I tried many goose in this style before including 生記,尚興 and those in Kowloon City. This small shop is the one I highly recommend! The sauce is not salty and not spicy. Just simple delicious and savoury. Goose are cooked to an extent of very juicy meat and half gooose are well enough for 2 adults! I will try other food later and update in Open Rice later...
