To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 家庭飯局最岩就係封太興聚餐，因為家人比較鐘意食小菜，所以近近地去呢到食，臨近冬至餐廳比較靜冇乜人唔駛等位就好快入座，二個人食嗌左二碟仔小菜就開餐😂就揀左北菇豆腐青衣魚腩煲、上湯杞子浸西洋菜！北菇豆腐青衣魚腩煲：$99份量一般，價錢中上，食物質素其實豆腐唔硬身，魚腩炸得鬆脆但係層皮炸得比較硬，味道一般，配個飯比較細碗，呢個價錢嚟講算係偏貴上湯杞子浸西洋菜：$56呢個菜反而有質素，湯比較清甜，配合西洋菜其實都幾好食，啱晒清淡嘅人

今晚太興有七折優惠，排咗大半個鐘終於入到去。西蘭花炒青衣魚球無味，廚房係咪用曬啲鹽🥲魚肉尚算實淨，唔會一夾就散開，但全碟都無味，唯有拎啲豉油點。雙拼飯（叉燒+燒肉）估唔到七折的質素高過平日😂兩款都好靚，燒肉大大嚿又脆卜卜，叉燒又唔會乾瘦。呢間青衣分店啲叉燒好多時瘦到似柴，今日竟然不錯。金銀蛋肉鬆扒時蔬又係無味，不過呢碟無味就可以原諒，扒時蔬本身都係比較清淡。沙嗲肥牛粉絲煲同我想像中有啲出入，我以為係乾身的煲仔粉絲，但原來係濕的，整體還可以，但無乾的香口惹味。整體嚟講七折十分抵食🤣

每次食太興早餐都會食到一肚氣🙄一直都覺得太興嘅冰鎮奶茶好甜，茶膽係唔錯嘅，但真係好甜！ 所以每次都會叫職員轉加冰🧊，感覺會味道淡D,顯得無咁甜！而每一次職員都好晦氣話淨係得冰鎮，冇加冰。每一次我都會話唔會冇，係可以咁做。 跟手轉另一個職員就話可以😒青衣翠怡花園呢間嘅某職員就係咁晦氣😒😒😒

早餐11:30截單，見還有10分鐘才到，裡面有幾張吉枱，以為可入座。女職員話未執枱，結果在外等了12分鐘，期間仍未有人執枱，只做外賣和收銀，難為食客在外乾等。入座職員話截載了早餐單，溝通後才比落單。誰知早餐到來，卻落錯單。今天職員態度很有問題，詢問少少嫌你煩，食物真的不錯，態度有待改善！

公司午餐，難得今日沒有人排隊，四個人就坐左入去。餐牌都係一般港式茶餐廳的食物，不過價錢就普遍貴10蚊左右。尤其係個雙拼的燒味，71蚊，感覺有d貴。叫左個豬排雙蛋飯，算係良心價，63蚊包杯冰鎮咖啡。首先講下個豬排飯，塊豬排幾厚，有時大塊有時細塊，而今日的運氣似乎唔係咁好，有d細，不過食落無雪味，而且唔會好鞋，咬落仲有d肉汁，算係中上。而d飯唔會好軟，口感好好，仲帶有米香。其實佢係貴得有道理。至於杯冰鎮咖啡，雖然無得少甜，但真係好香，而且由於係冰鎮，唔會越飲越淡，唔錯唔錯。美中不足係無得少甜，有d追唔上香港人追求健康的步伐。
