To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日嚟到佐敦一間小編細個成日會去食嘅餐廳。當然我以前就唔係嚟佐敦咁遠,記得以前元朗有個商場叫新元朗中心入面都有一間仙跡岩,久唔久就會同屋企人去食個多士飲杯珍珠奶茶。嗰時候嘅台式手搖飲品仲未好盛行,珍珠奶茶對我哋嚟講係一個甜品級嘅存在。➡️豬頸肉滷肉飯$55 必須講第一眼睇落去佢係幾大碗,份量都充足,覺得係幾抵食嘅。不過佢嘅外觀就唔算好吸引,有啲似小編以前中學會食嘅學生餐…🤣滷肉嘅味道偏甜,冇乜滷水嘅香料味,而且佢嘅滷肉偏乾瘦。豬頸肉調味都係差唔多,不過好奇怪嘅係豬頸肉非常之淋,冇乜爽口彈性嘅感覺,非常奇怪,最後都講一講飯底偏濕同爛,小編唔多喜歡。味道🐽🐽➡️大塊雞(半份)(+$19)佢都係用台式嘅炸法,食落都幾脆口,不過中間嘅雞肉就比較薄,而且佢嘅調味粉唔夠均勻,有時有一大炸,有時有完全冇味。😟味道🐽🐽🐽➡️雙拼吐司 $24望落去佢係比以前細份左(定個人大份咗?😅),而且有一個幾嚴重嘅問題,就係我哋叫咗兩份,第一份明顯烘得唔夠,可能係焗爐未預熱好嘅關係,所以第一份唔似多士,只係一個厚方包,第二份烘嘅程度就明顯好好多!☹️至於味道,我哋試咗花生、椰香、蜜糖同草莓醬。花生蜜糖同草莓味道都正正常常。唯獨是小編一直好掛住嘅椰香,好似同我記憶中已經有啲唔同、佢而家係有種椰子糖嘅味道,定係我口味唔同咗?😅味道🐽🐽🐽➡️台式飲品半價加配➡️苿香珍珠 呢杯飲品算係成餐,最符合我記憶嘅一個。佢嘅茉香奶茶完全就係經典嘅味道,茉莉花香配上奶精,冇乜茶味,同細個嘅時候一樣!🥹至於珍珠比較軟腍,我都接受得到嘅。 continue reading

記得有youtuber拍過啲回憶系列嘅影片,其中一間就係仙跡岩👣。⠀以前細個都中意去仙跡岩食嘢,滷肉飯🍛、麵線🍜、珍珠奶茶🧋,為咗一探究竟仲係咪以前嗰陣味,我就嗌咗豬頸肉闊條拉麵$42(轉麵線+$4)同凍茉香珍珠奶茶(原價$30,點粉麵飯可半價$15)。湯底偏淡、不過都食到有啲蒜味,豬頸肉唔錯唔會好鹹,配麵線味道適中,另外有幾片椰菜點綴🥬。⠀碗麵嘅份量算少,如果唔嗌飲品應該女士們未必夠飽😅,不過都唔太追求味道嘅質素啦,話晒都係香港嘅台灣料理鼻祖🤣,食個回憶咁啦🤣。 continue reading

童年回憶既仙跡岩,全港得返四間分店🤣對上一次食應該係接近10年前。今次返去食返個回憶先。佐敦呢間分店都幾多卡位坐,幾啱朋友仔上嚟傾偈聚會🙌🏻和風吉列豬扒湯烏冬🍲大大嚿豬扒,炸到吉列皮好脆,豬扒都鬆軟,好不錯!呢隻烏冬食落都彈牙,配埋甜甜地豬骨湯,幾滿意的。花枝招展(炸花枝丸,蕃茄魚鮮濃湯拉麵)🍜花枝丸切開一半有兩粒🤣即係加埋得一粒。雖然食落幾香口幾好食,但得一粒有啲失望。而個拉麵本身以為係港式拉麵嗰種,點知似係好腍身嘅上海麵。個麵同湯都偏向淡味,不推介。小食-脆豆腐另外嗌左四件脆豆腐,外皮太厚,雖然豆腐嫩滑,但係都係冇咩味🤣飲品-夢幻雪香,香芋珍珠🧋兩杯嘢飲都OK ,吾會過甜或者過淡,珍珠都煮得啱啱好👍🏻 continue reading

跳入仙跡岩這個「時光機」,就算日頭差點晒化,都仲留住當年嘅美味。先說小兵哥牛肉麵,牛肉片香濃有嚼勁,好得意,湯底過癮,每一啖都帶點鄉愁味道;面線吸晒湯汁,入口即化,讓人罌粟。叫埋場台風大塊雞,咬落去,肉質嫩滑,那種「脆皮軟心」,真係正啊!再點返杯芋頭珍珠奶茶,一啖珍珠嘢已經嘆為觀止,淡淡芋香,甜到剛剛好。諗起三牛麵嗰份酸甜滋味,配上啖啖牛肉嘅滿足,真系揾番童年記憶。飯桌對面嘅司機朋友話,佢個豬軟骨滷肉飯都係滿分表現,佢話滷得滑口唔油膩,個人特別推薦。脆豆腐外脆內軟,完美示範咩叫「外剛內柔」;隔離枱嘅嘉賓正享受佢哋啲花枝丸,香脆唔膩口,驚喜萬分啊👏🏼。不得不講,杯裝胚芽珍珠,增加咗啲獨家特色。彷彿一秒鐘,又返到曾經嘅好時光;每一次啖啖食,心頭都暖笠笠。這裡,唔單止係食客間嘅「味蕾對談」,更係一場時光嘅盛宴。仙跡岩,你話老土?唔,呢度就係記憶中嗰碟味道。🍜🥤🌟 continue reading

話說呢間餐廳送餐嘅速度就真係非常之慢,係可以推咗佢三次都叫我等吓,重點就係遲過我入座嘅客人都已經有嘢食啦,身為一個趕住返學校嘅學生,真心差啲俾佢搞到遲到到佢俾嘢食我嘅時候已經差15分鐘就夠鐘上堂,等咗成半個鐘,仲要用鯨吞嘅技術先可以快速將食物食完,順利趕回學校,我頂。我同我嘅朋友應該以後都唔會再幫襯呢間餐廳喇 continue reading
