天氣炎熱,一於吃泰國菜醒一醒胃。先來一份18巷拼盤($198)。拼盤內有炸春卷,炸蝦餅和豬頸肉等。炸春卷和炸蝦餅也炸得甚有水準,吃著脆卜卜的。至於燒豬頸肉,軟軟的帶肉汁,十分不錯。泰式鮮蝦刺身($148)果然是新鮮貨式,肉質結實,真想吃多幾件。暹羅蝦($288)是浸了在酸辣汁的開邊中蝦。如果先前的泰式鮮蝦刺身是原味版,這個加了大量辣椒和蒜粒的,必定是惹味版。蝦肉肉質厚而爽彈的,伴以酸辣汁,食味提升,愛吃蝦的我甚為滿足。怕靚牛尾($198)即是咖哩牛尾。咖哩不會太辣,牛尾已經煮得軟爛,盡及了咖哩精華,很入味哩,配飯一流。燒雞的雞皮已經被燒得有點焦燶,雞肉啖啖肉的,亦甚嫩滑,沒什麼骨。可是此時大家也飽了,只有能力淺嚐一件半件。最後,甜品是芒果糯米飯。煙韌的糯米,被香氣四溢的椰汁浸淫著,別忘了配著鮮甜芒果一併吃,好吃得不自覺地吃了半碟。 continue reading

約左係cwb交收,所以同朋友係附近食算,佢揀左呢間係世貿中心既泰國野。我地嗌左生蝦刺身,冬陰公湯,青木瓜沙律同泰式蟹肉炒粉絲。🥗木瓜沙律既份量還可,味道ok。🍵冬陰公湯既份量,menu上寫一人份,但兩個人都夠飲,味道就正常。🦐而生蝦老實說,認真麻麻,生蝦重點應該係d汁,但佢個汁完全唔好味,蝦又唔係太新鮮。😰蟹肉粉絲既味道就不錯,但份量極少,$128有d唔抵。。其實世貿呢個位置,加上呢個價位,我會期望至少係好食既。。 continue reading

Soi18 是其中一間我最喜愛的泰國菜,今日朋友有約,又可以再嘗一次。餐廳的裝潢寬比一般泰國餐廳美觀,時間可能尚早又加上是平日,客人並沒有太多。好好有個環境與友人傾下計。泰藉waitress 都好友善,慢慢介紹出名的菜色。友人與我都是愛蝦之人,泰式生蝦自然是必叫之選,彈牙爽口不狂話下,那個泰式酸辣汁更能吊出鮮味。花膠湯是第二道菜,本身無乜期望,同本人沒有太大興趣。點知一來到檯面,意外地大鍋,花膠十分大件~ 食落已十分入味,湯濃味厚,飲落啖啖滋補養顏。 最後一道菜是酸辣汁原條蒸魚,魚湯鮮美,配以青檸,即時令湯增加酸味,令胃口大增,魚肉並沒有湯浸變得溶爛反而保持魚肉肉質‧食畢三道菜已十分滿足 continue reading
