I've found it. The place that does the worst 麻辣米線 in Hong Kong.

I had belly pork and beef with the noodles in hot soup. The soup base was so watered down, it was tasteless, even for 中辣. And the meat was served preboiled to remove any sort of taste.

I don't know why the OLs block the mall to queue for lunch at this place. It must be either the price or the blandness which suits their tastebuds.

Yesterday I had dinner there, I picked little spicy sweet potato noodles with seafood with wolf-berry chrysanthemum honey water. The soup of the noodles was completely tasteless and felt like water. I approached a lay waitress and told her the problem, she came back from kitchen and said that the chef mentioned that spicy style was like that and was tasteless. I was very shocked that this was the answer. I just managed to eat a few noodles to fill my stomach. When I paid the bill on the counter, the cashier was rude that the change was given very hard on the table. How can such a restaurant survive in this mall! It was completely bad experience.
