幾個同事一齊食晏,板長一向快靚正,價錢又唔貴,而且座位都叫坐得舒服,最起碼唔會趕你走先呀!北海道刺身丼,真係影相同實物係差好遠嘅。首先個買相已經唔得,飯面都鋪不滿,刺身全部都係普通料,丼嘅飯又唔凍又唔熱唔知想點。索價$78 和汁燒牛肉丼,only $58 相對較抵食,同埋牛肉都幾多,味道ok 。最鍾意就係夠晒多汁,夠晒撈飯。洋蔥煮得夠晒林甜甜地牛肉稻庭湯烏冬 ,$72 又係唔抵食之選,烏冬唔夠彈牙,牛肉淡如冇味道。而湯底好明顯係味精湯 continue reading

Interesting to find the restaurant had no physical menu. Orders were taken through an Ipad though the process was much more smooth than previous experiences with ordering through a tablet. I had the large sushi set lunch which came with soup and salad. The portion was filling but the quality of the sushi was at best mediocre. continue reading

板長每間質素都不同,每次試其他分店都失望而回。 綠茶冷麵,好"林", 不爽口。一口帆立貝唔新鮮,外觀已經唔靚仔。三文魚好味:呢間配飯特別小,但夾起件壽司都好易散。温泉玉子,讚 油甘魚唔靚,唔新鮮 鵝肝煎得太硬 沙律份量不少,有雜錦魚生又有甜甜的玉子,口感一流,好味 總結,有得揀都唔會去呢間分店。 continue reading

之前唔係太鍾意板長, 多數都會揀其他壽司連鎖店, 今日經過呢間板長, 又唔想諗食咩, 就入左去而家板長要用平皮電腦黎落單 (雖然有少少慢), 又可以睇返落過d咩order赤貝壽司都ok, 幾爽口珍寶赤蝦壽司, 佢有分珍寶同普通, 我就揀左珍寶, 都真係幾多肉下個蝦頭好靚仔, 整張close up睇下火炙魚背壽司, 好正, 我懷疑其實係左口魚壽司三文魚壽司, 條魚生好長 帆立貝壽司, 都幾厚肉下墨魚壽司, 普通火炙鰻魚壽司, 呢個真係超好食, 鰻魚本身非常厚身, 燒到好香, 食落好juicy好有口感, 正!! 珍味廣島蠔壽司, 幾得意, 又唔可以話佢唔match/ 唔好食, 唔會腥, 幾有口感, 不過諗極都係覺得個配搭有少少怪芥末鮑魚壽司, 其特別, 又爽口, 芥末都幾重芥辣墨魚軍艦, 應有係芥辣八爪魚軍艦, 咩名都好, 好食就得螢光魷魚軍艦, 我就唔敢食啦, 有d怪, 見到個樣仲覺得怪怪地溫泉玉子, 本身就唔太差的, 不過個蛋黃熟左d, 如果生d會好食d幾surprise佢個質素, 食落去唔似連鎖壽司店, 有d壽司整得幾好食d飯仲係暖的, d 魚生好新鮮!!  continue reading
