再去中環銀杏館,上次食花饌之後,對哩間分店印象都唔錯,早排見到佢地facebook宣傳新出左個懷舊砵仔飯,今日lunch決定過嚟試下新野~!入到去見到牆上貼左新豬肉嘅海報,成日都聽到哩個名,原來係d素食野,喜歡試新野ge我表示都想搵日食下!但今日就試左砵仔飯先啦!佢一共有四款~XO醬牛肝菌蝦干銀魚干($118)、鮑魚冬菇腩肉($108)、臘味($108)同家鄉鹹雞($98)!跟飯仲有個素湯同前菜~幾番掙扎之後,揀左家鄉鹹雞砵仔飯~今日ge素湯係老黃瓜祛濕湯!好甜~估唔到素湯都可以咁夠味!入面仲有大大舊老黃瓜,就知佢幾咁足料!侍應話佢地d湯係每日自家煲~夠哂火候!本人表示好想要多盅!鹹雞飯一上枱就心心眼~因為俾左靚脾位!啖啖肉!側邊仲搭左兩條菜心~菜心唔知係咪有機~但食落都好爽脆同清甜~不得不說~簡單兩氣菜都可以令主菜加分!鹹雞亦醃得十分入味,雞肉食落夠嫩滑,個種鹹味又唔係鹽焗雞個種,可能係婆婆鄉下秘方,哈哈!不過真心欣賞佢地保持到水準,上次花饌個道桂花雞又係好嫩滑!睇嚟雞係佢地ge招牌菜~當然不可不提佢個懷舊元素~醬油!佢有三款揀-古洞醬油、豬油豉油同麻辣豉油,我就一於揀最懷舊feel ge豬油豉油!成日聽到話豬油撈飯,我諗感覺應該差唔多?一野倒落碗撈埋飯一齊食,真係有陣豬油香,個豉油味係鹹中帶甜,提提叫鹹雞飯ge朋友~最好先夾走d雞先好撈,唔係一陣鹹上鹹,破壞左個味道!仲有個前菜-酸菜~真係不得不提!侍應話係自家醃製~佢味道帶辣,聽講係撈左豆辦醬,係一個好開胃ge前菜!!真心讚!懷舊可能係一種情懷,但哩道就將懷舊呈現起大家面前,我唔夠講佢地係最正宗,但可以講佢地係有heart,無論係本身社企ge宗旨,抑或係對料理ge用心~ continue reading

之前我去食過越南菜同西餐,對於佢地食物嘅水準我100%安心~哈哈!今次大長征去到中環店!聽講佢係銀杏館第一間鋪~位置起歌賦街,附近有PMQ,遠少少有新打卡點-大館,其實幾岩同朋友去行下影下相,之後上去食野~起鴨巴甸街轉入去,右轉歌賦街直行到近街尾位置就到,其實離遠都會見到佢有一個易拉架放左出門口,中環店有兩層,唔知係咪因為中環本身都係個中西匯集嘅地方,哩間鋪外型都幾中西融合,用左霓虹燈整左個Gingko House,無錯~就係銀杏館嘅英文名!今次訂咗個「花饌套餐」~同朋友一行兩人所以就揀左無飯個款~入面我最期待嘅係桂花雞同香酥骨!桂花雞真係雞又有雞味~桂花有桂花味~唔係講笑,啖啖嫩滑雞肉,滲出清香桂花味!而有機洛神花冰梅香酥骨~係我同朋友一致好評!本身我就好鐘意洛神花嘅製品,加入去香酥骨道煮,真係無得頂!香脆!酸甜!開胃!肉骨比例平均~鐘意"吮"骨頭嘅朋友一定讚!另外仲有翡翠菊花魚卷同翠塘菊花扒有機豆腐。兩款都揀咗以菊花入饌,菊花清香,配清淡菜式就唔怕搶味,魚卷上面放咗蟹籽呀,加埋個蛋白茨汁,魚肉嫩滑唔腥!翠塘豆腐就好多料~有蝦粒菇粒元貝粒!其實配飯真係一流,但套餐本身已經好多款菜,為咗唔好浪費,我地都唔敢叫白飯,哈哈!入面仲有款茉莉花京蔥孜然牛柳,重口味嘅朋友就岩哂!牛柳最怕煮過龍~師傅就煮得岩岩好~肉質淋~唔會好韌口!啊~仲有一入嚟就有花茶同蟲草花懷杞水鴨湯!水鴨湯係盅上,原汁原味!好想再要多盅!花茶係烏龍茶,茶壺入面好多花~哈哈!好似個花園仔呀~其實佢款款菜都有食用花,成件事都真係好"花花世界"~最後係飯後甜品-相思紅豆杞子桂花糕~唔係太甜,桂花糕入面包住紅豆同杞子,杞子明目~大大粒好好味~本身個粽亦好香桂花味,為整個套餐畫上完美句號!整體來說,份量大用料足,一定食完好滿足!花嘅主題都好明顯,因為佢地用咗食用花入饌,本身起烹調嘅時候都加入左花去烹調,所以有啲菜式都有花香味道,味道較淡的都可以同食用花夾埋醬汁去食,唔會有違和感~ continue reading

作為一個香港人,在冬天吃蛇似乎已成習慣,我也不例外。剛好有同事升級,可以借此藉囗吃餐貴D。發現中環的銀杏館有款5人蛇宴套餐,所以大家都同意試試。歌賦街44號是九龍人不容易找的,從地鐵站A2出囗,要找到鴨巴甸街再向上走才能找到歌賦街。舖子也不是大舖,地下有概最多20多個位,閣仔也只有十多個位,地方的確比較窄。這個蛇宴是每人贈送特飲一枝,我選了桔蜜,也可選洛神花茶,第一道來必然是太史鮑魚五蛇羹,用料非常充足。跟著是炸蛇丸,蛇汁白切雞,再來古法三豉蒸方利,肉嫩味鮮,有水準。可惜生炒蛇絲卻有點硬,相信牙齒不好便很難吃下,但還有雙冬燜鱷魚肉和糯米飯,人人一定會吃得飽。最後糖水是湯丸西米露。整個套餐是5人份量,1688元免加人,價錢在中區晚餐算很適中。 continue reading

幾位朋友相約食飯,想找一個便利嘅地點,最終選擇左中環嘅銀杏館。雖然地點不太方便,但勝在星期日人不太多,所以沒有時限,那麼我們便可以一邊享用食物,一邊暢所欲言。不知是否新年過後嘅關係,菜式價格約100多元一碟,以份量較少,但味道也可以。店內每一個店員都是長者,他們卻非常勤奮工作,很專業盡責,也很顧及顧客的需要,也非常健談。幫襯社企或小型食店,很有親切感。 continue reading
