To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐之前食過佢嘅金邊粉,唔好食。見佢屹立多年。諗住俾多之機會佢。凍凍地諗住食啲熱野,叫左個冬陰功海鮮麵$109,同蟹肉蛋餅$98冬陰公海鮮麵估唔到個面底係福麵,真有創意!海鮮不新鮮,隻蝦啲肉就快霉,似係存放/解凍不當所致,不過有挑蝦腸嘅。蟹肉蛋餅屋企都整到,就咁用蛋槳剪好個蛋餅,再加幾粒蟹肉同蔥。查返紀錄,佢係一個叫景樂集團https://www.kingparrot.com/restaurants.php?id=33&lang=tc旗下的餐廳。其他未食過就唔知,不過唔知點解呢2間(家傳戶曉都係佢哋)可以屹立大埔多年。如果話佢收我$40-50,我覺得合理。希望如果佢地有管理層睇到,可以改善下。(如果你地係有心)冇人想返深圳消費, 再係咁香港就不斷退步。

第一次寫食評 就係寫比呢間我食過最難食嘅泰國菜餐廳 餐牌寫餐湯係蘑菇湯 點知同我講得甘筍湯 個甘筍湯難飲到屎水咁 叫咗一個海南雞飯同泰式雞肉炒河粉 個海南雞飯雞冇雞味 油飯淡到白飯咁樣 個炒河粉仲過分 炒到好似水煮河粉咁樣 兩個都有幾棵菜心 個菜心係我食過最難食嘅菜心 重點係食個lunch平均100蚊一個人 我真係唔expect可以食到啲咁嘅野食 完全糟蹋咗啲食材 我去茶餐廳食個50蚊飯都好食過佢多多聲 唔想食屎建議唔好去呢間餐廳 你一定會後悔

去拜年前先醫醫肚😌隨機入咗依間泰菜餐廳,人流都幾多,店員服務唔錯,有笑容又會主動安排大啲嘅枱俾我哋,感覺良好🫶🏻✴️黃咖喱豬肉配薄餅✴️黃咖喱唔辣帶甜味,小朋友都食得到🙈豬肉唔算多,有少少鞋,不過雜菜份量幾足~咖喱汁沾薄餅好食,薄餅唔會太油膩👍🏻✴️蟹肉大蝦炒飯✴️配料唔算多,但個飯炒得非常乾身,粒粒分明而且碟底無油,厲害👍🏻!✴️蒜蓉炒雜菜✴️正常發揮,咩菜都有啲,炒得幾爽脆~✴️泰式奶茶&士多啤梨乳酪✴️泰式奶茶比一般嘅無咁甜,但欠缺紅茶香~士多啤梨乳酪就比較甜,如果可以再酸少少就更好😉

豬手毫無香味可言,油膩之餘只有油膩,口感也很奇怪,有種火腿的口感。肉碎生菜包份量超小。價格對於菜品質素明顯過高,等待時間也很久。 總之,十分不推薦的一家。 避雷!!!

閒時午後,心思思咗好耐嘅卡邦尼意粉終於喺大埔店喺口中迴旋🍝!餐廳嘅藍色調裝潢,令人放鬆到極點,諗住食個遲到嘅午餐。意粉上檯,乍看之下量多到送贈嘅忌廉汁都仿似浪濤般撲朔。幾根煙肉精神百倍地咸香,讓意粉充滿了層次,與宜家平日食嘅乾巴巴小店意粉完全不同;而啲芽菜苗加咗啲爽口,小菇加咗啣少少嘅鮮味,真係夾得好呀🍄!滿口嘅忌廉好似綿綿雲朵,舌尖每一寸都覺得幸福萬千,我忍唔住連吞帶嚥,中間都唔洗歇口,呢個味道嚴正滲透左我心裏,急不及待想同個世界分享!跟杯熱檸茶,又係嘆香嘆好,慢慢飲,心靈得到暖意滋潤。呢個味覺體驗,真係夠晒正!大大碟既彈牙既意粉、濃郁既醬汁,阿哥阿sir,一試就會掛住,迫住再去嘅嗰种心情👍。大埔嘅朋友啊,一齊黎嚟品味呢場味蕾嘅盛宴啦!
