It's a local eatery, run by an an older couple, you wont come here for the service, you come here for the congee. However the cashier lady is nice and sufficient in taking your order, once ordered wait outside (if you ordered takeout of course only) and they will bring you your congee once ready. The Place It's on Lyndhurst Terrace near the midlevels escalator. Inside is the usual local simple style, with seating areas cramped together, some round tables in the middle. It can get claustrophobic here during lunch, be warned. So i would recommend take out.
Their signature dish is Congee, and thats really the best thing to get here. It wouldn't fill me up as a normal lunch or dinner, but it's perfect and my number one choice in those rainy days when the flue and cough viruses are spreading. There's nothing better than congee. The congees here come in multiple flavours, with pork, beef etc. and is usually ready in within 5 minutes. The meat is ok portionwise and its super freshly made. taste is good and the congee is not too thick not too thin. Takeaway Wait Time: 5 minute(s)

I always come here when; (1) it's time for comfort food, and (2) when I am indecisive about what to eat. Some of the best wonton in town, and the cheapest Congee is great, just the right texture, not too thick and not too thin. Favourite toppings; lean pork, fish slices and kidney.
