上星期要去葵芳打波🏸🏸,咁就喺葵芳塭食先,午餐就打算食平D... 前一晚上Openrice 塭,見到呢間有個出名嘅鑊仔芝士焗肉醬通粉!😌😌🤗一入餐廳,睇完餐牌,見寫住「金牌鑊仔芝士焗肉醬意粉」!😎😎二話不說,就即刻order!!! 🙋🏻🙋🏻🙋🏻即叫即焗,等咗十幾分鐘,終於上台!香噴噴嘅芝士味已經湧出嚟😋😋😎😎👍🏻👍🏻一义落去!我先發現原來我叫咗意粉,但其實明明係想食通粉㗎?😱😓🤔🤔⋯⋯再睇多次成張餐牌,都無寫焗通粉wor.... anyway, 意粉都好好食吖!芝士濃厚!芝士同肉醬份量慢都好多!都算無嚟錯,平民化的午餐🤤🤤🤤🤤 continue reading

尋日去左食早餐,因為唔想去連鎖店食,行行下就黎左呢間錦榮餐廳。其實係門面睇真係有d up dup 同埋係舊式既餐廳黎,不過呢類型既餐廳先往往會有驚喜。呢間餐廳既早餐有中式都有西式,我就淨係食西式既啫。扒類早餐有得拼煙肉其實我好喜歡吃煙肉的!不過因為唔想又食炸魚柳又食煙肉好似好heavy 咁,所以叫左個煎蛋。奶茶好好味~果然係舊式餐廳既熱奶茶先係最好飲既!好有茶香又唔會澀早餐話咁快就送到啦~見到有茄汁豆真係好驚喜,而且係牛角包呀!依家d 餐廳好多都用餐包or多士,估唔到呢類既店舖會仟牛角包呀!個牛角包好香牛油味,咬落鬆軟。可惜無翻熱,如果唔係一定仲正!個早餐個feel 好英式呀哈哈~個魚柳雖然睇落好似好大,但係佢有d 扁。不過都無損我對佢既好評價 continue reading

每天一到午飯時間, 同事們都會不停地互問去哪家餐廳吃午餐, 但大家通常都沒有決定, 自不然就選了最近的地方隨意找家餐廳吃, 但來來去去都是吃那些重覆的食物, 剛好今天我想吃茶餐廳, 各同事又沒有異議, 所以一同來到這家茶餐廳之前已經來吃過這裡很有名的芝士焗肉醬通粉, 味道是挺不錯的, 雖然有下午茶, 但大部分都是粉面小食, 今天想吃飯, 所以另選了飯餐<<煎蛋豬排飯>>配了黑椒汁, 味道香濃入味, 非常多汁, 拌飯一流, 煎蛋是太陽蛋, 一拮穿蛋黃就流出蛋汁, 豬排很大塊, 口感軟熟, 煎得剛剛好, 不會太乾身, 而白飯質感較軟身, 易入口又易咀嚼, 簡單的一個碟頭飯, 已經很美味  continue reading

估唔到,今時今日物價咁高,仲有餐廳供應30蚊一個可以當做午餐分量嘅茶餐!除咗包熱飲一包,食物質素都唔錯,又足料,點可以唔撐?講緊嘅係葵芳一家茶餐廳。好多人都去葵芳,都只係識去新都會廣場同葵涌廣場搵嘢食,前者可以坐得舒服,後者可以不停行嚟行去,食盡3層,鍛煉腳骨力同食力……其實,呢2個地方以外,葵涌運動場同街市那一邊亦有唔少美食好去處。上星期,我就去咗呢間茶記。茶記只開早午市以及下午茶時段,不做晚市,亦因為咁,下午茶時間會延至晚上7點!這天,我跟朋友6時多入座,去嘆個 Late Tea, Early Dinner!一心為咗個鑊仔乜乜乜而來,雖然不太愛吃肉醬,但最後還是點了鑊仔芝士焗肉醬通粉,始終都是太吸引了。 個焗通粉用原個鑊仔上檯,畫面其實幾震撼,可以呃到唔少 LIKE!加上份量真的不少!平時去連鎖快餐店吃個芝士焗豬扒飯,碟淺飯少但也叫價至四十多元,這個鑊咁大,肉醬跟芝士多,真係令人感動! 通粉最上面的就是芝士,焗過的芝士和肉醬把通粉覆蓋住,要食通粉,就要牽芝了。用叉一牽,芝士竟然拉到絲來!哈,人們花上近百元去食韓國嘢,都係為可咗呢啲「拉芝」,我今次用$30就拉到,真係抵! 芝士同肉醬混合著,一拉便傳來陣陣香味!食通粉前,將所有肉醬、芝士和通粉拌勻,令通粉可以吸收芝士同肉醬嘅精華。 通粉好軟,但唔會過稔;肉醬嘅蕃茄味唔會過酸,甜度恰好;加咗芝士之後都唔會好鹹,唔愛食肉醬意粉嘅我都可以將所有通粉清掉,真係好難得!食完之後亦無感到「好滯」「好膩」,係意料之外嘅!個餐仲包一杯熱飲,呢個時候梗係要飲返杯熱檸水啦! continue reading
