this, the rest of the food was Ok, the pork burger had the signature thin shredded cabbage, dry and crunchy with refreshing sauce on it.
The Lemon tea surprised me too, light and not too sweet, with a subtle gentle tea taste in it.

i recalled the first time i went to freshness burger
only a few burgers to choose
right now it's like too many and i wanted to try quite a number of them
seeing that there is not much chance for me to eat freshness burger
i decided to go with the biggest one
雙層芝士牛肉漢堡 is quite big for a normal person
and it's hot and freshly made
impressed by the whole burger and it's very juicy (i doubt whether that's oil though)
the french fries are so thick and tastes great and hot
will definitely eat that burger again
another good thing about this shop is there are a lot of side-dishes and drinks to choose too!

M & I come and try freshness burger at TST, i had it with my sis in shatin before, but definitely i like this place more!!

sitting down on the couch think for over 15 mins of what to order...i have read a lot of the comment and i really struggle between the fish burger and the hot dog haha. of course with comments, drinks are set on motch latte and the appetiser has set on the potato crunch and potato wedges.So when i was struggling M says i always like fish burger, then get fish burger and he will share with me if i end up not liking it that much. Alrighty, all set.

I do like it, i like the motcha taste in the tea, but it's a bit milkier than i think. Still good as i really like milk.

* the cheeze sauce on the potato is very creamy
* matching with the bacon and strong taste bits on top, it's top of the world taste

potato wedge
* eventually someone will use this word?! in north america no one knows what i am talking about *faint*

* it's ok, but i supersized it, so we almost can't finish it
* potato are fresh and should i say normal taste and standard, but it comes hot, so added points for that

Fish burger
*The fish and the lettuce and the sauce is good
*the fish is fresh so is the lettuce
*put more lettuce and sauce in it as i can only feel the fish and the bun in my mouth
*i love the bun, it's yellow...so its' eggie bun? or what kind of bun is this?

Cheeze burger
* the patty is very juicy and strong beef taste, M totally love it
* i only have a few bites as he really wants it back hahaha
* the cheeze is ok, not totally outstanding
* rather the lettuce n tomato going along with the patty taste great

My husband like the Classic Cheese Burger very much. He said it's same quality as of upscale restaurants, those of fast food shops cannot compare.

I had a Cheese Hot Dog, the melt cheese is light and onion too strong, pickle too little for myself. I still rate LKF Atomic Patty's hot dog the best in HK. But I would try other food & drinks next time. I notice the orange juice they offer is of Tropicana Premium, good. But price for soft drinks is a bit high.

I told the manager that they shouldn't grab straws at mouthpiece for customers. You can imagine how many gems we have on hands. One of his subordinates I spoke to did not seem to know how to react to my comments and simply ignored me. Hope those in the servicing industry, as grown-ups, should at least acknowledge comments given by customers. That's a basic interpersonal manner, especially if you're meeting tourists every day, agree? The manager did say he would shoulder responsibility of both issues.

This is crazy! I want there to buy food, but they didn't accept credit card! We were so hungry, and wanted to try their food!
This is the most stupid restaurant, they don't accept credit card! After staying in Hong Kong for a week they are the only shop that don't accept credit card! Thanks for giving me a good memory in my stay in Hong Kong
