係OpenRice 搵度尼間自助餐，睇度食評講幾好，就抱住去試下的心態。點知都不是食評講的咁好，食物品種少，又唔好食，食完D餐碟又遲遲不收，個餐廳咁細，都無坐滿人，唔知點解會咁的服務。成七百蚊一位，咁少野食。歷史以來食自助餐係最差的一次。有D酒店中午自助餐三百幾都豐富過佢夜晚自助餐仲要咁貴成七百蚊一位咁少野食。仲聽度隔離台有個食客話，七百蚊食D咁既野。咁樣做生意真係做壞自己招牌。係一次不愉快的用餐。 continue reading

3位成人［一至四］買2送1！初春海陸饗宴自助晚餐［享生蠔、蟹腳、烤龍蝦] 已連服務費, $1,562最近見OpenRice有自助餐優惠，呢間酒店自助餐又有生蠔同龍蝦，早鳥優惠計返每人大約$520，覺得平日價錢吸引book嚟試吓。間餐廳喺酒店大堂嗰一層。餐廳範圍唔算好大，但係枱凳都冇放到好迫。平日嚟呢度食，只係大約一半坐滿。自助餐有個沙律，刺身壽司，凍海鮮，烤肉烤龍蝦吧，西式熱食，咖喱，中西湯，中式熱食，粉麵，甜品雪糕。間中有特別食品會敲鐘通知。凍海鮮我主要食生蠔。每人每次只可以攞兩隻生蠔細細隻但是夠鮮味。烤龍蝦每人可以每次最多攞兩隻。龍蝦有啲爆曬膏好好味，燒牛肉肉質好，好軟熟。西式熱食嘅烤羊架都一樣粉嫩好好食。甜品方面，全部都細細件，外表好精緻，食落味道好好，有創意，又唔會好甜。甜品吧有師傅即制可麗餅，配合埋雪糕好好食。雪糕係Movenpick味道有8種味。生果基本有四種：蜜瓜，西瓜，哈蜜瓜，菠蘿。呢度仲有熱咖啡，熱或凍英式紅茶免費任飲。有檸檬片可以加落去變做檸檬茶。總括呢個晚餐自助餐選擇尚算豐富，食物品質中上，空碟收得快，服務員態度好。值得再去食。 continue reading
