Finally, I tried 大生腸,腎,豬心 today, because it was only 3 or 4 customers waiting. HK$5 for 腎 and 豬心, which is cheaper than most of the store now. And HK$10 for 大生腸 but bigger serving than other stores which selling the same item for HK$6. Taste is only as average, nothing special. But the store is not that mess and only single item, so I believe that the price and the store is the reason for people to fall into the line to buy from them. Recommended Dish(es):

I was curious about this place because it's currently top 10 rated in Open Rice. I was a bit disappointed when I tried it last night - I think this place has too much hype. You can get the same things elsewhere and the taste was typical, nothing special. In my opinion, it's worth a try, but don't expect a life-changing experience worthy of top 10 in Open Rice. Adjust your expectations accordingly. If you see a long line, move along, it's not worth the wait. Mum and I went to Dundas Street to look for some typical Hong Kong street-food like curry flavoured fishballs, stinky beancurd and mini waffles. We walked along Dundas Street and came to Fei Che Snack Shop. This shop is well known for its braised items like pig’s intestines, pig’s stomach, duck’s gizzard and large squids. All these braised items are very crunchy and flavourful. The moment I sunk my teeth into the intestine and gizzard, the juice just oozed out beyond control. I asked to have the food drizzled with mustards and sweet sauce and it resulted in a n even more delicious taste. I just love it!

I never eat any street food in Hong Kong, because they are dirty and does not taste good. But for this shop i cann't resist. We ate the octopus & digestine. The octopus was not as crispy as b4, but still taste good. The mustard & ho sin sauce are the best combo for this good. Highly recommended. Tried the pig intestine and the octopus. Both pretty good and especially like them slightly cold in the summer heat. The sauce also blends together quite well with sweet sauce and mustard. As a snack, I prefer the 武大郎 around the corner though. More satisfying and better value for money. One thing though, the sauce slides out of the paper bag pretty easily and very easy to make a mess of yourself.
